Called to ask a basic question about a part I purchased and was met with attitude right off the bat. Instead of checking their own records, I was told to go search through my bank statements. Not sure what the point of keeping customer history is if you refuse to use it. Rude, unhelpful, and a waste of time!
We do a decent amount of business through our shop and usually have the items delivered. Always a great experience and quick deliveries. Today I was nearby and needed windshield wipers for my sons truck so I decided I'd go in myself. The man that helped me was very friendly, went over my options for what I was looking for and made recommendations, and even looked in the back for me. Great experience and store!
This Napa in Medina is terrible. Watch out as I got overcharged on one item. I returned the item back to different Napa and the guy said same thing. Maybe they did it on purpose. As second time I was there they did that to me. I know few town people that work there and they have a attitude issue. You lost my business. I go somewhere else.
