We had such an amazing experience getting our Dodge Durango lease with Ollies Mercedes. He was attentive, genuine, and overall just a great person to work with. He listened to what we needed and made it happen at a great price! Also, the General Sales Manager, Jorge Pena, was on top of everything and checked on us throughout the whole process. He made us feel like the most important customer in the place. Finally when it came to signing, Louis Fata made it simple, but still explained everything thoroughly. All in all, our experience was a 10/10!

Our sales person Daryl was amazing!! We never felt pressure to buy something we didn’t want. He was straightforward provided all the correct information and was extremely patient from beginning to end. Even when we went to pick up our vehicle, Daryl was there to help us and guide us through and get us at the door. He never stopped going above and beyond. First time shopping with Jeep of Manhattan and it is not going to be the last. Bryan worked hard with his finance manager to get be the best deal for a new lease and a great price for my trade. Wish I could give 0 stars. Sold me a car then shipped it to my state (NC) without temporary tags and with a part damaged that was never disclosed to me. Contacted them to send me the temporary tags and to fix their error for the damage to the car that they never told me about. Supposedly sent a check to cover the part and a extra sad $100 for all the back and forth with them. Been over a week and this check is no where to be found. The "temporary tags" are also no more than a piece of paper that is to be tapped to my back window. Which is not legal in north Carolina. Never have I before been given paper as a temporary tag vs something to put where the tags are supposed to go. The worst experience I've had buying a car. Not sure if they just dont care about their customer or doing some sort of scam as I still dont have actual tags for the car ive bought. Buy your car somewhere else.

I came in for something that had been sold as my mind was really set on it . I’ve met with daryl the next day and he ensured me that I’ll get something better as made it possible to brighten my decision on purchasing a car that was better with his knowledge and honesty I wouldn’t ever doubt him as it was more then just an experience it was a pleasure working with Daryl he was very patient and listen to every detail I asked for I spent the day test driving and viewing other cars daryl was very open and answered every question as it was my first time purchasing a car and it was not just a car it was a investment. This dealership operates with zero integrity and is everything that’s wrong with the car sales industry. I was literally ready to finalize the purchase of a vehicle — after confirming multiple times via text and phone that it was available — only to be told at the last minute that it was "suddenly sold." This came after price negotiations, fee discussions, and hours of wasted time. Let’s be clear: the car was never truly available. It had already been sold to another buyer and the dealership was just stalling while they waited on that person’s financing. Yet they continued showing it, offering it, and negotiating like it was still for sale. That’s fraudulent and deceptive. Worse, they tried slipping in ridiculous fees—more than five times the actual cost to register and title the vehicle. When I called them out on it, I was given the usual runaround. This isn’t just shady—it’s predatory. I wasted almost 4 hours of my time, over $30 in tolls, and drove more than 60 miles based on lies. And after all that, the manager had the audacity to lecture me about “respect” while defending these unethical tactics. Newsflash: respect is earned, and your dealership doesn’t deserve a shred of it. Yes, I was angry — rightfully so — and I did curse once. But I didn’t yell, and I immediately apologized. Meanwhile, they wasted half my day, disrespected my time, and treated me like some backup plan in case their other deal fell through. This is not how honest businesses operate. Selling a car that’s already sold is fraudulent. Charging outrageous fake fees is predatory. Misleading customers is unethical. I’ve filed complaints with Stellantis, the FTC, and the NY Division of Consumer Protection, and I’ll make sure this review is posted anywhere potential buyers might see it. If you're considering doing business with this place — DON’T. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and absolutely not worth your time or money.

I just had the absolute best car-buying experience of my life — and this is my ninth vehicle purchase! From start to finish, this dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. On Memorial Day, I purchased a certified pre-owned, 2022 Jeep Compass from this dealership. Ollies, was my salesperson, who I started communicating with before I actually came into the dealership. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but again, Ollies handled it with professionalism. Purchasing a new car wasn't in my plans, but due to an unfortunate incident it had to be done. I am just grateful that I had an overall pleasant experience. Thank you Ollies.

If you are in shopping for a reliable completely safe vehicle for you and your family buy jeep. I have never felt more safe and comfortable in a vehicle as well as reliably. Never needing anything other than basic service, oil change, tire rotation, you need Jeep brand. My sales person, Mr Neil Iton, took me through a painless and relaxing, process that was a issue free experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. This shop is a complete disaster from start to finish. They misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle, then tried to upsell me on repairs I didn’t need. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with rude, dismissive behavior and zero transparency. To make matters worse, they massively overcharged for the work they did and when I questioned the inflated prices, they became defensive and disrespectful. It’s clear they prioritize profits over integrity and have absolutely no regard for customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. This place is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

Let me be unequivocally clear: I wouldn't purchase a rusty paperclip from the festering pit that is Chrysler Dodge Ram FIAT of Manhattan, let alone entrust them with a significant investment like a car. My encounter with their staff was an exercise in enduring relentless unprofessionalism and outright rudeness that permeated every interaction. From the second I dared to step onto their lot, it was painfully obvious that my presence was an unwelcome intrusion. Asking a simple question about a vehicle model was met with a dismissive wave and a bare minimum of information, delivered with the distinct air of someone being profoundly inconvenienced. This egregious lack of professionalism only intensified when the subject of pricing arose. Engaging with their staff felt less like a negotiation and more like being interrogated by someone who actively resented my existence. Their collective bad attitude created an atmosphere so hostile and unwelcoming that I genuinely felt as though my potential business was not just unappreciated, but actively scorned. I arrived at this establishment with the expectation of a standard car buying experience, hoping for guidance and information. Instead, I was met with a wall of indifference and blatant disrespect that made the entire visit an utterly repulsive and entirely futile waste of my time. Consider this less of a review and more of a dire warning: avoid this dealership at all costs. My experience here at this dealership with my sales rep Micheal Lykon has been absolutely horrible as i’ve been fed lies. The deal took 3 weeks to complete as I placed half down payment on the car thinking things would get fixed during that time. I took 3 buses just to get to the dealership on 10/05/2024. The car hasn't even been test driven because it’s in “service”. I came to sign the paperwork and when everything was done I had to wait an hour on the car. The promises I was told was the driver side headlight would be fixed and so would the air conditioning for the driver side. The car I purchased was a 2015 Infiniti Q50. Micheal promised that he would get a mechanic he knows at the service center to do it after 6pm any day of the week. I’m a very hard working man so I told him i’ll make the time. I personally didn’t care too much about the air conditioning not working because it’s getting cold out but more so the headlight because how does a car pass inspection with a blown headlight? They sold me a trade in car without even inspecting it and for that I’d say that is a bad sales rep who doesn’t love up to his promises and high expectations. He’s been dodging my calls and text as i’ve been tedious about when to come in to get my repairs done to the car so I reached out to the sales manager Horhay (excuse my spelling). He told me on 10/18 as weeks have passed after no contact with micheal lykon that I can come to their service center any day of the week next week and that they’ll fix the headlight but anything else they are not responsible for. Understandable I suppose so I call today and now Horhay is dodging my calls. I’ve even called the service center and they are telling me their a jeep,dodge, ram, etc dealership and only service those cars. The person I spoke to who I won’t disclose her name told me “well ofcourse they said that, they just want the sale”. Which makes absolute sense but me not thinking that micheal had my back, I trusted him and i’ve been hookwinked. I’m hoping this review will go to the higher ups as i’ve even called Infiniti dealerships and i’ve gotten a price quote of $1,000+ to replace my whole driver side headlight. I’m not one to give bad reviews, i’m a very cool, chill, laid back and nonchalant guy but this one needed to be made as I feel baboozled. My recommendation to anyone buying from this location is to only buy the brand that they sell and make sure they do everything they said they’d do before purchasing the vehicle or even leaving a down payment. I being young and dumb when I made this erratic and impulsive purchase. I have no reason to lie or to write this lengthy review for 10 minutes if my expectations were met but I’d be happy to delete this review if my calls stop getting dodged and repairs are made on my car as I just want a resolution at the end of the day. If this review isn’t deleted then they are what they are and I would consider watching your pockets.

Had an amazing experience here with Alex, Sergio and Lou all helping to give me a fantastic new Jeep and take my beloved precious older Jeep off my hands. As a woman alone buying a car can sometimes at least for me be intimidating but this experience was friendly and smooth and I got exactly what I wanted! I love my new car!

I found myself in a pinch right before a road trip from NYC to Detroit, and this dealership was a lifesaver. Not only did they expedite my oil change and tire rotation with impeccable efficiency, but they treated me like I was part of the family. While waiting, I indulged in one of the finest lattes I've ever had, thanks to their top-notch coffee machine. A special shoutout to Nelson and Jonathan. Their genuine care and support didn't go unnoticed. They even took the time to give me a tour around the dealership, adding a cherry on top of an already delightful experience. Gratitude doesn't even begin to cover it. If you’re in Manhattan, I know exactly where you’ll want to be heading. One of the best dealership experiences hands down. Highly recommended!

Said this car was in perfect condition, flew to New York to get the car to find the fender falling off, steering wheel cover cracked, tow cover missing etc. Somehow they racked up almost 10 grand in fees and said it was our fault and to be more cautious when buying a car. Beware we called 4 days in a row trying to get ahold of someone and all I got was hung up on or sent to voicemail, salesman said your presence is your best leverage so we showed up just to waste time and money. Not to mention when i walked in they said I looked like a construction worker and when i said I had a check written for the out the door price the salesman told me the attitude changed. Don’t waste your time here. Nothing but inappropriate and undereducated people in this place calling it a legit dealership.

Best car buying experience ever. Couldn't have sketched out a better experience. Worked with Roman. Wanted to buy a jeep and fell in love with one on the showroom floor. Spoke with Roman told him what I wanted to pay and terms I'd be comfortable with, discussed options. He called me 20mins after I left with everything worked out exceeding my expectations. With a very small window I went in and completed the application, approval process was very fast. He said he just goes with 1 lender so your information isn't scattered, he goes with the lender who tends to have the best terms. On delivery day I told him I had a1hr window from work, he said it would take 10mins. Again everything was good to go I was in and out in 30mins...20 of which was chit-chat. Couldn't be happier with my experience and 21 Wrangler.

I recently leases my first car, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, from Jeep Manhattan and I will honestly say it was a great experience! Ralph Torres was great guy, very humble, Very professional , May the process easy and effortless , answer all my questions. I got the last white Grand Cherokee hiding in the back just waiting for me. he pull the car out, Its was meant for me.
