They moved into a new location but the LED lighting in the store is absolutely insanely blinding bright! Not a good experience!

I have been going to the Transit Lockport Napa location for my automotive needs for some time. I would like to give them a very positive shout-out. They have always been helpful in getting me the correct parts for all my vehicles: oil, filters, headlights, alternators, and the list goes on. I just purchased a 2003 Ford school bus as a family vehicle and parts for this thing are hard to find I needed to replace the heater cores, thermostat, and a pair of specific pliers to get the cooling lines off. The only places I could find the cores were Napa for $65 or the local Ford dealership for $168. With Napa having quality parts, it was a no brainer and I had the part the very next day. Thank you Napa Crew for all your help!

I don't like the second guy there that day!! The guy that cashed me out was cool. Their were 2 guys working, I bought a belt for my van. I never put it on my van. Well when I took it back one of the employees was heckling me about how the belt looked used. I swear I was going to call a cop of that guy kept it up with me. I'll be checking all parts before I leave that store again!!! If I go to this location again.

Quick friendly ... I don't do serious repairs but these guys are always helpful for incidentals ... Car wash or wax, wiper blades etc.

They have a good amount of stuff in Stock but don't get there close to closing time doors will already be locked and you do actually get in you get nothing but attitude

Credit card machine not working so took a little longer then should have so guys probably having a bad day . Could do a little better job acknowledging people when they come in . Stood at the counter a fee minutes before anyone talked to me

Often they have parts the other local auto parts stores don't stock, but will match the price if you know it.

Great place got some new wiper blades and they even put them on for me great guys great buys.
