Has anyone been to Frankie’s car wash recently? New mangment, chaos and confusion, all for the new low low price of $67!! Charging extra to wash the cup holders? Never again. People were leaving due to the horrible service and lack of communication. Took over 45 minutes on Saturday morning at 9am.

They always take care of my car. Keep it looking fresh.

Been coming to Frankie's (as well as Speedy's, the previous name) for about a decade now with no issue. Came in today for a car wash, and from the time it took my car to come through the bay, to me getting in, it was roughly 25 minutes. Figured since I got the package with the vacuum cleaning, that's was what took so long. However, I was INCREDIBLY disappointed to get into my car and see that the interior wasn't touched at all. My WINDOWS weren't even wiped down. I still have salt debris all over my windows. It felt like all I paid for was the exterior wash, tire shine, and the vacuum. I asked the guy at the counter if I missed something and he kindly told me that they don't do the interior anymore. It seems like the new management is making some frankly stupid decisions and all it'll do is hurt their business. Will definitely be taking my money elsewhere as this was unfortunately a complete waste of time and money for me. My apologies to the staff who will have to deal with the consequences of management's actions and will be on the frontline for any upset customers.

Zero stars. Google will only allow a post if I pick a star hence the one star. But Nope. Don't deserve it. New management has resulted in an inefficient chaotic process. They change the price package and what they include. We ended up paying $35 just to have the car washed externally. It did not include internally wiping down the seats or the dashboard. We didn't learn this until after we went through the car wash and one of the employees told us. They make you pay upfront just before you go in. They charge extra if you want the carpet vacuums. We decided to stay in the car as it went through the car washing system and it was a good thing we did because if my husband was not quick on removing the car from neutral, we would have crashed right into the door as it closed right when we were about to exit. The workers were trying to keep the door open and only worked with the lady holding the button down. The line is ridiculously long. You have to wait to get your car in and then get on another line just to get the carpet vacuum. There were 10 cars waiting. It was very disappointing and we ended up just leaving. My husband spoke with the new manager, and he kept saying that this was change due to past customers' complaint and that this was the new process. My husband told him that this was not a good process, and he needed to relook at it. But the manager kept insisting that this was better. Well, its not. lts not customer service friendly. We will not be returning.

Before you pay - ask how long - waited an hour after the wash for the wipe down and vacuum.

Do it yourself carwash is broken half the time and its the only one in town. You suck do better

This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. They did not vacuum the car at all. There was visible dirt everywhere, stains left untouched, and actual cereal still sitting on the floor after the “cleaning.” The seats were left dirty, the interior was clearly ignored, and nothing resembled a proper vacuum or interior service. When I pointed this out and asked them to fix it, the staff repeatedly said “we don’t know how” and “this isn’t what we do.” That is completely unacceptable for a business that advertises car cleaning services. I asked for my money back because it was obvious no real cleaning was done, and they refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like leaving dirt, stains, and trash inside the car was normal. This was a disgusting experience. I paid for a service that was simply not performed. Save your time, money, and frustration and go literally anywhere else. I will never return and strongly warn others to avoid this place.

I went to have my car I inspected and failed! The man in front of me failed ! To make it worse she told me I needed to have $2200 worth of work. My car went to my mechanic the month prior and was at the dealer the month before that for the routine inspection ...NO safety issues. I drive a lot and always wanting to make sure my car remains reliable. I decided to take the 1 hour drive to my mechanic that same day with the quote/printout of what Frankies gave me and my mechanic was not in disbelief. He said he sees this kind of stuff EVERYDAY!!!!! He said I did not need to have any of those repairs done he fully inspected everything they wrote . He drove the car and said nothing is wrong and they should NOT have failed me and take my money. He said he would NEVER put me on the road with an unsafe vehicle and he said he could never sleep at night if he was in the business of ripping people off I am soooo PISSED and DISGUSTED!!! How many people does this company do that to?. Failing peope for foolishness!!!. My car has NEVER failed an inspection and is in excellent condition.This place will never see me again for service. My car PASSED the state inspection. SMH!

Horrible car Wash Don't use them They didn't do a good job at all things were missing from my car after I got it back

Went in for car inspection was very pleased with service. Will definitely go back for other services. Everyone was very friendly and polite.

Sad to watch this place go. No money being reinvested but the prices continue to climb. I wonder what kind of boat the owner has ? I stopped going here for problems on both ends of this place.

These guys are reliable mechanics, trustworthy, and very friendly. They don't take reservations, so timing is important (getting there when they open on a weekday typically gets you seen pretty quick), but they're happy to work with you if you need to leave the car there and come back. I would definitely recommend them as a go-to mechanic in Monroe! They're also very fair with their pricing!

Maggie the lady in the fron was super unrespectfull, i was using this place for years and now i will never go there because of her treatment. super rude. not recommending this place.

I went to this tire shop to fix a flat, and the salesperson told me the tire couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. She claimed that during the previous repair, the wrong method was used because the hole was near the edge and should’ve been fixed differently. We asked her to pull up the repair history using the license plate number, as we were sure the last repair was done at this same shop. She refused, saying her technicians would never do such a thing, and became defensive and aggressive. She wasn’t willing to check the vehicle history and ended up kicking us out of the store without giving her name. I would really appreciate it if the management could follow up on this, especially since she refused to provide any information or identify herself

The actual Car Wash is okay but waiting there 44 minutes for a simple Car Wash makes absolutely no sense because they have only one worker vacuuming the car before it goes into the car wash

This place is awful and really expensive. No prices posted until you get right up to the wash. First you’ll need to sit for 5-20 minutes in a narrow line. $41 for a “platinum” car wash (after taxes, $37.92 before). For this you get: your car washed in a really outdated car wash. They vacuum, clean the windows, and wipe down the doors. They also clean the cupholders, which they seem to think is a really big deal and worth the absurd costs. Everything start to finish was 8 minutes. Now for $41 for 8 minutes of work, you would think this car would be looking like perfection. It did not. Sure, it was cleaner than before it went into the wash. Dust in corners. Small stain still on seat. Nothing was cleaned outside of their very specific parameters. So, underneath the cupholders were untouched. Anything below eye level, not acknowledged. And the Windows were FULL of streaks. Horrible! I’ve given them a few chances over the years, this is it, never again. At least in the past I was paying about $10 or $15 less. I had no idea the costs have risen in so much in less than a year. Note: during an earlier visit, the person waiting to dry my car blew his nose into the rag right before drying my car. I practically dove at the guy to stop him. Disgusting!!! I guess the current price increase includes the cost of tissues so The employees can blow their noses elsewhere.

Wouldn’t honor a gift card they gave us a month ago because we were using self wash and not full service. Then the machine needed exact change but atm was broken. We did not have exact change and they would not honor the gift card and were rude.

terrible experience. they put my car through the car wash with the window opened. then handed me my car back with the door and under my seat FILLED with soap after “drying” it. unbelievable not even an apology

My uncle took his vehicle in for New York State inspection, and failed him for a whole bunch of things! Failed him for brakes, steering and suspension and thermostatic air cleaner (doesn't even make sense, the vehicle is fuel injected). Told him he needs inner and outer tie rods because they are loose, The brakes fail inspection, and he needs an engine filter. So he took it to another mechanic and then was told there's no reason for the failure! The brakes are low but not metal on metal. The drums on his car are perfectly ok, unbelievable! The joints weren't loose or excessive. I'd really like to know if this shop is doing sham inspections because there is no reason at all this vehicle should have failed. And because this shop failed the car he had to pay $21 again. Not to mention he also asked for oil change while he was there. That wasn't done. All in all my family isn't EVER going here again and neither should yours. A disgusting way to do business.

i’m going to second that review what the other person mentioned on platinum, it is the highest wash which should include cupholders and carpet, but they totally missed a lot of spaces and left it dirty, I don’t see the point of taking the highest tier of the washes they offer, when they missed spots that should’ve been included even on the cheapest wash, I expect you totally refund me the difference. They told me to go back around for better vacuum, but the guys at the vacuum had this attitude like the other person who complained about the platinum wash, like we gave you what’s included, but I will upload photos later of totally missed places for regular wash.

So Frankie's can be a bit deceptive. They have a very nice car wash that I feel is fair value for the service and price point. They also have a full service automotive shop. Trust me when I tell you I am picky on who I choose to work on my rare 1970 Cuda. The same mechanics have been there for at least 3 yrs that I am aware of. That doesn't happen without solid ownership and management. Robin has been fantastic with my classics. This is my second classic car that he has worked on. I will be spreading the word and will definitely be bringing new business. It is hard to find honest and knowledgeable mechanics thank you!!!

Worst car wash ??????? Don’t waste your time and money What looks like this? Is washed car? Update 02/19/2024 Paid 26$ and not the first time, yesterday was the same. I came home and cleaned car by myself ?? Improve quality, we pay money for what????

Not a good car wash save your money go to hambiltonian's In Chester. This place has gotten worse and worse over the years to the point where you have to go back and clean all the spots they missed. And the wheel brush is broken it spins but it never actually moves to touch your vehicle To respond to the owner : I come here because I live one minute away but it's no longer worth it I will travel for a better car wash

Paid for the platinum… got a pretty decent wash, and interior was cleaned with intent and lightly waxed… however my trunk was COMPLETELY ignored and for the 34 bucks spent… I’m a bit disappointed. IS THIS NOT PART OD THE PACKAGE? Never had this happen at the Hambeltonian in Chester???

I have gone to this place 3 times already. Got a $5 dollar discount to wash my car for any service, of course I chose the premium wash. Also I took a part that I bought online for my car and they also installed it for a very fair price. Awesome place to be at.

I have been here twice in the past few weeks with different vehicles. One had a lot of soap marks and the side mirrors had swirl marks once dried. The other, the white one in the pictures was not cleaned well at all. The car is made wet but not cleaned well at all. Click on the pictures to see the marks and dirt all over it. The first two pictures are of the hood followed by all of the bugs/dirt near the headlights and the final picture is by the windshield wiper, practically black under there. Very expensive for a poor cleaning job. The people all seemed nice and the people wiping the car at the end were working hard. I am not sure why the vehicle doesn't come away clean.

They basically didn't clean the interior. Only a really basic work. I still have crumbs and coffee stains after I was done as you can see in the pics. I paid for the so called GOLD option. The outside was ok.
