I called Lance's Hauling after hearing many good reviews. They did not disappoint. I am so glad we chose this company and my client was extremely happy. The price was reasonable and the whole team was really helpful and friendly. I would call them again for any future needs.

Tenant left a filthy mess. Garbage, furniture, food in fridge, dishes in sink, old disgusting bed and additional junk in cabinets and scattered all over. Old closet doors, broken items, shower curtain with towels hanging over were taken out. We also had an old stove and toxic waste removed. Lance was extremely responsive from first call to removal. Removal was scheduled for 8AM, team showed promptly at 8AM. They finished in under an hour as estimated and the place looks much better than we could have imagined it would. Thank you Lance and team!! You did an awesome job and relieved a major stress hanging over us!

I am so pleased with Lance's Hauling Co. We have a historic brownstone that had 65 yrs of old furniture, clutter and junk in the basement. Lance and his crew did a wonderful job and took it all away. They showed up on time, got right to work and are very professional. The pricing is very reasonable too. They even sweep the floors at the end. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Lance and his team are fantastic. I called Lance needing a garage cleanout in the midst of selling the family home. He was very responsive upon my first communication with him and was quick to set an appointment for the cleanout. Lance and his team are amazing !! They are such hard workers - and also efficient and friendly too! They work great as a team and would always check in with us to be sure they were doing what was needed. We had missed a bunch of stuff in an attic and they gladly added that to the job last minute. We hired Lance to haul away stuff we weren’t moving to a new home. He and his crew came to the old house and had everything loaded up in no time. I mentioned to him that the movers I had hired told me they couldn’t get the treadmill down to the basement. They partially took it apart but said they weren’t comfortable going any further. They had to leave it in one of the bedrooms. Lance offered to come take a look. He came over and checked everything out. He felt they could do it. He sent his crew over the next day. They had it apart, moved to the basement, and back together in less than an hour. Plus he took away all those unpacked moving boxes. I don’t know how he compares price wise, but to me it seemed reasonable. It was worth every penny to get fast service like that. And all of this happened around the holidays. He responded quickly to calls or texts…even responding to one of my texts while he was on vacation. Of all we dealt with trying to move to a new home, dealing with Lance and his crew was the one thing that went right. Thanks Lance, Tanner, Phil, and Cody.

We’ve had Lance and his guys help us remove items from our home in the past, and more recently, my mother-in-law’s home after she passed. They’ve been so wonderful. Lance continuously makes himself available to those who need him. He’s quick to respond. If he’s busy, he makes sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Great service and excellent customer service from start to finish. . Had a garage full of construction debris from remodeling. Lance gave a great price and was on time to the minute. The crew was on and offsite in minutes and were sweeping the entire area clean before you knew it. Would highly recommend. We will be using again after the next project.

I needed my old couch picked up and was given a list of companies that could help me when I purchased my new couch. I called Lance. He was in great communication. I provided pictures of my couch and measurements so that he could give me an accurate quote which he did. He was able to do it within two days. The workers were here on time they worked quickly and cleanly. And had my sectional down three flights of stairs and out of my place in less than a half hour.
