Beware of their recent Duracell battery stock at the Baldwin branch. I got two batteries there since Dec 2025, and they gave me two faulty batteries. I ended up getting the battery replaced from my mechanic. When I tried to return the second faulty battery, the store manager said he had to test the battery first. He got a “good battery” result with 100% charged. I then looked up on Google. It says that it will need at least 4 hours of driving to charge it up to 100%. And I only drove about an hour with that battery after I jumped it in the morning. Eventually, he refunded my money because one of his staff tested “bad battery” a few hours earlier. I was totally disappointed for the money and time that were wasted.
We had a very good experience at the Baldwin location. Wilmer was very kind, professional, and helpful. He took the time to help us choose the correct battery and also helped us install it. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was working properly. We will definitely come back. Excellent service!
I had a great shopping experience in this store. The store was well stocked. I got exactly what I needed and was in-and-out in less than 10 minutes I highly recommend. GREGORY was very helpful as well!!
I stopped by AutoZone for a new battery and Wilton took care of me from start to finish. He tested my battery, walked me through the options, and swapped it out for me right on the spot. Super professional, patient, and knew exactly what he was doing. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Fast service, no stress, and my car was good to go in minutes. Appreciate you Wilton. Highly recommend this location.
I’ll start by saying this ,this store is soooo organized and clean the staff lemme tell you guys about the staff i had a few question to ask the staff in regards to my car and my god they were very helpful and very friendly and very informative very knowledgeable i couldn't thank them enough the staff is very polite

My car battery was completely dead. I came in and Bibi and Robinson were the absolute best. I was there ten minutes from them opening, very early in the morning, so for the that level of customer service so early is amazing! Car feels brand new! Plus, I don’t think the entire process took more than 30 minutes.
Really amazing customer service they helped me with everything I needed. Kevin helped me out putting windshield wipers on my car so helpful and nice! Bibi the manager is so sweet as well!!
Just walked into autozone and a lovely tall guy by the name of Gregory who was the manager ran to my help. Never in my life have I experienced immediate and genuine customer service like this. After getting treated horribly at Freeport autozone I will be coming to this one in Baldwin forever. Gregory is THE man and a complete gentlemen, and they said chivalry is dead, nope not yet!

Went in this morning to get a tire pressure gauge. The chap who seemed to be of Indian origin was nice and took me to the aisle and said I can go and pay the cashier. There were 2 cashiers as I waited. Then someone came in and they all chatted for a while. He then went to some aisle as I continue to wait for one of them to beckon at me. Didn’t happen as they were both busy on their computers while a customer waited. I wonder how important it must have been as they had time to chat with the other guy.
I then walked towards one of them. He looked at me and asked me to go back to the line and wait which I did.
About a minute or so later, I dropped the gauge on one of the shelves and left.
And oh, I bought a similar gauge at Walmart for less than half the price

I had to get new rotors and brake pads for my car. They were able to quickly locate the ones I needed. The worker that helped me was amazing and very helpful. They had an amazing deal going so that gave me a good discount. This is a good AutoZone store for sure!
Excellent service!! Helped me step by step and even saved me over 60$, sometimes there’s offers we don’t know about so I’m glad she pointed them out, I will be coming back!
I came to grab a couple of items and the store manager Bibi and staff were very kind and friendly. I was in and out and didn’t have to worry about a thing. I love coming to this auto zone because the service is amazing!

I just got off the phone with Dustin, the manager for the commercial side of this AutoZone location on Sunrise Highway in Baldwin and I’m extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled.
Dustin was dismissive, unprofessional, and made no genuine effort to assist me in locating a battery I purchased at this location — a battery that is still under warranty. Instead of trying to look it up in the system or offer any real help, he repeatedly stated there was “nothing he could do,” without even attempting to resolve the issue.
As a paying customer who knows the item was purchased at this location, I expected a minimum level of customer service and professionalism — especially from someone in a management role. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
I do not recommend this location based on this experience. Customer service should be about helping people, not shutting them down.
Bibi & Bri were so helpful and attentive assisting me in a very timely manner with everything! Their knowledge and hospitality is top tier. Definitely the best service I’ve ever received from this location ! Thanks a bunch!
The staff at this Auto Zone are simply amazing. We received excellent customer service. They are very knowledgeable and very patient. Bibi, Luigi and Jevon made our shopping experience seamless.
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by Bibi who was very knowledgeable. Kevin was also very helpful and efficient in checking my car battery and changing the old one out for a new one. I’m glad I came to the Baldwin Autozone
Greatest customer service ever!!!! Bi Bi and Marco are just the most friendly and the most helpful in an instance that could ended up causing a horrible accident. So I thank Autozone for hiring such wonderful people.

Went to the Baldwin store on Sunrise Highway, Brianna was at the register. She was very sweet. Professional put my wiper blades on when I wasn’t kind of paying attention which was kind of rude of me lol I went back into the store to apologize. I think the manager was there another nice young girl, very appreciative very nice very friendly. I just want to make sure that I sent the good news about the store.
Today has been an unexpected crazy day. If it wasn’t for Gregory’s knowledge and connections, I wouldn’t have been able to drive my car home. He is hands down a great employee. I came in to get my battery checked out & found out my belt broke off. I’m so grateful ? Gregory found one in stock & I was able to get my car up & running that same day.
