Logan was incredible. Admittedly I’m not great with cars. From first entering the store, Logan was so friendly and offered assistance. He spent time ensuring all of my car issues were diagnosed and that I was so well taken care of. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service. I was traveling at the time that I stopped in, and had a long drive ahead of me - Just thinking about how honest, and kind, and caring he was, gives me faith in people in general. I used to stop into Advanced for my car needs, but after interacting with Logan, I will only be patronizing O’Reilly from now on. He was that good. Please value what this man does for your business - I’m so thankful for him! Thank you Logan, you’re awesome!!!

This is a new store and I like it. The prices are agreeable and it's the only place that had air brake antifreeze open on New Year's Day when others were closed! The cashier was quick to help me find what I needed. Thank you!

We travelled cross country on a rescue trip, last minute. We took an untested vehicle we hoped would work well, and did, but we still needed some things along the way. When we stopped for a part, we had to wait until the next day. The manager was extremely gracious and helpful while we navigated our needs to stay overnight. The manager and staff bent over backwards to help us and to make sure we had everything we needed, not just the parts for our car. We were even helped choosing a hotel or place to stay. Having been homeless before, a few years back it really moved my heart and soul to see them open up to help us so eagerly and lovingly. They have helped me realise there are still really good people in this world. I would absolutely move to this area if I was looking to move somewhere, simply because of this experience. I would also, absolutely keep patronizing this store, as the customer service is exceptional.

After noticing the dreaded check engine light. I called O'Reilly AP and was told to bring it in, and they would put it on the scanner, no problem. They hooked it up, scanned the error code, and p rinted out the pending, cleared, and stored error codes for me. At least I know my vehicle is safe to drive until I can get it to the shop. Very helpful and professional workers, will definitely go there if I need auto parts or supplies.

Outstanding Service at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Amsterdam, NY From the very first phone call, I had a great experience with the team at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Amsterdam, NY. The customer service at the front desk was fast and friendly, and I want to give a special thanks to Justin, who I believe is the store manager. Justin went above and beyond helping me replace the battery in my Kia. He was professional, attentive, and didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, even dealing with a stubborn screw that made the job more difficult. He also took the time to explain the battery warranty and shared helpful maintenance tips about car filters. I’m so glad I contacted O’Reilly first. I had been considering Walmart since it’s closer to my job, but they didn’t even pick up the phone and their prices were higher online. Plus, I doubt they would’ve offered to install the battery for free like O’Reilly did. Thank you again, Justin and the entire team, for your excellent service. I highly recommend this store!

My Honda Civic gave out during the severe cold spell of this past week. It was making funny noises when I turned the key, and lights on the dash were flashing. It started up after a "rest" in our driveway, and I took it to Rte 30 where it totally stopped in the parking lot of Burger King. O'Reilly's was down the street a short distance and I walked there to ask advice. Several kind people helped me get my car started with cables, and I made it to O'Reilly's- feeling it buck a little, and the lights were flashing again! Diane came out and tested my battery to discover that it was dead. I bought a new one on the spot, and it was installed, again by Diane ,who obviously enjoys her work and let me watch and ask her a million questions with kindness and good humor! The installation was free, and I was told to come back after using my car for a few miles to have my alternator retested (because it had been slow to respond to the testing Diane had given it when checking out the new battery). I got back there the next morning, to discover that my alternator was beyond help, and I needed a new one. Justin (the Manager) gave me a great deal, and called a nearby garage and got me right in for installation. The whole ordeal was made pleasant by the thoughtful and caring attention of the staff that I was fortunate to meet that day. O'Reilly''s of Amsterdam now has a lifelong customer who gives them 5 stars for their excellent and knowledgeable service. Thank you!

Great thanks to the staff who helped me 10 minutes before they closed with an issue with my drivers side window which was stuck open on a bitterly cold night. You’re the best!

So, I have a quick question... Is it professional for a manager to vape weed while on the clock and in the building? Now is this a double standard... He told a hiree (who is diabetic) that he could have candy with him and there would not be a problem. Then this manager curses at that said employee while on the sales floor about having candy hidden under the desk. Now this employee was told because he is Hispanic they would hire him to help bring in the Latin community to the store. Yet the employee was mistreated and constantly told that everything he did was wrong and was written up because he didn't call 2 hours before his shift when a family emergency occurred an hour before the shift. Then he was fired without notice and an associate was present and hanging out in the office while this occurred. So who wants to go shopping in O'Reilly where if you are Latin and have medical issues you are treated unfairly? Share and post to make our community aware of this store behavior
