They are prone to making your engine suffer. Terrible service, last time I went there, they barely put any oil in the engine, damaging the engine block, and sending cylinder 6 to the moon.

I recommend not to purchase a car at this dealership at first the owner Shawn is so nice and his employee Corey starts off nice as well and it’s all an act to get the car sold… now when it’s time to get the car you purchased fix the owner Shawn has a nasty attitude pushes your dates out to fix your car Corey stops answering the phones for their customers after purchase.. the owner lies all the time I just recommend not to purchase a car from this dealership it’s best if you purchase a car have them do a full diagnostic before you leave the shop and whatever needs to be fixed have them fix right then an there and prepare for the attitude and unprofessionalism. Also my check engine light came on told me he is going to have Nissan reset my computer and totally ignored why the check engine light came on.. good thing I have a lawyer and Nissan will check my car out themselves and work with me to fix my problems I just truly recommend not to purchase a vehicle at this dealership.. I no longer trust them and it hasn’t even been two months and that’s very disappointing.

They list a car on Car Guru for $4999 and when we call for the actual price it was $8000 so this is SHADY and UN ETHICAL and makes anyone NOT TRUST THEM at All!

Not one to usually give bad reviews but this one really upset my partner and I. We got a car from this place a week ago! Check engine light came on, we were told we had a month to bring it in with any problems. So we took it back to him he cleared the code and told us that was it. He didn’t want to fix it or even look into it further and was super direspectful. We want to be able to drive safely in this car and not worry about getting stuck somewhere down the road with our toddler in the back. Extremely disappointed with the service.

I called last night & spoke to Corey about a vehicle. Specifically asked if the price listed was the finance price or the cash price. He assured me it was the same. $4,995. I made an appt to come in today at 10am to see the car. He was an hour late. The mechanic gave me the keys to see the car. Other employees showed up & took me on a test drive. Mo I believe was excellent! After the test drive Corey is finally here. We sit down and talk about the car. He’s now added $3000 to the price making the car $7,995. Plus fees, dmv and registration. I asked why the jump in price of the car for 3k. He informed me that bc I was not financing, that extra 3k is what would’ve been my down payment or “reflective”. SO THE PRICE FOR FINANCE & CASH ARE DIFFERENT. This is illegal & not listed anywhere on the listing. You full on bait & switched me while being super unprofessional. You did all this knowing I work in this industry! I can’t imagine what happens to those people who have no idea about this process. That poor girl who was waiting with me hopefully went elsewhere like I advised her after what she told me she went through with Corey! And imagine my surprise when you’re not accredited with the BBB.. and I see a review from not even a year ago that you did this exact process to someone else for the same dollar amounts! This is deplorable behavior. I hope more people see this and go elsewhere for a used car.

This was a roller coaster for me but they made it so much better they had patience with me and I love that !!!! Thank you so much guys from your favorite costume SHANAE

I reached out to PMG Auto Center twice today in regard to a car that was listed for sale online. I wanted to confirm that the online cost was the out-of-door price. Well, unfortunately, the person I spoke with instantaneous added another $3,000 to the online price of $7,995 and told me several times that it would be to my benefit to show up for a test drive. I can't see how it is to my benefit to do business with anyone who list a car for an advertised price, for then to add anther $3,000 once the customer has used time and money driving to the dealer location. I think it's reasonable to think that no one would appreciate this tactic anywhere else. Could you imagine buying groceries with price tags on the milk saying $5 and then the cashier quickly added $3 when you were to pay for the milk. Maybe car dealers like this procedure. I think it's false advertising. It's sad.

Been a long time customer. Brought my Jeep in to swap out 2 tires. While doing the balancing on one wheel they used a strong chemical to remove weights and it ate into the painted portion of the wheel as well as the machined part of the alloy this is the second time that they damaged a rim on me. NEVER AGAIN

I don’t have to Lie or miss lead ANYONE! I clearly said you miss diagnosed the problem by $1200! Do the MATH! You are an expert, are you NOT? Why must I, a non expert show you what was overlooked by you? You mis diagnosed my vehicle BECAUSE you skipped the fundamental step of checking if the battery worked. I dare you to justify being proud of quoting $1300 for a problem that did not exist. Was I Lying about the previous time with the x5 oil leak? You made a mistake that could have cost someone $1k, and I told you the ‘NO’ error code were present with the vehicle. YOU are a liar, to the facts! You said you wanted to charge 150 because of the time YOUR mechanic spent diagnosing the CAR which included the issues you said totaled $1300. At the end what did I say? Charge what you want! Did I say that or not? What goes around always comes around for your ugly service and mis diagnoses. Did you get paid 150? Your response for accountability surprises me because I never attacked you in the past for the prior MIS Diagnosis on the x5. But garbage always shows itself in time. I want everyone to know that you could be wrong when diagnosing their vehicle.. That’s it! My advice to you is always start small, like I had asked you before PROVING to you that your diagnosis was WRONG! There was no other shop prior to you. Someone that is not close helped me troubleshoot the vehicle. And it was my mistake to have trusted YOU with the repair. You were %1000 percent wrong this time. Total LOOSER!!

Shawn miss diagnosed my vehicle issue by $1,200! I only needed an engine ground wire and he wanted to replace the starter and ‘some computer’ module. He insisted on his suggested repairs until I showed him only a ground wire was needed. Then he chooses to charge my 1 hour labor for a 25min job. He said he had to charge me an hour labor because he spent time diagnosing the his suggestions which was 100% wrong! This was the 2nd time he’s miss diagnosed my vehicle, as the previos was on my now gone x5. I advise anyone NOT to trust his business. 1 mistake is understandable but 2 mis diagnosis that the customer has to pay is un professional and disrespectful to himself and the customer..

PMG Auto & Tire Center - Unfortunate Experience. Recently, I had an experience that I was not happy with at PMG Auto & Tire Center. I visited their center to replace a bald tire and get an alignment after having some front-end work done at another local shop. However, when I arrived there, they informed me that they did not have the same tire that I had but had something similar. They suggested that I should get two new tires instead of one, and I agreed to their suggestion and ordered them. They promised to have the tires delivered by the next day by 11 am and assured me that they could get the job done by 2 pm. However, later, I decided to call the original shop where I got my tires, and they confirmed that they could provide me with the same tires I had before. Consequently, I decided to cancel one of the tires I ordered from PMG. I called PMG at 12:30 today, as they had promised to call me at 11 am but failed to do so. The person who answered informed me that the tires were in stock and that I could visit their shop immediately for installation and alignment. However, I mentioned that I had canceled one of the tires yesterday and preferred to come in tomorrow as I had a prior commitment at 2:30 pm. Despite my explanation, the person on the phone continued to complain about the canceled tire. I reiterated that it was canceled and didn't matter if they messed up and still ordered it. Eventually, he convinced me to come in for the installation and alignment of the one tire, and assured me that I would be finished by 230pm without any issues. Upon arrival, the service provider was insistent and complained about the additional tire.Despite my willingness to proceed as long as the task was completed by 2:30 pm, the worker indicated that it would not be possible. Accordingly, I opted to return another day. The owner continued to pressure the worker until he eventually promised that the job would be done on time. However, upon checking the progress at 2:30 pm, the tires were still being installed and the alignment had not even begun. Despite their assurance that the alignment would only take 20 minutes, I had to leave and attend to other commitments. After calling back at 3 pm, I was informed that the alignment was about to commence and would be completed by 4 pm. However, due to prior engagements, I opted to postpone the alignment and return another day, even though the car was already on the lift. Unfortunately, the owner disagreed with my decision. As soon as I arrived at the shop, I demanded that they take my car off the lift and remove their tires, and refund me so that I could go elsewhere. The owner started yelling at one of the workers, blaming him for saying that the job would be done, when it was actually the owner who had pushed the worker into making that commitment. Despite his loud and aggressive behavior, the owner refused to come out of the shop. He threatened to call the police, but after waiting for five minutes, I decided to call them myself because I felt like he was just playing games. When the police arrived, the shop owner finally took the tires off, but only after insisting that there was no damage to the car and that the lug nuts were on tight. I pointed out that the police didn't have any mechanical skills and hadn't even touched the car, so there was no way for them to verify that the lug nuts were properly tightened. After a heated argument, the shop eventually refunded all of my money. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Their behavior was shady and they lie a lot.

Went there because I was losing tire pressure and suspected that there was a nail in my tire. Went there and everyone was super friendly, the guy checked all of my tires and found the nail in my tire. He plugged it and put it back on my car so I could go back to work. Great service, great price and I was in and out in 20 mins. Will definitely use them again.

Went to get my car inspected. Ended hp having to change my brake pads and rotary but got everything was done for one great rate. The service was stellar, definitely going back.

It's great place to fix your car. I know the owner for a long time. Very honest people work there. Highly recommend.

If you are looking for a neighborhood shop look no more. Very affordable prices very fair. The staff is very nice and friendly. The owner even offered me to use his car while mine was being repaired when I had an emergency. I trust them to keep my BMW running as the miles are starting to pile up.thank you Shan

Customer Beware! The owner misdiagnosed the problem. A repair job that was promised to be done in 2 days ended up taking more than 2 weeks and to make it worse the owner didn't respond to my calls and inquiries. At this point, i am down $1350 cash owner didn't accept credit cards and didn't have fix my car for more than 2 weeks .The car now wont even run and had to be towed away from this thieving repair shop. I would only recommend you guys to come in if you want to be extorted and your car held hostage so that the rude owners can line their pockets.

Never, EVER , have this guys tried to rip me off in any way, so far one of the best mechanics that west hempstead has to offer. Brought my corvette for tire replacement and i was out in less than an hour, brought my charger for an allignment, again out of there in 30 minutes, everything got in clean and got out of there as clean as it was before if not cleaner. You have a question or two? They'll help you figure it out together. Staff is incredibly nice, owner is incredibly nice. Just a great place to get your car serviced!

Amazing people with great service ! They also have a wide range of cars to buy! Very convenient location right on Hempstead Tpke.

I bought a used van from these people and they guaranteed me many times that the van was in great condition and would take me no problem to South America. The interaction was very salesman-ish (say whatever's necessary to sell it) and I had a gut feeling that it wasn't 100% honest but figured it wouldn't cost too much more to really fix it up. 10 minutes after taking it off the lot it broke down. They came for me and fixed the problem for free which I appreciated (though it was a huge red flag about the quality of the van). I made it to Massachusetts with the van and took it to my own trusted mechanic who told me that for such a huge trip I've gotta put $4000 of replacement parts into it. That's almost as much as I paid for it in the first place. I did about half the repairs (what I could afford) and now the water pump (not on the original repair list) has also broken so that's another 7$$... I've poured literally all of my savings into this van and now can't go on my trip because no $. I'm quite upset with this purchase and have learned a thing or two about trusting people from Craigslist. Not sure if these mechanics were lying about the condition of the van or just didn't see these major issues but either way, be warned that what they say may be much different from reality.
