Throughout the entire process of having my car fixed after it was declared a total loss from progressive, The insurance company of the new driver who totaled my car in a parking lot, the entire team at Penn Auto was beyond stellar. Thank you Mike, Nina, and the techs for all of your hard work and making my car look brand new. Not only were they quick, but they were also accurate, and affordable – Definitely not looking to scam. No matter how many questions I had or how much help I needed Mike and his team walked me through every question or concerns that I had an even helped me with talking to the insurance company And the rental car place. This is the 3rd vehicle we have brought to them and as always the work is amazing and flawless !! The insurance process is handled entirely by them it was my 1st at fault accident so I wasnt sure what to expect but hopefully we dont have anymore accidents thay require their services but if it does happen I would certainly bring it to them and recommend them

I want to thank Mike and John at Penn Collision for a job well done on my 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa. Getting into an accident in my “classic” was stressful as it is, let alone worrying about how the car was going to get repaired properly. From the start Mike and John were responsive, professional and ultimately did great work. They’re good people who are passionate about cars. In addition to fixing the damaged panels from the accident, they worked with me on fixing a few additional body panels unrelated that needed attention and replaced some parts “while we were in there.” I’m grateful for the work they did, their attention to detail and patience… (with me, ha!). I am happy to be back on the road this fall. Highly recommended.

After being side swiped by another vehicle my truck sustained damages all along the passenger side of the vehicle from rear to front end. I have used Penn Collision for other work in the past and have always been impressed by the high quality work that they do there. Mike and John answered all of my questions without hesitation, and as they have before, they put my mind at ease and assured me that when my vehicle was returned that I would never be able to tell that it was in an accident at all. Once again, they delivered for me and my truck is new like it was prior to the accident that occurred. Nina was super fast with return phone calls and follow ups keeping me in the direct chain of information through the whole process which went a long way to making my life easier. I never had to wonder when my truck would be finished because, as I requested, she was on top of it from start to finish! I never had to guess what stage my repairs were in. Nina at the front desk is professional and the sweetest woman you will meet. She will take care of you and make sure you get a great rental car if needed. Five stars is not enough! Mike and his team were amazing. Of course, getting into an accident is never a good experience. But Penn Collision was super helpful through it and really made everything seamless. Getting us a rental, adjuster to the shop quickly and most of all basically returning our car looking brand new in a waaay more than reasonable time, I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. Simply the best!!! Penn Collision not only repaired the body of my car, they rented me a recent model SUV on the spot. The rental price was reasonable. This saved me Uber rides, money and time. Penn Collision is as good now as they were 30 years ago, the last time they did body work on one of my cars. They are the same owner & workers. They washed my car too. If you are asthmatic as I am, you may want to ask they hold off on the 'New car" spray.

Mike and John are phenomenal! Like finding a good mechanic it’s hard to find a true honest and reliable auto body shop. I found it when I found Penn!! they worked with my insurance company perfectly and made a stressful situation so much better… And the work phenomenal!! ...my car is absolutely perfect and I can’t thank them enough along with Julie their secretary.
