I’m more than happy to add another great review for this place! This past Friday, i got an oil change done on my car. The next day, it looked as if a million gallons of oil were pouring out of my car based on the flood underneath my car. Checked the oil and it seemed to still be full, so we assumed maybe they just spilled a ton of it during the oil change, though i was still suspicious. This past Monday, my light came on with a notification to check my oil level. This is where i immediately looked up where i could bring my car ASAP as i started PANICKING thinking i was gonna run out of oil and my engine would seize (i’m just a girl idk). This place came up, we pulled in, and Chris reassured us that he’d look into it as soon as he got a chance. Sure enough, he identified a problem that i will be getting fixed in the near future.
The reason his kindness, knowledge and willingness to help me meant so much is because when that oil light came on …. I was in a procession line, going to the cemetery to honor my Poppy who passed away last weekend. So obviously it was a less than ideal time for this to happen. But Chris was smart, quick and i was able to get a ride to the cemetery without missing anything.

In a word, HONEST, a trait not generally associated with any repair shop. They have actually refused to do work I thought necessary saying it wasn't needed. I'd give them 10 stars if possible. Always done right the first time!
I've been going there almost 20 years they are the best mechanics around when local mechanics can't fix their customers cars they bring them to Centre Island they do great work and are totally honest with everyone
Took my wife’s car in for a slow leak. Chris called back within short amount of time and said they found a nail and patched it all up. Extremely great price for the patch and could not be happier with how quick the service was. I will certainly be coming back for more business!
Our Mechanic Chris is amazing. Always finds the problem without added bonuses. They know their business at Old Center Island and you don't feel like you're being swindled. Highly recommend them. So I glad I found them 3 years ago!
Serpentine belt blew on the highway- drove my car here and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. So far so good- no problems with the belt replacement. Really appreciate their professionalism and high quality of work since i was really in a bind and still had another hours worth of driving to do that day.
Trustworthy mechanic- Great people who do great work!! They are informative, diligent, and knowledgeable. They make you feel like comfortable walking in, like family. We are blessed to have them as our mechanic!!
