Lyons is the bomb when it comes to repairing damaged vehicles. They do an incredible job working with the insurance company. I won't go anyplace else. Our cars have always looked great after repair too.
Hit a deer which ended up being nearly 6k in damages. Lyons got my car and finished in under the 12 day estimate. Car looked brand new as the day I got it.
Pam and Jeff made the situation very easy and handled everything. Work was excellent and the paint came out exactly the same as the rest of the vehicle. Two other car places tried and mis tinted my vehicle. Thank you for your exceptional service
This is the tow service that responded to my uncle’s accident and we are very disappointed in how unprofessional the owner and company were about releasing the vehicle.
My grandfather had his truck towed here, and the owner REFUSED to transport his truck to get repairs at the dealership he bought the truck from and has used in the past. Our insurance company also contacted the owner his reasoning for not releasing the vehicle : because he was out of town. Resulting in fees that we had to pay out of pocket!! Would not recommend. They were not professional in handling this manner and definitely didn’t get things done in a timely manner. We just wanted the truck in the right hands ASAP so repairs could get rolling and this company seemed way more concerned with collecting unnecessary fees rather then moving the process along. Not ethical in the least.
They do NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE - Anyone know how to reach this shop? Phone rings and rings and no answer - Been calling all day even though it says they are open.

Recently I had an AWFUL experience with customer service at Lyons Collision. The girls at the front desk are clueless. Lyons came and picked up my car after an accident. The mad who towed it said he was sure the car would be totalled. I called my insurance and went through those channels. I hadn't heard anything in about a week so I called Lyons and asked about my car which I assume to be totalled. The lady told me that they were definitely fixing the car and had ordered parts and that it would only be a few days. I was surprised to hear this and she said she would call me back in a couple of days. I didn't heard from them again for another week. I called Lyons and spoke to the owner. He said they had not fixed the car, that it was totalled, and that no one had come to look at it yet. My insurance company dropped the ball and so did Lyons. To be overlooked by a big insurance company sucked but to be overlooked by a small town auto repair shop in the community where I live was terrible. I will never use the service again and I caution anyone reading this to think twice before using them.
After a collision with a deer these guys were the tow company called to get the car. They were straight forward with the process the whole way and did a very nice job with the repairs. They kept us in the loop of the progress and had it done in the estimated time. The car interior was even detailed at pickup, something that only a few collision shops will do.
The family and employees are great the best I've meet, @ a towing and collision facility. When I say FRIENDLY, I mean friendly. I can keep going on about how great and the good work the do. But if you dnt believe me then find out for yourself.
Outstanding service, friendly people. Body work was flawless. Something cropped up, they took the car immediately without question, and fixed it overnight at no charge...and gave me a ride home. You can't do better.
