Staff was terrible. No help and treated me like a no one. No help at all!

They knew their stuff and had most of the stuff in stock

In my experience the staff has been knowledgeable and friendly.

The music in the store is reprehensible! They need to play music that is catered toward customers not employees.

Was great there first thing in the morning for a battery for my son's car. And the employee was nice and very helpful. That's why I only shop here.

They have stores that are great. The help here is sometime perfect, and sometimes not that great. But I look at the overall which is to recommend and LIKE AAP stores

Ordered touchup paint online that was in stock. Arrived 2 days later to pickup & was given paint for a Volkswagen then for a Toyota. Then told it was not available & those were the only to grey colors they have. Counter guy called another store & said they had it. Ran out there to find it was not the correct color. A lot of wasted time & gas.

Staff assisted nicely. But wish they could perform install of battery equipment bolt and cables as well.

The only auto part store there when I need it. This location is always friendly and very helpful. One of many reasons I go here.

I was in here last night and some disrespectful a-hole was cussing the associate like it was his job; the staff handled the situation in a calm, professional manner. I love the parts at advance, and I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed at this particular location.

Jessica Peterson is the commercial manager at the Lockport, NY location. She hung up the telephone on me on 4/11/2019 when I requested that she attempt looking for a part for a vehicle that was not in their Year/Make/Model search. She also would not check into thread size on a part that I had found in their database. I asked to be transferred to someone that could help me. She got offended and later hung up. She does not belong in customer service. I also feel she knows minimal about the auto parts industry. This interaction deserves less than one star. Incredibly unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great employees and great parts! Fair pricing on all parts for my duramax! Compared to other places. And those parts aren't cheap!

The young ladies at the counter had one speed it was slow. They need more training on how yo use the computer systems.

Had what we needed and offered to put my new wipers on my vechicle, very helpful and respectful.

Counter salesman mis-identified that I needed 7440 bulbs, he gave me 1156's by mistake. Other visits they have been good.

I came intending to buy an alternator. David said he wanted to check the battery and charging system. Went out with A high tech testing device. Did several things. Printed out results. Explained results,gave print out to me. Told me to hold off buying alternator. I was really impressed with his help and being concerned about me.

Professional, Friendly Service for Automotive Parts & Accessories. (Just keep in mind that the employees are cashier's that range from professional mechanic to possibly able to replace wiper blades..so, don't go off being rude because they cannot answer a question a mechanic would charge you for.)

Ordered my battery for my car online, went in to pick it up 30 minutes later. To my pleasant surprise the lady asked if I would like a free install! I was in and out in 15 minutes and didn't need to get my hands dirty.
