I've been doing business with Bob and the crew here for years. I can't say enough good things about them! As a small business owner myself, the highest compliment I can think of is a referral of family and friends, and I've sent at least 30 people here over the years!
Love this place! They are always so friendly and professional. I had to come here a few times with my daughter’s car. Today I brought my van. Fixed every problem we’ve had right away. The best!
Excellent service! My serpentine belt blew and I called this garage since they were nearby. They said they could help me, no problem! I got towed in and was finished about an hour later. They fixed the problem, gave me a list of non-urgent problems, and sent me on my way. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this garage!
I had a small but important job that needed to be fixed on a whim and Chris & Bob handled that task efficiently & professionally and at the cheapest price than 3 other places I called in the same town !!! The best car shop in Monroe for any of your needs. Bob is the man!! And so are his sons that work with him!!
His office alone is worth visiting with all the great decorations and funny signs. A historical landmark. Undoubtedly you would want to make this your go to place after stepping foot inside.
The only minor downside not effecting the 5+ star review is the small parking lot, but that only goes to show how popular this place is, always filled with customers yet they all still get the best service from everyone working here.
If you don’t come here you’ll be making a mistake simple as that, unless your a difficult customer, then maybe you should go else where

I went to Bob’s shop on multiple occasions with my Nissan 370 Z and bmw 428 and he has always been very upfront with me about the price and the time that him and his team will need to put into the car. There has been times where the parts did not arrive on time but as a diligent mechanic he was proactive and reached out and assured me of the situation instead of most mechanics who will lead you on and keep you in the dark. When I have had issues with my vehicle my former and current one he has always made it a priority to keep costs as low as possible and make each individual experience as less of a hassle as he could. I was never charged for diagnosis for my vehicle which is a blessing because almost every shop I’ve been to has done so. Bob the owner may not be perfect but he runs an honest business and in the midst of the pandemic he has provided me an exceptional experience.
Amazing, consistent service from a great group of guys. Bob can be up to his eyeballs with work and he finds a way to get you taken care of. There is something to be said when your car is taken care of by a group of car enthusiasts.
