I highly recommend Mini of Manhattan. They explained everything about the car and all options. My wife wanted a very specific car and the dealership worked very hard to get us exactly what we wanted. Their service is the best. They’re always quick, have everything prepared and are transparent. I’ve never found hidden fees or clauses during my experience leasing and that’s one of the reasons I decided to keep the car after the lease ended. Highly recommended.

Having leased 4 Mini’s (convertible to countryman) from Mini of Manhattan, I can honestly say that everyone who has helped me over the years has been great. The salespeople, including Marcus and tech person, Moussa, were helpful and responsive; excellent personal customer service! My experience with the service dept is minimal bc my cars have never had any issues. Thank you Mini!

My experience at Mini/Manhattan is 6 stars!! I worked with my advisor - Joseph Scarmozzino- who explained all options and broke down pricing with no pressure. Even while he had a day off, he pushed my paperwork thru and answered every question we had. When we arrived at Mini- Manhattan and Anthony Stanley took us to get a sneak peak of our Countryman All4!! He is a car guy- so much so that we spent time talking about a 80’s M3 that was totally redone and sitting in the garage near our Mini. This brand takes their job seriously- not like the swindling car dealerships that hire salesman. Mini hires people who believe in their brand. Next we sit with Finance Manager Matteo Marsilii- it’s unlike any experience we have had. They are not pushy, they make it easy and stress free. Technology replaces pen/ink- and there is no “let me talk to my manager”. Next we meet with Moussa Sanogo (Mini Product Genius). These new Infotainment systems make you feel like you are driving inside your smartphone- so many options and Moussa sat and explained all we could retain. We were treated like family by Catherine Clark (Sales Manager). She gives my wife a swag bag filled with some cool Mini things and makes this event feel different than any other car experience we have ever had. So much so- that we will drive out of NJ and pass other Mini dealerships to get to Mini of Manhattan for future service calls etc. Best car experience ever - Mini of Manhattan

I had an amazing experience leasing a car from MINI of Manhattan. Jordan made the entire process incredibly easy—I was able to handle everything over the phone, and when I arrived, all I had to do was sign the paperwork, pick up my new car, and trade in my old one. The whole process took less than an hour, which was fantastic! Mousa was also a great advisor, taking the time to go over the car in detail. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before driving off. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend MINI of Manhattan and their team!

First I’ll start by saying we love our new MINI Countryman! But even more so we felt so supported by the staff at this location. Our Story was a bit of threading the needle, the day we finally decided that we wanted to move forward with our purchase I messaged Jordan Lockett who had been helping us the whole time and got things moving. I wanted to make sure we got this car situated before my wife and I had our first child who was due in about a week. The day before we were supposed to pick up the car my wife goes into labor and we have to rush to the hospital. Amidst all the commotion I message Jordan trying to coordinate some sort of pick up so I can drive us home from the hospital. Jordan really went above and beyond and offered to deliver the car directly to the Hospital along with all the required documents which allowed me to not have to leave my wife’s side for long and we were able to drive home from the hospital in our new Countryman! as a bonus the dealership threw in a special new baby gift that really made us feel special. I highly recommend this dealership and MINI in general for your next vehicle purchase and a special thank you to Jordan who really pulled through during an especially chaotic time.

I had an unfortunate flat tire the day after getting my MINI, but I was incredibly impressed by the exceptional service I received. The sales representative went above and beyond to help me, and both the MINI Assistant and the repair shop provided excellent support. Although my first interaction with the MINI Assistant was a bit disappointing — the representative was somewhat impatient and slightly rude — I called again later and received outstanding assistance. Overall, I truly appreciate the dedication and care from everyone involved.

Over the last 10 years, I have leased 4 consecutive Mini Coopers from Mini of Manhattan. The experience for leasing each car has always been a very easy and smooth process. One of the salespeople, Jordan, is terrific. He made the experience easy explaining my different options and communicating with me in a timely manner every step of the way. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the process and product all the way through. The technician Moussa was also fantastic explaining the technology in my new Mini and patiently answering every question. Overall, a good experience. Highly recommend this dealership.

Professional and patient. They answered all my questions and allowed hours of test driving of a variety of vehicles so I could narrow my choice. Jordan and Moussa and the rest of the team were great. Mini NYC continues to be the standard for all Mini USA authorized dealers to follow. From trade in on lease to selecting your new vehicle the process is seamless, informative and most importantly, fun! The sales team is solid. Led by Catherine, the team is friendly and approachable. My sales person Jordan was eager to find my next Mini. He showed me choices he knew I would love by asking the right questions. Further, he suggested product which can be rare at other dealerships. Matteo in Finance is simply put, a class act. He considers your financial wherewithal and seeks to build a car price that works with your budget. In short, I sincerely would advise a Mini enthusiast to take their business here. The team is more than capable and without a doubt you will enjoy the experience. Cheers!

Upon learning that my desired electric vehicle BMW’s iX2 would not come to the U.S., it was suggested that I consider a Mini. A Mini??? I decided to attend the NYC unveiling event for the new, super-sized (for Mini) Countryman. The vehicle checked many boxes, including where it was built: on the same German assembly line as the BMW iX1 and iX2. At Mini of Manhattan, I met our sales rep Anthony Stanley, who served as a most capable and conscientious navigator for this roll-of-the-dice by a die-hard BMW and Audi owner. Anthony went out of his way to answer all of our questions in spite of this being a new vehicle for which many details were not yet known, including the color we chose - Slate Blue. No samples were to be had at any Mini dealer and few images existed online. We would just have to wait five months until our car was built and delivered, which was last week. Net net: we were very satisfied with the experience and, most importantly, we adore our new Countryman SE All4 in Slate Blue. This Countryman is, in its essence, a BMW X series with a Mini badge and personality.

I recently went to MINI for my second MINI as a gift to myself for my birthday. The overall energy of the dealership seems supercilious and stuffy, maybe it’s a New York thing. However it should be considered… it’s a MINI not a Maybach. Bring it down a notch, the brand has a degree of fun… they should too. I worked with MARCUS and selected a car fairly quickly. (I did choose 2 and split hairs between them for a day.) Over the course of the deal and a little pickle of an issue, Marcus remained professional and receptive. He was knowledgeable, friendly yet not familiar… as a salesman especially of cars I appreciate the balance. He was even patient with me calling my father a million times, cars are out of my scope and it helped to have my dads reassurance. (Without feeling like a burden.) I was also assisted my MOUSSA during the test drive and onboarding of my car. He too was knowledgeable with an added joyous disposition. Which faired well in the position he’s in. It helped the car buying not feel so daunting. The pickle I had led me to the service department less than a week after I purchased the car. The intake personnel was abrasive unnecessarily. The person I was passed on to was kind enough, yet un memorable. Which I can appreciate, every moment doesn’t have to knock your socks off. My harshest criticism would have to be for CATHERINE the MGR. The pickle I came to navigate was one I understood could go two ways. I don’t fault the decision made and it didn’t necessarily dampen my experience to the point of distaste for the dealership. However due to Catherine’s attitude I truly hope I never have to come back whilst I live in NY. It would’ve been a better experience if she was empathetic. Instead she was dismissive and patronizing. She “ok’d” me till near death, and gave empty… “oh thanks for sharing your perspective” and statements of the like. Speaking rapidly as to rush me off the phone. It was weird and disappointing, as a professional and a leader, she could do better. However what incentive would she have to be kind or empathetic when the deal was already done? Still love my car, grateful for Marcus and Moussa.

The easiest lease experience I’ve ever had. After having a not so great experience at another Mini dealer, I reached out to Mini of Manhattan. Anthony was great from the beginning, going through options and putting no pressure on me to sign right away. The actual lease process was super quick and Moussa gave me a thorough briefing on everything the car could do, setting me up with all the essentials before leaving. Would highly recommend!
