One of the few companies that sell this Energizer 2L76 battery. I went with Energizer over Duracell as a replacement for my TR4 as tests have shown Energizer to be better. I purchased from here and from Cabela's, this battery expiration date is one full year later than the Cabela's and I received it from USPS one full day earlier than the FedEx. Can't beat this seller and product!

Terrible customer service, ordered a rechargeable battery via Walmart Sold and shipped by MY BATTERY SUPPLIER??? They never informed me that USPS is carrier and also they never cared to give me tracking number. Thumbs down.

I needed a tiny button battery for a wrist watch. The stores didn’t carry these in stock so I ordered from My Battery Supplier through Amazon. My order was a total of $3.15 for two batteries and they arrived brand new and unopened in their original packaging in a timely fashion. I needed to replace my mouth thermometer with an ag3 battery my drugstore where I purchase the thermometer doesn't carry them. I found the battery supplier they have them 10 pack for $2 and shipping was free outstanding, thank you guys!!

I ordered the 10 Crazy Glue pack by this company through Walmart. They charged the full amount but only sent 6 Crazy Glue sticks. Thank goodness I ordered through Walmart, their customer service is great. From the reviews this seems to be a rip off company.

I ordered 12 Sure Fire batteries from The Battery Supplier and only received 8. This seems to be a common theme with this company. Their customer service is non-existent. I have called and written numerous times and received No response.
I ordered batteries which came quickly but on their site it states FREE shipping...Not so, my mail service asked for additional $3.16 before they would deliver. I contacted company by phone and their provided form on line about this and I have never heard back. Yes its only $3.16 but why state FREE shipping???---could then have just purchased elsewhere cheaper.
I placed an order for 64 Eneloop AA batteries for our church wireless system. The order arrived promptly, but when I open the package only half of the batteries had arrived (32).
I was charged for the full order of 64, the packaging was in good condition.
I immediately reached out to The Battery Supplier to inquire about the missing batteries via the website contact us. After two days there was no response. Another email was sent and I attempted to call which went to voicemail.. After one week and multiple emails and phone messages later, still no response from The Battery Supplier.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I simply want the rest of the order.
Thought LR44's I bot from TBS were dead. Checked with multimeter - 1.5 v. OK. Removed and reinstalled batteries in every congiguration possible. No luck. Read manual for TI BA-35 bot 1989. It said "Press Off, On, STO, 2nd FIN, 2nd STAT. Worked.
I ordered replacement batteries for a pair of pocket watches I own. The Battery Supplier helped me find the model number I needed. I thought I was getting four batteries which I’d then have to scramble for as they burst out of the packaging-not so! The blister pack was carefully wrapped and folded so I didn’t lose it or have to chase after it. Definitely my new go-to supplier!

I've left multiple messages, by phone, and through their message board that have gone unanswered. We were shorted batteries on an order, and despite all of their claims to have excellent customer service, we have seen absolutely nothing to indicate that is the case. They have great prices and free shipping but my time is worth something as well, and I'm done wasting it on this company.

The Battery Supplier contacted me last week to rectify the situation. They confirmed the mistake and corrected the issue by sending the correct batteries in a timely manner. They offered a return label to return the original batteries and followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

Ordered batteries on Jan 25, 2022. Came in a timely manner, however they are the wrong batteries. Doubled checked to make sure I didn't make the mistake of choosing the wrong ones first. Everything was right on my end. Called the company multiple times just to hear a recorded message saying they are attending to other customers but the mailbox is full. You can not leave a message. I have emailed twice without a response. If I do not have a response by the end of business, I will dispute the payment with the credit card company and do business elsewhere.

My husband ordered the wrong batteries for his hearing aids. He called and emailed almost 2 months ago to find out how and where to return the incorrect batteries, but has not received any reply to either. He has since ordered the correct batteries, but would like to return the other batteries. The prices here are great, but the customer service seems a bit lacking.
UPDATE 10/28/2021 - Within days of posting the original 2-star review, my husband received an email from The Battery Supplier with the return authorization and instructions for returning the incorrect batteries. They have received the return and fully refunded our money. I have upgraded this review from 2 stars to 4 to reflect the quality and pricing of the product, and the timely resolution of the problem following the negative review..

I ordered some batteries on 8/3/21, their site shows it as delivered but they were not actually delivered. I contacted USPS who told me the package was lost and to contact the seller. For weeks I have called, email and prayed trying to get in touch with this company but I have gotten no response. Their voicemail is even full ! I wish I had looked at their Better Business rating before placing and order, this company is a scam. Avoid using them at all cost.
Update: The company replied to my review 2+ weeks ago but have not given me a refund, sent replacement batteries or contacted me. Terrible customer service.
placed an order for Panasonic AAA rechargeable batteries on May 4. Free shipping promised to ship within 24 hours. I received an email on May 5 that my order had shipped. I guess it went on a slow boat! (I live in PA and the order was shipped from Brooklyn, NY). I checked my order status frequently and a label was printed but it didn't go any further. I sent them a message via their website as their voicemail was full. Never received a reply. I finally received my order on May 15 via USPS. I won't be ordering from this company again. Buyer beware.
Ordered Panasonic battery and charger combo for what was lowest total cost. Quickly received order status update for posting of shipping information. Checked to see what progress was being made every day but nothing showed up for four days, The status updates, when they were finally posted, went back several days. Package delivered in good condition on predicted arrival date - about a week from order. Charger and batteries worked fine.
After reading some of the reviews, I was becoming concerned about the seeming lack of status updates, but, with a little patience, everything worked out just fine for me and at a great price.
Ordered something through their eBay storefront and requested order cancellation within an hour. 2 days after my request, they decided to send the package out anyways. Now, they want me to pay for return shipping.
