Pulled in at 9am , I was not even out of my car and the owner came out to bring my bag of cans in. I was so impressed. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you.
Stopped there because it was close to where I was going. Went in with 4 large bags and was literally out in less than 5 minutes. I’ve never seen a can recycling facility with a conveyor system that counts the cans. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. Smaller returns I’ll still go to the closest one to me in Wrights Corners but for BIG returns I’ll come here!
I really loved this place till I came this last time Tuesday July 23 a younger women helped me with over 8 bags of bottles and didn't even get 20 dollars I purposely save them for gas money this is the 2nd time it's happened even tip everytime except today will not return will do it myself
Went here for the 1st time. The service was outstanding. We went with 7 large bags. One of the employees actually helped us bring the bags in! They were extremely friendly & efficient. We will definitely be back!
Our job is to give you quick and convenient service, and our friendly staff will be happy to give you a hand unloading your car. There is no charge and no limit-- we will pay you for any amount! If there is not a NY deposit , we will still recycle it for you. Just bring your bags in and put them up on the table and we will start counting!"....
***and ONE Employee failed at the mission statement today, very rude tone and demeanor so here is a suggestion hand in your 2 weeks and do better for yourself; inform your employer that you're no fit for customer service and walk out with what pride you have left. Have a better day!
First of all, if you have a lot of bottles and cans, supermarkets are slow and give nasty looks; they DON'T want your returns. All bottle and can places are faster and DO want your returns.
Regarding Upstate specifically, they are more spacious than other places - multiple tables with multiple people counting. They also give SIX cents per can or bottle in certain cases - FREE MONEY! Can't seem to get cell phone receiption in the building through.
I come every month or two, with 10+ trash bags full. Each time there were no lines & quick counting. Thumbs up!
Very nice and helpful staff. On my last visit I had quite a few bag fulls of bottles. An employee came outside and offered help bringing in my remaining bags.
First time going there, and the 3 guys made 10 big garbage bags look like nothing. We were in there 10 MAYBE 15mins. And they helped us bring in our bags. Will definitely return. Thanks guys
Hands down the best bottle return place in the area!! You get great service from the employees, they even offer to help carry stuff in and out of the store too! Great pricing on 6 packs of pop and propane! Also you can't beat 6 cents!! Overall great place!!
Fast fast fast! What a great place. Fast service on can returns. Fantastic prices on pop 6 packs. Awesome price on propane exchanges. Even with people in front of me I've never spent more than 15 minutes at the store. Offers 6 cents to first responders and teachers (among a few other groups that I don't remember) everyday. Actually feels like they care!
Great Place to return bottles! Staff was great and even came out to help grab the bags, they were super quick to count the 12 bags we brought in!! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for efficient and pleasant service.
Wonderful! Fast efficient and 6 cents per can, as opposed to 5! They also have 20lb propane for $12.99. And unlike some stores...they take ALL brands of bottles and cans!
Great staff and clean facility! We pulled up with a truck full of bags and the staff even offered to help unload. Very personable and efficient. We'll be back!
