I went in on a Saturday morning. 3 people sitting at the counter. I wanted to spec and price a new trailer. Guy at the counter acted annoyed I was there and I was very specific and knew what I wanted a price on. No catalogues, no options, no help at all. I left my number for a call back it's been 3 weeks. Everyone there acted like they didn't want to help, bothered. I won't be returning and I took my Buisness elsewhere

Stopped in for an estimate to have a front hitch installed on my truck. I was told 4 to 5 hours of labor involved which according to the hitch manufacturer it would only take 1 to 1.5 hrs total labor. Estimate seemed rather high so my local mechanic installed it and charged me just 1.5 hrs of labor. So I can't comment on this shops ability to install a hitch but the shop itself looked nice and clean. I just think the sales person was way off on his labor estimate.

Had the good folks here install a leveling kit with full spring replacement, shocks all around, and new Toyo 35s on my truck. I’m very particular about who works on my trucks but from the get go could see a clean professional atmosphere, confident staff, and well stocked showroom. They perfectly nailed the alignment afterward and reset my steering wheel dead straight. No scratches anywhere, no greasy fingerprints in or out. Just a quality job done at a reasonable price.

Great place to buy from they are extremely professional and helpful. I purchased my first 2025 car trailer. They made it easy and fast. Nick did a great job.

Great place to do business with! I went there to browse new enclosed trailers. I started out by browsing their lot. I really liked what I saw. Great manufacturer & quality. They didn't have what I needed on their lot though. So I went inside to talk to the sales guy (Kyle). By the time I left, I ended up ordering my new trailer.

Purchased a couple of gravely 660s, price was right but when it came to warranty work, beware you will be billed, other places I've purchased mowers thru aqua supply and wegmans motor works any time I had a issue from silly throttle cable breaks to a serious issue like a motor replacement, at there shops there wasn't any fees for replacing a motor on a newer machine. Dropped it off picked it up no fee!!! But at wny accessories they started of with giving me a price of 1700 which i thought was fishy, when it got done it some how went to 2100. After calling kawasaki and gravely I was informed that they have a set price for warranty work and some shops may charge extra?? I guess some shops can't get it done in the quoted time that Kawasaki allows.. so long story short 1100$ later? Because I think I asked for the case number and called kawasaki and gravely 3 year warranty only 2 years and 840 hours I got my mower back. Buyer beware you may save a few bucks at wny accessories but you'll pay for warranty work and they don't stock simple parts like belts for the mowers they sell. I've been in business mowing since 1998 bought over 100 mowers between wegmans motor works and aqua supply. I don't care what deal they offer on mowers at wny accessories I will never go back. They can give you there side. I'm just warning you BUYER BEWARE..

WNY accessories is less than a mile from my house. Went in looking at a gravely ZT HD, the guy behind the counter couldn’t be bothered with me. When he gave me pricing it was confusing. 3 different prices depending how I paid, he didn’t even mention the 0% financing for 48 that gravely is advertising, I went to another dealer 30min away, worth the drive.

Bought two pieces of equipment from this company and nothing but problems with both items A trailer which was a maxx-d tilt trailer. Several issues from rust to broken welds. A blind monkey could weld better. So I had to bring it back in to have some of these things fixed. I got the song and dance for about two weeks the guy that can work on it is sick then on vacation. After finally getting the trailer back home come to find out I had even more issues with this thing. For example one thing that belonged to me that was on the trailer was lost in the service shop. The list goes on. I simply give up with this company. The other piece of equipment I purchased was is a gravely zero turn mower which now has two axles that leak fluid. Lifetime warranty on these particular axles. I’d stand clear from this company. Their customer service is at a zero with me and their knowledge of the products they sell is horrible.

We recently purchased a 7 x 14 enclosed Avalanche trailer from WNY Trailers and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nick took great care of us—he was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Yes let's be crystal clear I was pressured into signing a lease by an anstie salesman Then my vehicle is involved in a collision I didn't cancel anything I rescheduled the service and then when I tried to have it done I was hung up on instead of being understanding that it was physically impossible for the vehicle to be brought The owner hangs up on me my lease is signed and I'm responsible for paying it and quite frankly that's none of your business I have a signed agreement with no service being done that is theft of goods and services

Great service. Took about an hour for 4 tires installation. Quality work. Will be coming back!

Called n found out they had a trailer size n specs we were looking for. Registration and inspection done on location. We were able to pay in full n leave same day in just over an hour. All that was good since we live 2hrs away. I didn't appreciate the added "optional fee" of $99 Nick added nor mentioned while we talked price.

I have taken my old truck for tires and minor repairs. They have always been fair with prices and do quality work. I recently had my new truck bed there for a spray in bed liner, I couldn't be more happy with the quality of the job. Highly recommend for tire service and accessory install.

I do not do reviews but this company is not good .. they do not back there equipment when problems occur.. they seem to blame the consumer .. they do not listen when you tell them of rust issues etc .. hitch issues are also blamed on the consumer ..I am a local commercial construction company and will be spreading the world of this nonsense .these photos are a small portion of the brand new trailer I bought from this company that rusted within 3 weeks of owning it..

After having my new rims and tires installed, a few days later I noticed my rear drivers side tire was making a clunking noise as I drove down the road. When I got home I checked the lug nut and only one was tight the rest were all loose and ready to fall off. Called the next day to let them know what had happened so it hopefully wouldn’t happen to someone else and they could maybe address it with the mechanic that did the install and it seemed as though the could have cared less as the never asked me info to find out who had done the install. After posting review I received a phone call a couple hours later from the owner Russ who was more than apologetic. He assured me that the parties were talked with and asked that I come in to check the torque on all lug nuts and wanted me to have a free oil change. Very satisfied with the quick response and correction of the problem. Very happy with the new rims and tires. Don’t hesitate to do business with this company as they a very willing to rectify any problems.

Absolutely exceptional service! I showed up totally unannounced with severe damage to my vehicle and drove there on a dummy tire. In less than a half hour I had a matching Goodyear tire mounted, balanced, and installed at a great price. I was really shaken up and these guys were all phenomenal. Thank you all so much! I highly recommend these guys. THEY ARE THE BEST!

I have been using this shop for all basic needs and accessories for my trucks for a good few years now. Not one complaint can be given. Everything is done in a timely manner and professionally. Always given fair prices and never pushed to get anything I don't want or need. I highly recommend using this shop as I will be a return customer for as long as I can.

I was quoted a certain price by Steve when purchasing a tire/rim, tire carrier and door bushing install. I asked 3 times if that was the total price and labor and if he can get it done on Saturday. I was told yes. I told him I’m driving 1 1/2 hrs to them and can only come on Saturday. He said no problem and he has a mechanic on that day and he charged me for the invoice. A couple days later I was told the bushings cannot be done because the mechanic doesn’t have time for them on Saturday and they would refund me my $150 back for the labor. I said ok, no problem. I never received the money and I called back on June 1st and was told that I was quoted incorrectly on the tire carrier labor and they would only send me back $50. Mind you they charged me over a week ago for all the labor and parts, but then changed all the pricing 3 times. How do you quote a customer, charge them and then change the pricing multiple times? How do you agree on sending me back $150 and then a couple days later say nah, we only gonna send back $50. I will never use them again and I was a returning customer that drives 3hrs round trip.

Just got some powder coating done from here. Parts turned out awesome when they were done. This place definitely exceeded my expectations! Very great and professional customer service as well. Anyone one looking to get stuff powder coated, I highly recommend this shop. This is one of few places out there that does quality work. Thanks guys!
