Great service. Came on time as agreed. Javeid, the driver, pulled awesome maneuvers to get into the underground garage and put my car on the flat bed. Delivered my car to my mechanic without any problems. I am very satisfied.
Needed to have my moped bike towed because it was damaged in an accident. Booking was simple over the phone, and the tow truck driver (Ismail) came within an hour of calling. He was courteous and brought my moped with no issues.
They came looked at the car and without noticing me just gone away. I told them prior to coming that the car is in a parking garage. Buy just left without telling. Had also bad english

My tire went completely flat so quickly @ approx. 10pm. I was able to pull in an Auto Zone. Reached out to roadside assistance they said someone would be there in 65mins. It seemed like I would have a long wait especially as a woman and my daughter was with me. I was so excited when they updated me and said someone would be there in 10mins. He arrived as stated. Changed my tire to my spare and I was able to leave. He was an absolute savior! Thank you A1

He knows what he’s doing a man of great experience… I would recommend this company to anyone and they got my location in good time I didn’t have to wait very long. Very easy and efficient experience! The response time was prompt (in Gowanus area). The driver was courteous and professional, and loaded the Land Rover onto his flatbed very smoothly. He then worked with the mechanic and dropped it off exactly where he wanted it.
Would definitely call again if I needed another tow.

A-1 towing and collision company was great. It was a very busy holiday weekend and they came and delivered. I appreciate them. I will use their service again. The tow master was very knowledgeable and he was very logic reliable. Job well done they knew what type of tow service I needed. They brought a flatbed . I did not have a problem. Locked out of my car. They managed to get one of their guys out late at night and open it for me. Great communication as well. Called me to let me know they are on their way.
Absolutely terrible experience. I called this towing company at 12:00 PM and was told a truck would arrive within 2 hours. Nothing showed up. I called again, and they told me to wait another hour. Finally, at 3:45 PM, a driver arrived—only to look at my truck and say he wouldn’t tow it, despite the fact that I had clearly explained all the vehicle details when I booked.
I called the call center again and was told a different driver would come in 30 minutes. That driver finally showed up 2 HOURS later, and also said he couldn’t tow the truck.
I ended up wasting my entire day because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. These people clearly don’t care about you or your vehicle. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Pls do not book with this company. At 4pm I called them and asked for an inquiry about towing my car. One of the representatives said it will be $300 cash and if with card 326. He told me the driver will be at my destination in an hour. An hour passed by I called him again and asked for an accurate ETA and he said another hour. This was going on for four hours . The representative wouldn’t give us an accurate time of when the driver will arrive to me. He kept saying the driver will be there in 60 mins, and this is where it became frustrating. The tow driver ended up coming to me at 8pm. The driver told me the company just sent him out at 7:31 and they never told him about towing my car earlier. Which they wasted my time for four hours. When I got to the destination I took out cash to give the driver and the driver said the total was $326 and not $300. He then called the same representative that had us waiting and the representative told me that he forgot to update me about to price and how it’s not $300 anymore. This was so unprofessional and has an issue with communication. Please book with other tow truck companies.
I had a wonderful experience with A1 Towing & Collision. My car had broken down in a parking garage after work and I spent 5+ hours waiting to get it jumped or towed out of the garage. The first tow truck company kept me waiting for almost 3 hours and when they arrived told me their truck was too big to fit in the garage, even though i provided the clearance to the dispatcher. I had to leave my car and take an uber home. I tried again this morning and A1 was the company that insurance dispatched and the driver Armando, was amazing. Even though his truck was too big for the garage, he didn't just cancel the request, he figured it out. His communication was great, and he took care of everything. It was such a huge relief to see him driving up to the house with my car in tow!

INC. We waited five hours, misled every 30 minutes with promises the driver was close.
It turns out they have just one driver, a detail never shared with us. In the end, they pushed our service to the next morning.
Adding to the frustration, their phone staff were rude. This lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable. I won't use their services again and advise others to steer clear
My car stopped running in a part of the city with heavy traffic, and I had to pull over into an awkward area. Zuki showed up cool, calm and collected. The young man went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I discovered my flat tire when I went to move my car on a lunch break. I was dreading the backlog that would have awaited me if your driver didn’t think outside the box and got to my location much sooner than the ETA. Above and beyond service. A1 Towing towed my car when I requested roadside service with Tesla due to a flat tire from a torn side wall. The driver was knowledgable on proper towing of Teslas and honestly just a super lovely and nice person even at 10:30pm. Made my awful situation feel a little better. They went above and beyond in their service when Tesla gave them the wrong address to tow my car to. Tesla told them to tow it to a Tesla service center two hours from where I live!! The owner of A1 Towing reached out to me personally and helped coordinate with Tesla to get my car transported to the Tesla service center near my house. There definitely was no expectation for their kindness but they did it anyway. Very much appreciated.
I had an unfortunate experience today when my Tesla Model X got a flat tire after hitting a pothole in the Lincoln Tunnel. I immediately contacted roadside assistance, and they dispatched A1 Towing to assist me. I must say that the driver was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was incredibly polite and took great care of my car. He maintained excellent communication with me and even sent a picture of my car parked neatly in my driveway after delivering it.
However, the only drawback was the waiting time. Roadside assistance initially informed me that they would arrive within 90 minutes. Unfortunately, when the 90 minutes passed, I received a text from A1 Towing stating that a truck would arrive in the next 30 to 45 minutes. This extended waiting period was quite inconvenient, especially considering I was in Manhattan at the time.
Nevertheless, despite the delay, the A1 Towing team were all fantastic people to work with. Their professionalism and attention to detail were commendable. I appreciate their efforts in ensuring the safe delivery of my car. I would highly recommend their services, just be prepared for potential delays in the estimated arrival time.
They kept me informed as far as distance and ETA's. The customer service rep, Sam even tried to give me a discount but his supervisor wouldn't allow it. I appreciated the gesture though. The driver, Jason was very fast, thorough and professional. He even allowed me to stop to the bank to pay for the service. Would definitely use A1 again but hopefully I wouldn't have to.
My Tesla needed a tow from Brooklyn back to NJ after getting some some work done. These guys were prompt and super careful making sure not to leave a mark on my car. Highly recommend!
