I had gone to this store a few years ago and had a good experience, so when I needed a dress for a special occasion, I thought I would like to go support a small shop. I was greeted in the dress area by a salesperson who was happy to help me. She did not tell me there was any restrictions as to where I could shop in the dress area. I was simply looking at dresses when an angry woman told me I could not be in that area as there was “an appointment” there. Life is too short for this kind of shaming. You had no sign that said I could not be in that area, and I do not appreciate being barked at. Please take me off your list as I will never go to your store again.

When shopping I usually have a hard time finding comfortable high quality footwear with this business being the exception. Every time that I’ve gone here I’ve received genuine help and knowledge about what I’m buying. There is a surprisingly large selection of well made products for just about every work or outdoor scenario. I’ve really come to appreciate this store.
Great selection and very nice staff. Everyone was helpful. Probably the nicest buff shop I've been to. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends and co-workers.
I can't believe how many times I have passed by this place. Looks small on the outside, but jammed packed with all essential needs. Army/Navy/Security/Work gear. Went back to change my duty belt. Again Meg was very helpful & exchange was easy peasy. So here's why this is my favorite A/N shop now.
I brought 2 sets of handcuffs, a more expensive duty belt 511, 511 tac pants top tear, another new brand of tac pants, and handcuff holders. I was looking at some shirts & boots, that will be my next visit. Oh Johnathan, I believe & hope that I'm remembering correctly. Was also extremely helpful & experienced, help me with my selections/ pants.

Booked a formal dress appointment with the full intentions to purchase at least one gown that day. They have a beautiful selection, but the owner unfortunately speaks so condescendingly that it became to the point that I nor my money felt welcome there. Disappointing experience, as we were also previously returning customers within both the gown and uniform and equipment sides of the business.
This store has been stocked and ready to serve the residents of Orange County! It’s well proclaimed as the clothing store for men and boys in uniform and casual style wear!

Harriman Army - Navy is one of my favorite places to shop. It is a unique store, with a large section of uniform and military clothing and supplies.
They have outerwear, good quality socks for all activities and a large variety of specialty knives and utility items.
But on the other side of the shop??? An INCREDIBLE ladies clothing store!! With a formal wear collection for all fancy events- proms, wedding ( attendees and mother of the bride..), And, in addition? A n absolutely fabulous womens casual/professional section. Like, these clothes are chosen by a PRO. With STYLE!! And, their stock changes with the season. Always something new and current.
The staff at this store is very helpful. They spend time with you. Maddy is the most amazing salesperson!! She knows absolutely everything about her stock, and is also a designer herself. She always makes you look and feel special and you will come out with your newest "favorite" piece of clothing. This store is a gem!
I am waiting on uniform shirts to be embroidered for the past 6 weeks and when we called they put us on hold to help other customers and didn't come back to the phone and took 3 phone calls to find out what is going on. Embroidering should not take over a month. Update: I went to speak to the manager and they fixed the situation immediately. I got my clothes in 20 minutes. Thank you Harriman Army-Navy.

This store is amazing, offering both a women's section with casual and formal wear along with everything you would expect at an Army Navy store. My first visit was to find items necessary for my son to attend a police academy, so I was surprised to find women's formal gowns for balls and weddings. The merchandise is top quality at affordable prices. Highly recommend, especially if you have a big event coming.
All of the ladies were absolutely amazing! Trish and Louis went over and beyond to make my moms experience wonderful and fun! Professional and down to earth! Overall the whole staff killed it! Thank you to the whole staff!
I was shopping for work boots in the area and none of the stores I had checked before had the size and type I needed for my job requirements. The woman working in this store today provided excellent service that was extensive and thorough, ensuring I found exactly what product fit my taste and needs for the job. She went through several product recommendations until we found what was best. Should I ever have any work clothing related needs that this store can fill, I won't bother wasting my time with any other store.
This place rocks! Came in for a pair of workboots and was treated like a superstar! The customer service was awesome and the level of patience with my lack of knowledge with the brands was astounding. I recieved a true shoe fitting a few tips and a great experience. I'm primarily an online shopper... but this local gem will get more business from me!
What a wonderful experience! Needed a pair of work boots because my current pair is falling apart. Funny thing is, I lived around the corner from this store for about 12 years and never went in once. Didn’t know how awesome this place was! Finally went in (my wife told me to check it out). I met Jennifer. She extended me a warm welcome, promptly measured my feet and suggested some solid options based on my size and type of work I do. She explained the value and benefit of each brand and model. As I tried different pairs on, we narrowed my choices easily. She was also very accommodating of my children who were there while I was shopping. I ended up buying two pairs of boots instead of the one that I planned for.

This store has a huge selection and the service is excellent. A huge footwear department uniforms work clothesamd much more. They also offer customization on any of their products. The staff was very knowledgeable and very attentive Will definitely be back.
The Beautiful Ladies working here made my shopping experience here one of the best in my life. I needed a new pair of boots and their knowledge helped me choose the right fit for me. I will be back soon for more items. My new favorite place to shop.
I called ahead and enquired about a VERY specific item i needed. The very helpful young lady that answered the phone was right on and told me she had what i was looking for. I took and hour and a half long ride and was nervous that i would have waisted my time but

THE MARK. Had exactly what i need and i was so relieved i hugged her and she was totally ok with it.

Excellent store a friend referred me to that has all the equipment you need for any first-responder police EMS and FD. The prices are standard for the gear but the store has a very good selection and is the farthest north for all New York City agencies so if you live Upstate its perfect location. The store has excellent customer service and is very big. It will be used for all my needs with the job from here on in.

Some prices are high, some are cheaper but most are around what other cop shops s charge for NYPD equipment. 5 stars for staff courtesy and convenience of the location. They have a great selection of gear!
I can't remember her name but she was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She asked me what my job was and matched my boots to the job with 3 pairs to choose from. She advised me to use non-cotton socks with the boots which I did not know prior. Good experience and shopped local. The boots sold at a discount to list so not a bad buy.
