You want great service and expert care definitely give Shane a call he will treat you like a human and take very good care of your vehicles. He treated my chevy that I got into a crash with like it was still a quality vehicle. I will definitely only contact him from now on.
DO NOT BOOK HIM!!! Left my car on the highway and BLOCKED my number. AFTER confirming he was 2 minutes away and pulling up to my vehicle. I had to call him from another number for him to tell me he's not doing it because something came up. no calls, or attempts to reach me after confirming he was 2 minutes away. Car was left on the HIGHWAY for hours. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY
Add on *** He NEVER contacted the provider and told them. he also did not have the decency to call me back after something came up. if he could call and say he's 2 minutes away, he could have called to let me know something happened.
My review cant be false if you just acknowledged you told the provider and not me. This was my real experience. would not recommend someone with no professionalism.
I am currently working with the provider to have him removed from their list.
