It is rare to have a good experience for any service rendered today. However, a good experience is what I have every time when dealing with John at Automotive Solutions. The latest work was body work to the two front fenders. My vehicle looks absolutely awesome. In addition, they went the extra mile and clean the inside of my vehicle including the floor mats. It smelled so good. Thank you, John, and to your employees.
Bumper feel off after fixing it at Toyota shop… brought it here and the next day it was ready! Not only did Northtown collision haven’t been doing a good job lately. Even though they are direct from Toyota… I only wished that they had called me about the Router ( I did put on the brake pads myself… but the router is the issue now… I would have thought they could put on a new router and put back my new brakes… that’s the only critique I have
Took my truck in for an alignment after getting a tie rod replaced, got my truck back and it drove fine for a little bit but then i noticed that it was still pulling to the right as i drove down the street I then noticed that the inside thread on both tires were wearing down like crazy. I called them back to have them check it out again and I was told by the owner that the alignment wasn’t done properly. They re did the alignment and got me a new set of tires for the front, owner stated it was all set to go. I picked up my truck and first thing it did was pulled to the right and this time it was worse than before. I called the owner explaining what was going on with my truck and he stated that the person that did the alignment said it was fine and that he couldn’t help me anymore (maybe he should’ve driven the truck and not the employee) obviously I was upset because it wasn’t fixed at all. I was also told by another company that there was a customer that complained about not having their alignment done properly, so if you are looking for a place to get an alignment done PROPERLY save yourself some money and don’t take it to this place. Take it somewhere where they will do it right the first time!

We broke down on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere Medina. John was the only tow guy i could get ahold of on a Saturday evening who was available and his price was good for a short distance tow. He was really nice. Thank you for your help.

I had a problem with my 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD and with two major dealerships in Medina that could not solve or diagnose the problem and with $2,000 in repairs that did not solve the problem and then a third-party mechanic who did the exact same work and still nothing but problems and reduced engine power. So after 2 and 1/2 to 3 years of miserable service is and misdiagnosis I took it to Automotive solutions for a change of pace and John and his men had it diagnosed within a few hours and fixed the problem with a simple ground lead that was broken to the solenoid and the truck runs like a champ. Needless to say they now have a new customer
Coming home last spring for my father's passing, driving 1500+ miles, I need a reliable trustworthy mechanic in my local hometown area. This summer I needed a quick oil change and tire rotation before driving back. Called on the weekend, and didn't look like they had the time to schedule me in before the following weekend. Called Monday morning, and got a spot on Thursday before I left. Excellent service, great communication, trustworthy repairs. And for the record, I've got a maintenance package this service is included in at any dealership. The Nissan dealership never returned any of my 3 messages over a month and a half & I had zero issue paying for this service, keeping my $ locally and enjoying my hometown area customer service. If my car broke down, I'd call them before having it towed to the dealership in the area. Thanks all! Halfway back on the drive.

Got an appointment right away. Dropped my truck off in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. Had front end alignment, suspension, and new tires done. Prices were fair and the service guys were friendly and even followed up with a phone call the next day to be sure I was satisfied. Truck is 10 years old and rides like I just drove it off the lot again. Very satisfied!

These guys are great to work with. Their service work has always been very well-done, labor and parts have been cost-effective, prompt communication of any change of scope or timeline, and their schedule has been flexible to fit us in.
While working, they have kept an eye out for additional work that should be done while its in the shop, without upselling nonsense.
Have been towed a few times, always a prompt arrival and fast, safe towing. Their towing equipment is really clean and has moved our giant van without any issue.
