wish I could give 0 star. STAY AWAY. ordered a wheel I desperately needed asap as a result of sliding into a curb in a winter storm rendering the car undriveable until I got parts/new wheel. First of all, they list new unblemished pictures of all of their wheels on the website when they’re refurbished and you can see multiple reviews on here and trust pilot with damaged/heavily blemished wheels but that’s not a “this/my situation specifically” issue it’s just a scummy selling tactic issue I picked up on as I looked through reviews and auto rim shops website as I tried to navigate my own personal unpleasant experience/scam. Second I’m not sure if it’s just bottom of the barrel and lazy customer support or a scam website all together but I have been waiting a week and a half (says 2 day shipping) for a wheel that is still stuck at the shipping facility because it got returned to sender for some odd reason. the shipping company won’t let me request a retry on delivery to that address (never had shipping issues with this address before btw) because apparently only the vendor can request that. So naturally I call auto rim shop 5 times before finally getting someone to pick up (5 times because after roughly 19 minutes on hold the call automatically disconnects). The automated robot says predicted wait time consistently says 6-8 minutes btw, but I was on hold for those 19 minutes 4 times before someone picked up after roughly 15 min of waiting. Dude tells me they’ll talk to the shipping company and get it sorted. Here I am a WEEK later. No wheel, no response from shipping company or auto rim shop and now cannot get a hold of customer support after 5+ times calling them AGAIN and sending in a customer support message on the website directly. Ended up having to dispute the transaction with my bank and order the same wheel (for less $ btw and ordered today, it’s gonna be delivered tomorrow). Let this be a reminder to check trust pilot before ordering off a website you’re not familiar with because if I did I would have never had this issue. Can’t wait for a bs response from auto rim shop on this review like “we looked through our record and saw no transactions”. I have an order #, screen shots of my order and the whole shipping crap show saying it’s delivered when I have no wheel and it literally says it’s sitting in some warehouse in a state I don’t live in. I’m happy to post all of them in reply if auto rim shop DARES to try to cover their rear by calling me a liar or anything of that nature. Thank GOD I am in the fortunate position where my parents were able to lend me one of their vehicles for the 2 weeks as one of them works remote. I can’t imagine someone trying to make ends meet, gets into a similar situation and pays the insane premium prices auto rim shops charges and then is out a vehicle for 2 weeks OR MORE when that’s how they get to work to make money for their family. Then on TOP of that, they have to spend the ludicrous amount of money rentals cost nowadays, adding to the cost of the accident because auto rim shop is either a scam or has “incompetence and laziness” in their prerequisites for the job application. Look at my other reviews. I don’t leave reviews often and when I do and it’s a job well done I will GLADLY leave you a glowing review. Pull some bs like this and I will gladly write a 500 page novel listing and outing all of the wrongdoing in an effort to stop others from having the excruciating and incomprehensibly aggravating experience I did with this pitiful, pathetic excuse for a business.

I hit a pothole and bent both rims on the passenger side of my Tesla. Tesla quoted me over $2,000 just to replace them, which felt crazy. So I asked ChatGPT what my options were, and it actually recommended the AutoRim Shop. I checked them out and saw their rims go through full inspections and are usually just refurbished from cosmetic issues. When mine arrived, they looked perfect — super clean, no bends, no damage. And the best part? I got both rims for about a quarter of what Tesla wanted. Shipping was fast, ordering was easy, and overall it saved me a ton of money. Totally happy with AutoRim Shop.

Sent a wrong wheel, I miss my car show, and they won’t even ship a replacement until they receive the wrong wheel, USING UPS GROUND. ALL THE WAY FROM WA TO IN. That is atleast a week, and then they will use ground again, to ship the one they should’ve shipped in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. NOT ON EBAY TOO. Update: I’m no sure if this place is under new management, but they went back on their word. I’ll let you assume what “ship for free means” if their shipping is already free. The guy on the phone said they’re in the business of making money and completely forgot that customers make them money and you’re supposed to keep them satisfied. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The refurb looks like it was done at home, the delivery is slow and the customer service is terrible. And there’s a chance like me that you’ll get the wrong thing .

We Ordered a rim for my wife's 2019 BMW X1. We received the rim very fast. It was a perfect match and it fit exactly as it should.

This company has potential for providing a good product. Unfortunately I never saw the product I ordered. The 1st wheel shipped was the wrong style wheel in a box labelled correctly. I sent back and they sent me the wrong wheel a second time the correct style but painted in stead of polished, again the box mislabeled. Unfortunately now I have paid far to much money for an inferior product. I will never order from this company again being so unreliable and expensive

I ordered 4 OEM wheels from Auto Rim Shop. They sent me three aftermarket and one OEM. Since I didn't realize this until after their two week deadline, they refuse to exchange the aftermarket wheels. They stopped answering my messages, and their phone just gives you a FAX tone. AVOID!!! Check out their BBB ratings from customers - not their overall rating. Most give them one star.

Do not buy unless you want cheap garbage customer service told me the scratched, chipped paint on outside of the rim was OEM standard what a joke! Will not be using them in the future

I ordered 4 rims and to make a long story short they were not what I wanted. So I had to return them. They made the return process super easy ! And even credit my card the same day. Hats off to them for making this process like it is . It’s usually not this way when returning anything these days. Thank you all . I will definitely use you again if needed . ————————-I’m adding this sentence about 4 or 5 days after the rest of this review was written….. I have not received the promised same day credit to my card ?? I’ve emailed and still waiting for a response . They said once the return is scanned into the system at UPS I will be credited??? Hhmmm. I’ll update again once I receive it. The saying goes… if it’s too good to be true , it probably is ??————- ok, adding the final comment, on 9/4 I finally received the credit . It took longer than they said and it cost more than they said . I do understand the shipping fees, it was 4 boxes with rims , so the 135.00 shipping fees was not unreasonable. I am still fine with their return process but they don’t do exactly as they originally said. Other than that everything is good to go !

After 7 months the clear coat is peeling. I contacted them about warranty repair but have been ghosted. What an absolute waste of money. Wish I would have checked reviews before ordering!!

Awful experience. Ordered a replacement wheel and it came damaged. The company was not willing to send me a new wheel until I shipped this one back, and the boxes they use are too flimsy making it impossible to return since it got so beat up during shipping. I ended up forking out another $400 for another wheel so I could get it in time for my appointment at the tire shop and would have a box to use to ship the damaged one back. Total lack of quality and customer service.

I needed a tire for my daughters Nissan Versa. The order process was super easy! They knew the tire I needed right away and the shipping was incredibly fast! I was able to install it with no issues and rest assured that my daughter is safe while driving!

wrong color rim sent . waited 2 weeks for a salesperson to finally get back to me . spoke to one guy i told him your customer service is poor he hung the phone up on me . finally after many emails they sent a return tag for the wheel . never using them again . was not able to do return on there website because they changed me order number .

I have purchased rims through this company. Three of them ended up cracking within a short amount of time. That seems like pretty poor quality control. First I thought it was just a fluke but then it happened again and again. I reached out to them and they told me that they would work with me on some exchanges but after I submitted all of the documentation and pictures they asked for, they ghosted me. I made phone calls to reach out to them again and was always told that they were going to look into the situation further and would get back to me but no one ever did. It seemed like such a great deal and the wheels looked great, but they did not hold up.

Ordered a replacement rim for my Subaru Forester XT. A pothole completely destroyed the front left and dealer gave me a ridiculous price for a new one and a long waiting time. Got my order on time, packaging was good. I knew this was a refurbed rim but was in better condition than I expected. Outer face had no irregularities. Rim balanced pretty easy. Only some rubber marks on the inner flange from the previous tyre mount. Would def use them again if replacing a rim on a car older than 2 to 3 yrs. Price differential is 2x to 3x when purchasing from the dealers.

I needed a single wheel to replace a cracked one for a 2018 Tesla Model 3 for my winter tires. Last winter's potholes really did a number on one of mine. I was a little skeptical at first based on the mixed reviews I was reading. However, since it was for my winters, I wasn't too concerned about the overall look, as long as it wasn't cracked or bent. I took a chance, and I'm happy I did. Except for a some minor rubbing on the inside lip (not going to be seen anyway), the the wheel looks great, including the finish and color. New wheel on left in the photo for reference. I only took a star off because I never give 5 stars. My review would be a 4.5 due to not shipping out within one day as indicated on the site. It shipped within 2 days of ordering and still was delivered within 5 days over a holiday week, so I'm completely satisfied. For those complaining or concerned about cosmetic issues on the interior of the wheel or on the inside lip, I think you might want to order new OEM for 2x-2.5x the price. Otherwise, I think this place does a great service by providing easy access to quality refinished wheels. At least in my case. YMMV.

Order a BMW x7 rear wheel in black finish and was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days but it took them like 13 days to ship the item out and when i received the item it looked awful not original black it was spray paint and you can still see the silver color under the black paint open a return request first day I got it and sent it back they received the rim and no refund yet it’s been 16 days and i emailed and called customer service is just terrible. I had to do a dispute with me bank let’s see where this will take me because this is not acceptable at all DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY BAD REPUTATION AND SERVICE. They really don’t want to refund anyone after they receive the return back.

BEWARE! Ordered a set of rims online from them. Order arrived 10 days after the estimated time when the order was placed. No one answers your phone call or returns calls. Received the rims and they are terribly corroded and not acceptable to use. Called to get a return RMA and refund but no one answers the phone. Have emailed multiple times as well.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a replacement mirror and THEY sent the wrong part. They sent an obvious large vehicle side view mirror and not a car mirror. Followed the instructions for a return but never received a return shipping label. Called almost every day to be told the same thing each time. They'll notify their shipping department to send me the shipping label. Going on 2 weeks no label and no one else that I can talk to! Will never do business with them again!

They sent me the wrong color and refused the return. I assumed they could send the correct rim and didn't even open the box. The tire shop I was having install it showed me it was a different color after it was mounted, so I had to pay them twice to mount my tire back on the old rim. It seems like alot of people have problems with them sending the correct color and returning rims. Absolutely horrible company. The rims I have are on the truck. What they sent is in the box. Go some where else I've now had to file a complaint with PayPal to try to get my money back. How can you send someone the wrong rim and then say you can't return it. Bad business practices

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a "refinished" 2021 Dodge Ram 3500 wheel from them and it arrived in terrible condition. Sent the wheel back to them and we have been trying to get a refund for 6 months now and have had no response. They kept stalling for 3-4 months until we could no longer do a credit card charge back and now we are out $450 and they got the wheel back!

I bought a replacement wheel a year ago and waited to provide a long term review. After this long, paint is fading and since I had it there's a slow leak. If you buy examine the wheel for cracks and don't wait until last minute to return it in case you notice the quality of the paint is poor.

So first off I ordered four wheels in total, 3 from auto rim shop and one from their other website auto ranger. Come to find out they only had 3 of the 4 i ordered.If their site was updated i would have known they inly had 3 and never wasted my time ordering from them. So on top of waiting for a refund, the wheels come and dont even match. I was told that they would possibly be able to pay for me to have them matched locally so i wasnt too upset. But then they only offered 50$ per wheel as compensation when i was quoted 150 per wheel. I eventually told them I would settle and be happy if they paid half of the 450 quoted and they did so but in my opinion I feel like they should have covered the entire cost considering it is their fault.. On a positive note one of their staff members Jennifer was very helpful and kind which was very appreciated.

I order a wheel from Auto Rim Shop’s eBay store. They shipped same day order was placed. I purchased a wheel to have matching spare. My wheel showed up within three days of order. The wheel was a refurbished wheel. However the wheel look perfect like new. Took it to have my new tire mounted and had the tire shop inspect the wheel. They said it was great and held air perfectly and balanced really well. Very satisfied with the price and shipped from Auto Rim Shop. Will be looking to them first, next time I’m in the market for a new wheel. Thanks for all the help!

Final Update*** 9/26/20 All issues resolved on their end. Each wheel LOOKS GREAT! So excited, Drove over to get them installed same day I got them. Thank you to the Customer Service making sure I got all my issues fixed and making sure everything was easiest for me. Update*** 9-17-20 They reached out to me. They paid for return of the damaged wheels. Took the time to inspect the other two wheels to ensure they were not damaged as well. They advised me that there was some issues so they will not be sending me those until corrected. Currently on back order but I am extremely satisfied with the service. Very open with me and I appreciate that they checked the other wheels to avoid another disappointment. They have me in back order but promise they will make sure the 4 wheels will be like new in condition. Will correct my whole review once Ive received the like new wheels. Up to now, Im satisfied with how they handled my issue :) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - So far not impressed. I ordered 4 wheels for my Jeep Cherokee. These are the conditions of the wheels after they arrived today... By the way, I’ve only received 2 of the 4 wheels I purchased. Im hoping the next two are on the way and in much better condition as I purchased for a like-new price range for each. I’ve tried calling and emailing to get support but no response yet... I’d avoid. If anyone contacts me and fixes the issue, I’ll re-rate accordingly.

UPDATE: Customer service resolved my return with no issues and refunded my money. Mandy was very courteous and polite about the entire situation. Still don’t agree with the quality of their rims and how their displayed on the site but I’ll give them the extra stars because of their timely assistance. Saw the mixed reviews and took a chance on these guys. Looks like I’m one of the unlucky ones and received my 2018 Audi Q5 rim with clearly visible damage on the back and inside of the rim. I would not do business with a company that lies and sells defective products to its customers. Now I have to deal with returning this and attempt to find another rim for my vehicle.

Wanted to upgrade the wheels and tires on my Tacoma with something bigger diameter and wider, and stay with OEM wheels. Auto Rim Shop was the only place I could find that could deliver. The rims were from a several years old model, but the boxes with wheels started arriving as scheduled and all looked great. I took them to my local tire shop. Everything turned out great and I've a very picky and happy customer
