My wife's car had to be jumped three times today, and it was a 3-month-old battery, so we got the car running and drove it to AutoZone. Yes, it was 8:55 p.m. The very kind worker said he could test it real quick. We knew they were closing. We weren't going to ask to buy anything. We just want to know if it was the battery was the problem. He went inside to get the tester and the store manager refused to allow him to just test the battery. He said they were closing. It wasn't 9:00 yet. But of course he needed to go home. Hats off to the worker that was willing. What a poor example set by the manager. Very disappointed. This is not Medina type of service.
The last place I want to go to is an auto parts store having maybe 2% knowledge on maintaining a car.
The gentleman was very helpful and gave me the necessary information.
I feel more at ease going in, the location is close to home, so no future worries
The young woman that cashed me out was so helpful and very very awesome at customer service and I didn't see her name while cashing out but she definitely should be considered for a raise!!
07/14/24 0-⭐️'s Walked in guy see's me coming in and try to take off around the corner. Then 5 min later walk out ignores me satnding there with a battery the TWO OF THEM SAY NOTHING. As soon as a caucasian walks holding a battery they addressed him. People of color go to albion, or anywhere else.They don't want YOUR BUISNESS, don't fuss, someone will.
Tom and Paul are seniors. They are always kind and courteous, going out of their way to help me, answering all my questions and never making me feel stupid. The world needs more workers like these two.
Paul is amazing! He goes above and beyond for the customers that come into the store. He helps me every time more than the average worker would! Absolutely an amazing asset to the company!!!!
I think AutoZone as a whole has gone down quite a bit plus the quality just isn't there but the employees at my Medina NY location have always treated me with kindness I can't remember all their names but Missy most recently helped me with a bit of a snafu on my jeep and she was great as always along with the store manager and most of the other guys.
I went in there for help on buying oil. They had customers so I waited. The man at the counter finished with his customer while I waited, and another customer swooped in and engaged him as he was coming to help me. He helped that customer. So, I pulled my phone out to look up what I needed for myself. All three crew members were finished with their customers while I stood there for 15 mins trying to figure out what I needed. They had a good time flirting with the delivery girl when she walked in, though they were each over 60 I would say. They chatted and flirted the whole time I stood within viewing distance trying to figure out what oil I needed. No help. Walked out and none of them asked if I’d found what I was looking for, despite my being there for awhile.
I walked out having had no help. I won’t be back. Thank goodness for Amazon.
Good place and people but on line and in store is not accurate went here for a wheel bearing said online it was in stock drove there to store and they didn't have it in stock 😩
Thank you for doing what napa couldn’t. Wasted half my day when I should have just came to see you guys at Medina auto zone! Highly recommend this store customer service is phenomenal and they are knowledge enough to assist! Thanks again auto zone
I was in need as my battery died and had to get jumped. Nick was super helpful- testing the old battery, selling me the new one, and replacing the new battery in my pain in the butt vehicle! Great work! I am so thankful!!
This store is the best AutoZone around always very helpful and professional the staff is great the parts are good Katie has really good food that she makes and Matt he just has a face that you can't say no to he gets ya everytime he's a whole lotta guy
Not enough staff! Took 30 minutes to get brake pads. Staff are only as knowledgeable as the computers they bash on to find parts. Always feel like it’s a bother to wait on customers. Prices are WAY over local competitors.
Anything you cannot handle Automotive wise this experienced automotive Technician can rectify...

Very helpful staff. Always have the parts you need and always willing to help. If there was a internal competition between locations for hospitality. Medina NY would take it hands down.
Almost immediate help at the counter finding what I needed they let me use their tools in the parking lot. And they had what I needed. 9.9 out of 10. Price Was a little high but not crazy for parts
Rented a slide hammer and the Gentleman behind the desk was kind and helpful. Really cool that they rent and loan out specialty tools! They have also returnd wrong parts for me and defective parts with no hassle. Good people.
So I went into auto zone on 4/30/18 asking for a part for my car. They told me they didn’t have the part but they could order it online for me and I could pick up on 5/1/18. So I said yes and went to go pick up the part a couple of weeks later because I didn’t live close to that auto zone. When I asked if my part was there the store manager took my name and told me the part was sent back after 7 days. They never called me and told me my part was in or that they would send it back if I never came and picked it up within 7 days. So I called the 1-800 number for the customer service and they told me “that’s just what happens” and redirected me to the store manager at this location. He said he did some “investagting” and said the part never showed up to the store. So it’s been a month since I ordered the part at the store and they never received it? So I have been waiting and haven’t received my part that I already paid for. Kind of sad that they show no concern for their customers not offering a refund for their obvious screw up. I would rate them a zero if I could but sadly 1 star will have to do.
I have 2trucks and a car,and I go here for almost all my parts,they have free testing ,free lone a tool,and are very helpful and friendly.their prices are very moderately priced,love these guys
I've been here numerous times, never without leaving aggravated. If it's not the inattentive staff or coming in to get parts that somehow never were ordered. My favorite is waiting at the register, as the manager continues to answer phone calls, while blowing you off.
