Dealing with Auto-matic Repair was nothing but a great experience. I had to perform and apply coating material as part of my job scope of work at a Laguardia Airport job. It was a new scope of work that I never dealt with before. Peter and his team at Automatic provided me with not only the right equipment but also the tips and service to get me through the work and job completed. It is not often, that I find such a professionally run business of this caliber. They are like shops used to be back in the day. First, and perhaps, most importantly, they are honest!! What a pleasure it is to deal with a place like this. Did I mention that they can repair most any hydraulic tool? Airless paint sprayers, jacks, pressure washers, etc. These guys know their trade inside and out. Their prices are good and their service is even better. Why buy garbage parts online or in a big box store when you can get quality around the corner? I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Very professional. He stopped what he was doing to help me out. He looked at my problem and fixed it right there. It only took him 5 minutes to fix it. He said have a wonderful day. Most places would have taken the machine, made me wait the day, and charged me, all for the same 5-minute solution. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
The absolute best at what they do. They work on all of my machines. I travel 45min - 1hr just to use them. They are quick and extremely knowledgeable and know how to repair any and every issue. There’s a reason they have been around as long as they have. Pete and the crew there are top notch.
Pete and Adam customized a power/soft washing trailer for me a few years back and have made a few modifications along the way. I cant speak highly enough about the work they do. They go above and beyond every time i’m there to get any broken equipment back up and running asap.
Adam & Pete have been servicing my pressure washing/softwash equipment since I first purchased from them about 5 years ago. They go above and beyond to keep my business running as things do break, and sometimes at the worst times. They have a good selection of products/parts ready for when you need something. I wouldn't go anywhere else after how much they've helped me!

Horrible attitude over the phone, I called for help and instead of offering a solution the “Technician” didn’t even let me finish talking to completely tell him out problem he cut me off while I was talking then proceeded to hang up the phone on me what a great way to talk to a client.

PETER WAS GREAT NEEDED SEALS FOR A OLD OUTDATED LIFT AND HE WAS ABLE TO GET THEM IN 1 DAY. EVEN HELPED ME ON HOW TO INSTALL THEM CORRECTLY. ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE STILL SOME GOOD GUYS OUT THERE. THANKS PETER
