Always so rude in this location!!! AFTER I payed they took my stuff from INSIDE my bag without even saying anything, and took away the pair of shoes I had ALREADY PAID FOR because they said it wasn’t the price for the two pairs of shoes. It’s not my fault they don’t agree on the prices that they themselves put. I ended up returning them because what is wrong with these people? This location is always so rude with everything, over checking everything as if the store were a designer brand store.

Its gotten a little better so much clothes to choose from. Just lower your prices its a thrift store. I actually found alot of designer clothes there today but almost $11 for PINK sweatpants? An i donated a bag of clothes an didnt know the bag had to be filled to the top.The stuff i donated wasnt cheap there was a PINK shirt in there an a Jcrew shirt. I got 20% off my purchase coupon but it took 20% off one item so $2.00 off. An i bought a full sz fitted sheet but when i brought it home it was for a twin. Oh also all the sizes are disorganized! The large medium an small leggings are all mixed together. ill still shop there but i really hope this store gets better.

Very disappointing experience lately. New items coming out from the back room rarely make it to the shelves. A group of resellers is always waiting and grabbing anything with value immediately. They often block aisles and act like they own the place, making it uncomfortable for regular shoppers. It’s even worse when some employees appear to hand items directly to them instead of putting them out for everyone. Thrifting should be fair, and right now it’s not. Management really needs to address this.

It’s horrible I had donated so many bags of good stuff each time they give a 20% coupon. I went to purchase some clothes for my Nephiew by mistake I took the old ones but the woman there she was so nasty and rude; she even discriminated me!!!! I will RATHER DONATE MY STUFF IN A PLACE THAT HAS A BETTER HEART AND DONT GO FOR MONEY. I HAD PROOF OF ALL MY DONATIONS FOR YEARS AND THIS WOMAN DIDNT CARE. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED

You have to look for bargains and check the merchandise thoroughly to avoid buying damaged goods.

They have raised their prices to essentially the same as brand new products in 2026. Find a new place to donate.

No open Cash Registers. Not every one wants to use a card to shop at a thrift store. Not the friendliest staff. Could use a proper mopping.

I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve found some really great things for cheap. There’s a HUGE selection and a lot of high quality brands if you look carefully. You also get a 20% off coupon if you donate, no matter how much. Overall it’s a really fun store to go into and there are good finds :)

Disorganized. Understaffed. Got annoyed with Other patrons talked too much with cashier waited like 20 to 30 minutes to check out 1 person. Found very cute stylish outfits cheaper thrifting than in the city. Vintage pink and white striped pajamas and cute butterfly top.

The prices in this place have gotten ridiculous. I decided to take my large bag of donations elsewhere. $7, $8 for worn out tops. Some tshirts from 5 below that are $5 new are $7 here, same with Marshalls graphic tees, they’re the same price as new ones. A wall decoration with a $3 dollar tree price tag still on it , is priced 3.99. Absolute rip off. Then there’s a man that’s at the middle of the store everyday, you think he works there but he’s just a reseller who gets whatever he wants before it goes out on the floor because he’s acting like he works there by putting things out with the employees. He walked out with a huge cart full of items , didn’t even see him checkout. Actual employees are not friendly at all as well. I would think twice before donating here, they obviously have some ethical issues.

I've been donating clothes here for the past 5 years. Sometimes I shop here in case I need a specific item I can't find else where. The prices are always great, and you never know what good stuff you'll find here.

Not bad for a thrift store at all. Sometimes it's very messy but usually manageable. Good variety of items that are gently used. Some even have price tags. Amazing discounts and deals if you have the time to look for them. Not what they used to be though...

Great store, a lot of selection plenty of carts, fitting rooms in the back, staff is helpful and friendly, most items are reasonably priced and plenty of parking in the lot. But I was there the other day looking through clothes and noticed a heavy set older woman standing and waiting in the same spot the entire time for the trolleys to come out from the back. That's her business but at one point another lady made her way over to look at the items in the trolly and I overheard the older woman "jokingly" threaten her by telling her she shouldnt sneak up like that, because she didn't want to hit her and she could have gotten "clocked" over the head with the item she was holding "by mistake". Seems the older lady takes the trolley thing very serious and doesn't appreciate when other people make their way over to look in them before her. Staff should take better care in ensuring that customers don't feel like they are in hostile situations like that when trying to browse.

I purchased a book from here but it's cheaper on eBay and Amazon because it's an used item. I tried going again today to find clothes but they're either not my size, torn, or fast fashion. There are also no fitting rooms and limited carts/baskets.

I was very disappointed at the kids coat prices this year. I found 5 coats for $10 each. But as soon as you get to boys size 6, it's $15. The coats have stains sometimes and are USED. $15 is ridiculous. Someone in this store recently is an overpricer. Unrealistic. I'll just wait to find a coat at a yard sale for $10 or buy a brand new one out of season for $25. Also I donated some really nice glass items recently. They were thrown in a pile with clothes, electronics, and all other donations. Glass mixed in with clothes? What if they break into the clothes? Also how rude to not treat glass donations with better respect. It may be just another piece of crap to you but I donated my mom's wedding bowls that she had 60 years and you are willing to break them in 10 seconds. Will donate glass elsewhere. ___________ I donate a lot of stuff, im glad its reused but ive noticed that the really nice stuff never hits the shelves. Kind of a turnoff. High pricing lately also a turnoff. ‐--------- The store is good , lots of selection but their prices have gone way up considering they pay zero to get the items. Use a coupon or go on a sale day. The one way overpriced items is the adult diapers. You can get adult diapers on sale at walgreens for 2 for 22. They sell government issued diapers (the free ones the government hands out at churches) for 14.99. On sale they are still more than walgreens sale. I've noticed since they have this one particular manager their prices are out of control. Used kids jeans for 7.00? Used? I usually donate here but it's turning me off to donating. I would rather give them to someone for free or who will sell them reasonably.

i’m a 5’1 young woman and i came into savers after a while (dec 2024). it is COLD in nyc so i am bundled up i had a mask, fluffy sweater, and my tote bag. i come inside and apparently they added security??what a joke this is a thrift store! anywho i’m walking down the isle and this indian “security” comes up to me and says ma’am did you put anything in your bag? i said no (because…this is a thrift store). he followed me around the WHOLE store for my entire trip it made me very uncomfortable. and just yesterday i went again for a quick trip and this other older black “security” walked past me and has his eye on me for a good 10 seconds and when i put my arms up indicating “what?” he backtracked his steps from the corner in an aggressive way. THESE “GUARDS” ARE TRASH plus the prices are absurd now since 2020.?

Lots of stuff to go through! You can easily find quality homewares and women's clothing. I was surprised by the large amount of inventory. Lots of books as well. Some of the clothing seemed pricier than it should be, such as old Forever 21, Shein castoffs, etc. However, there were also some good things as well. I guess it just depends when you go. I'd go back for sure, but it was definitely a little gritty.

Great thrift store but no dressing rooms. I have a big issue with the bathrooms though. They have a gender neutral restroom with a urinal inside it plus multiple stalls. This urinal should be blocked off if it is to remain a gender neutral bathroom. As a woman I don’t want to see a man using a urinal while I am in there at the same time. What if a little girl was in there and this happened? Very disturbing .

Shopped here earlier this week, be careful if you’re a young woman/girl going here by yourself. There was a man following me around the store trying to get me to talk to him, making comments about how beautiful I am and standing right in front of my face desperately trying to get my attention when I was obviously ignoring him. A lot of creeps hanging around this store that aren’t even there to shop or spend money and the employees just let them stay and linger and bother the customers. There was also a group of older men congregating right outside of the exit trying to talk to any women that exited the store. Doesn’t feel safe here at all.

Vast selection of items available. Very organized for the size of the store and with the amount of customers shopping. Parking lot (free) available and can be very busy and difficult at times, but still effective and sufficient. Easily accessible donation area and good service.

I shop here and i also donate my family gently . Two weeks ago i donated 10 bags of clothing in great used conditions. My low ratings are based on the following: last visit was 5/28/23. I also donated on this day and went in to browse. 1)In store store pricing is inconsistent. 2) at times the price exceeds the quality of the item. I see this most times with clothing. I wonder if they have an algorithm or workers are just making up prices in their heads. These type of stores are meant to help struggling families and lovers of thrift deals. I am doing a major declutter project. So i am visiting this location to donate often. Its disappointing but it is the only center nearest to me

Second hand store and donation center, you can get a 20% discount when you donate besides any other discounts they may have

It’s crazy how organized this place is. Especially considering the amount of people in there. Couple problems: self checkout registers are slow and clogs up the line. There are a lot of broken items littering the store shelves. Just send an employee to get rid of some of the broken glass and toys. Book shelves were the most organized I’ve ever seen outside a box store.

Good finds here in housewares and other non-clothing items. Especially toys. Clothes might be cool too, but I wasn't looking there.

Savers is extremely clean, and has a very large variety of items! The staff is all very nice and the store makes dropping donations off super easy. They constantly have great promotions, like seniors day or 30% off different departments and 50% off colored tags. I will say however they weirdly raise the cost of some items higher than they should. Overall it is a great store and always fun!

Overall, super happy with the my finds. This thrift store is VERY well organized by size and category. I’m not too sure why all their carts have a long pole strapped on them, it makes navigating them a bit harder through their small aisles. But regardless, this is a great place for finding shoes and bags! They have a surplus of them. I would agree with the rest of the comments about their clothing pricing. It’s definitely priced higher than most thrift stores, but most of the clothes are in great condition and higher end brands. The cashier that rang me out was super lovely and signed me up for the awards card!

My ONE star is the Mgmt Not necessarily the prices even though the prices at times is outrageous! Is not thrift stores supposed to be priced less than stores!? Well unless u go usually on a sale day, IT IS NOT!!! It should be there to help those challenged economically, well there prices have gone up so much for items they get for free. They should really look at that. Yesterday we were in there and a staff member challenged us to the degree of saying that we ultimately were stealing in the store because I was standing at the door waiting for my ride. Does she not know that people who steal don't stand by the door and wait, they usually take what they want and leave!!! You SHOULD NEVER ASK A CUSTOMER FOR A RECEIPT UNLESS U HAVE CAUSE. She has no ability to manage, nor no ability to deal with customers on any level because she feels that management means showing some sort of authority instead of treating the customer with dignity and respect. She clearly is new to management and has no idea how to treat people who shop at her establishment. She will not be a manager for long sadly. Savers needs to get better with pricing and who they choose to manage their stores!

Stopped in here for the first time ever today and had a great experience. Everything is organized and there are several checkout counters so that you won't need to wait in a long line. Now the important part, the woman who rang up my items is named "Empera" she is the sweetest! She is full of personality and made great conversation. Customer service is the most important thing for me so i will definitely be returning! It's refreshing to visit a store in new york where the employees are so friendly and respectful!
