I can’t recommend Reilly’s Auto Body Shop enough! From the minute I walked into the shop to the moment I picked up my car it was an incredible experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very transparent about how much the repair costs would be. They were very clear and demystified anything I wasn’t sure of. The completion of the work was quick and done efficiently. The most important part of this whole experience was their integrity! They were honest and I truly appreciate that quality. George made the process seamless when picking up my car after the accident and communicated with me through out the repair. My dad has been using Reilly's for the longest time. First time I used these guys he bought my car there for something which I didn't think they could fix. Low and behold they fixed it and it outlasted the car. My dad bought his car there for a smashed door. George and his crew made it look brand new. That was 5 years ago and it still looks good. They did a great job, the car looked great. I was met by the rental car company at the shop and left the rental there when I picked up my car. From the moment of the accident, George made the entire process incredibly convenient. I was able to drive straight from the crash site to his office in West Hempstead. Working with George was a breeze because he was registered with Allstate, which simplified the paperwork and communication. Moreover, George's kindness and genuine personality stood out. He took care of every aspect of the repair process, including dealing with the insurance company, adjustor, and car rental agency. He went above and beyond by contacting the ambulance's corporate insurance company to handle the billing. Despite the supply chain challenges caused by certain circumstances, George maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. The repairs were completed swiftly and effortlessly. My practically brand new parked truck was hit by a drunk driver who caused a significant amount of damage. I called Reilly's and and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. George set up a tow for me, took the truck on the same day as the accident, offered a rental car, and even gave me a ride back to my house. Over the course of the repair George and Mark were very communicative and kept me in the loop as to where we were in the process and how bad the damage was. Price estimate and time estimate were both accurate. They were very accommodating to my concerns, and when I picked up my truck it looked brand new, as if the accident had never even happened. George, Mark, and everyone else at Reilly's turned a nightmare situation into a stress free and pleasant experience. I have nothing but praise for them and their work.

George is absolutely one of the most honest, helpful, patient, kind, and straightforward businessmen that I have ever met. An absolutely wonderful experience. When I was trying to apply my damage waiver to fix my car for my lease return, George spent a great deal of time trying to figure out the complicated process with the company, not knowing if the waiver was actually going to pay him. He was very communicative and always responded promptly to phone calls and emails. When he realized that my child and I were going to walk back to our home while he did the estimate on the car he also took time out of his busy day to offer to drive us.
