Helpful employees. Ran my codes and gave ideas to help diagnose the issue with my vehicle.

I bought a battery from Advance Auto Parts just three months ago, and it already went bad. When I went back to claim the warranty, they refused. What hurts me the most is that I have been a customer, and this is how they treat me. The person who “helped” me was rude, unprofessional, chewing gum like a dog, speaking with an arrogant tone, and even smelling awful. A business that sells faulty products and treats loyal customers this way should be ashamed.

Never again. Sold us the wrong wiper blades for 2 vehicles, said they had adapters and they didn't and then CHARGED US to exchange minutes later for the correct blades. Which he himself, had a tough time putting on.

Very kind gentleman working there tested my battery for free. I appreciate nice people its hard to find these days. thank you.

Sold me the wrong oil and filter for my car and the wrong amount after giving them the full make model and vin number of my vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend as it was a waste of my time.

Always fast and helpful, and appreciate them installing my windshield wipers.

A friend recommended me to go for my car battery check. I wasn't sure if it was battery but Mike in customer service checked it for me for free with a special machine and was very helpful. As he gave me good advice and was very kind I went back weeks after to buy the battery and have it installed. I was very pleased with service and the fair price. I didn't need appointment and they where very quick to help and install. Thanks 👍

Usually very knowledgeable, and always very friendly experience. If they don't have something in stock, they do their best to get it to you ASAP.

December 13th 2021 In search pick up a metal bonding kit to fill in a small hole in a utility cart. First item picked up rings up 5 cents : "Sorry I can't sell it to you " He picks up another item , rings it up .... 5 cents ! "Sorry I can't sell you anything today, go to (mentions another retailer)" **** I called their customer service and their representative is sending me a $10 gift card. So silly - they should have sold me a nickel item , it's now costing them $10 bucks plus postage ! ***** UPDATE: No gift card received I did follow up Jan 3rd call: NO GIFT CARD I did follow up call call Jan 19 : NO GIFT CARD Poor customer service and policy!

I called in the morning in regards to brake pads and ordered the brake pads for delivery at 4:15 in the afternoon. I asked the counter clerk if they would definitely going to be there and he said no problem that the company had them in stock. I arrived to pick up the brakes and was told that there was no delivery for my order. I advised them I drove 45 minutes to get them but there the clerk said maybe tomorrow. I will just go to other stores from now on.

The female employee at the Amsterdam store was great. An she rides a ninja! As over worked she was and the store she still kept a positive attitude.

I've been going here for years, and never had any issues, staff will help out as much as they can.

The people that work at this location are the best. When my children became old enough to drive I took them to the store to introduce them to Vince , Allan, and the crew. It is a generational thing for our family, and in today’s world that’s rare

So helpful!!! The associates were friendly and super helpful! I usually go in and do my own thing but when asked if i needed help, the associate not only looked up what I needed in the system but grabbed it and rang me right up! Both gentlemen were awesome!

I purchased spark plugs and an air filter. The clerk was very courteous. The parts were in stock and a good price.

This is generally my go to place when I need to work on my vehicles the guys have been there for a long time and do a good job. I know that because I've been going there since it opened up quite a while ago. I like this at the you can order your parts online and then go there and pick them up and save 15% automatically

Amsterdam store good store helpful staff. Ask for Kayla. She knows a few things better then the shop boys.

Went to pick up power steering fluid advertised as on sale online. After waiting almost 15 minutes in line, they told us they could not honor online prices and made us order online and wait for it to process.

Always helpful. If you have a question the staff has an answer. Most parts can be found in their stock system for most platforms of vehicles. There is a large selectection of automotive stock as well as stock towards needed items for a job. Tools, chemicals, and accessories can be found with knowledge on how to get a job done.

Wasted 30 minutes in this store. Two customers including me waited 15 minutes for manager to stop gabbing on phone to approve core returns. I will go to another store next time when I needs parts.

Staff is very helpful. Store is well marked. Prices are reasonable & selection is varied. They have hard-to-find replacement parts like widow handles and replacement gas caps.

All the employees here are helpful except for that old guy allen. He has a poor attitude and lacks any customer service. He should really go work somewhere else if he doesnt like his job.

Every time I come in, the associates try to up-sell products and insist the ones that I want are not in stock or not carried, despite having purchased them at that same location less than a week prior. Came in for break pads and was told that they never had or sold silver tier pads for my vehicle, which I had literally bought a week prior and had the receipt and box and they shrugged it off... At least they have descent prices on oil?
