I brought my 2025 Infiniti QX60 Luxe to All Hour Collision after having my car for less than two weeks when I was rear-ended. This was on the recommendation of my insurance company, Geico. The damage did not seem that extensive, so I was surprised at the estimate. None the less, my vechicle was returned to me sooner than originally told it would be ready. So far so good. All my communication was with Peter Puran who was very friendly and helpful. He has even offered to look at my second vehicle that was not in an accident, but was having some heating and cooling issues. I read some of the other reviews, which now makes me a little concerned. My vehicle looks good, but I will update if things changes. Fingers crossed. Update: My QX60 still looks good. And I brought my second vehicle to be diagnosed, due to the AC not getting cold and it sounded like there was a leak. This time I met the owner, Roman and another staff member , Nash. Not only did Nash find and fix the leak, but the owner approved the work free of charge as a courtesy for being a previous customer. Thank you All Star Collision!

I recently had my car repaired at All Hour Collision, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Peter and the team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, and the quality of work was top-notch. My car looks as good as new, and I truly appreciate the attention to detail they put into the repairs. Peter was particularly helpful, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with every step of the repair process. The whole team was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work.

They fixed our car, and on top of that they fixed something else we didn’t ask for. We had a broken driver side handle and this company got it fixed for us. So nice of them to go a step above with the customer service. We dive a black Nissan rogue that had. Both rear view mirrors ripped off by an evil person. But this company let us know that there are still good people out there.

I have brought my car there 2x under the recommendation of my insurance company. Nothing but problems each time. Latest issues: pair of sun glasses missing, they looked through my glove box, car radio did not work when picking up my car.

The only reason I put 5 stars is because I can’t put 10. This place is absolutely unbeatable with exceptional work and staff that makes you feel like family. I’m not one to just hand out 5 stars but wow it is well deserved. I had very significant damage to the side of my BMW and decided to check out this shop. I needed a new door and a new quarter panel, which any car person would know can run up a decent bill. I was instantly greeted with an unbeatable price and a step by step plan they were going to take to fix my vehicle. In a few days, my car was ready for pickup and looked dealership new! I will not be taking my business anywhere else. Thank you to the team for literally everything, you guys have done mind blowing work! 100% recommend this place to everybody.

Visit Dates: December 1, 2022 and December 7, 2022 Unfortunately I had a car accident last week. I thought everything was going to take a long time to handle but thankfully geico got me set up to drop my car off to all hour collision the day after the accident. I was checking the claim on geico's mobile app and I was estimating I would be expected to pick the car up on Friday. To my surprise they called me at work and they had the car ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. As soon as my lunch hour time got around I ran to the time clock and drove the rental to all hours. I paid my deductible, they got the car ready for me and pulled it up. The employees I dealt with were so helpful and I am impressed with the work they did to fix my car. Hopefully nothing like this happens for awhile but I'm just glad it was all on the minor side and resolved fairly quickly!

All Hour Collision provided THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I was nervous about dropping my brand new car off and me not being very knowledgeable in this area as it was my first and hopefully last incident. They did bodywork on the passenger side front panel and repainted my baby. She came home looking as brand new. Ashley was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, comforting and reassuring. The service I received from Jack and Cynthia at All Hour Collision definitely deserves a great review. My car was hit while I was parallel parking and my insurance company sent me to All Hour Collision, and I am so glad they did! Jack greeted me early in the morning and immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable with leaving my vehicle in his hands. He was very thorough with his explanation of what to expect and even let me know he would call me if the parts weren’t readily available so I could return the rental and save money since my car was still drivable. It turns out that all the parts were available and I didn’t wait long at all! Cynthia called to let me know my car was ready and was SO flexible and patient while I figured out my schedule and how it affected the picking up of my car before they closed on a Friday afternoon. The car looks amazing; good as new! You cannot see where it was hit at all. All in all, I am so pleased with their services and would totally recommend this auto shop to anyone in the area. Avoid this auto body shop and go some place else. Despite their claim of a guarantee, they do not stand by their work. I went here after a small accident that required body work and a new front head light. Geico was my insurance provider and recommended this place. A year and a half after the job the clear coat began to fail only where they did the work and I brought it to them to fix but they only cleaned, compounded and waxed the car. They refused to repaint which is what the car needed. It looked good for a month or two and the cloudiness returned. I changed insurance too so Geico was No longer a help either. They also used a cheap aftermarket China made bumper that does not align at the seams. Very poor job. DO NOT USE.

Great people to deal with. They do great work. First got introduced to them a few hears ago. They did a great job on my car. Recently had another small issue and I knew, right away, I wanted All Hour Collision to fix my car. Didn't even think twice. Highly recommend!!!!!!

This is the first auto-shop I've been to where I genuinely felt like they cared about my best interest. My brother referred me to them after they did a fantastic job on his car. I was skeptical because I always feel cheated by auto-shops, but they took great care of me and my vehicle, going above and beyond to get the best materials possible at prices that were much lower than what other shops quoted me. I was so impressed when I saw the finished product! I could not believe how much work they did on my car for the price I paid. My car looks so much better than I thought it could and runs superbly!

I have had two cars repaired at this body shop and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. Naomi and Jack have been wonderful from beginning to end. They explain things thoroughly and had both my cars ready when promised. Both of my cars were returned to me looking brand new. Although this could be a very stressful experience, I have to say that it was entirely stress free. I highly recommend All Hour Collision.
