Though I bought our XC90 at a different dealership, Prem and the service team has always taken extremely good care of our car. Totally transparent pricing, never an attempt to upsell, and unlike some other dealerships I’ve dealt with, they are aware of our service contacts and honor them without me having to remind them. And the are all just super pleasant to deal with.

Volvo company has great services, sends Lyft for pick up and return. Some times they wash my car before returning to me after a routine service. But this location seems overwhelmed!!!
Came in for a scheduled routine 10k mile service. Left fine. Got home and engine light came on. Dropped car off next day for diagnostic of the engine light - computer shows no record of it on. A month later, engine lights comes back on, again I drop the car off to get checked out. Both times I am not able to get clear answer of what is wrong with the car or get get car returned to me in a timely manner.Feb 14, 2026 -

From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, communicative, and refreshingly low-pressure - exactly what you want when making a major purchase. He kept me updated throughout the process, helped secure an exceptional deal, and made sure the car was reserved.
Arthur in F&I was thorough and knowledgeable, walking me through every piece of paperwork so I fully understood what I was signing.
After finalizing paperwork, Dustin provided a white-glove technology onboarding that made transitioning from our Volkswagen seamless. He took the time to program my phone, walk through the Volvo-specific features, and ensure I was completely comfortable with the technology before driving away. The car was delivered in pristine condition with a full tank of gas and detailed to perfection. There was a recall issue that needed addressing to sell the car, but the team resolved it within two days, which spoke to their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Only dealer service shop in Brooklyn. Hasn't expanded with car ownership growth. Service is HORRIBLE. Weeks to wait for an appointment, no loaners ever, 20-30 minute hold times. Used to be great service. Awful now. Volvo corporate needs to expand to meet demand. I will not purchase another Volvo because of the terrible service.

White glove service at Volvo Cars Brooklyn, from start to finish! Everyone we interacted with was great and the showroom is beautiful and spotless.
Leroy, our sales person, was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so patient with us as we test drove a couple of cars and made a decision. We never felt pressured or oversold. I leased an XC60 from Leroy and it was a pleasure to work with him. Leroy is super likable and experienced with the Volvo product line, and takes the time to work with clients to find the right car on workable terms. I didn’t feel pressured and had time to ask questions and assess my options in terms of vehicles. It was a great experience working with Leroy on an xc60 lease. He made the effort and found a way to get what I wanted. This was my seventh time buying or leasing a car and Leroy made it by far the easiest, friendliest and most seamless new car experience I’ve had. Dustin was a big help running through a tech tutorial and setting connectivity between my phone and car. I’ve had the xc60 for two days now and love it. If you’re interested in a new Volvo, I highly recommend this team.

Moose was great! Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He also asked me questions: are you a veteran? First responder etc? Do you have a trade-in? I did, and he gave me best offer out of 4 dealers I visited. I will definitely return here to service my vehicle and also for my next car.

We had an amazing experience buying our new Volvo XC 60 from Brooklyn Volvo. Samuil Matatov, our sales person, found us the perfect car with all the amenities we wanted. Arthur, the finance advisor explained all warranty options and incentives to get us a price within our budget. We would highly recommend buying a car from Brooklyn Volvo.

Volvo Cars Brooklyn's service center is terrible. Their technicians cannot address all Volvos. I have a '94 Volvo and I wish they just told me to look for support elsewhere. Their technicians do not care for your car. My car always came home to me with additional issues that I did not enter the premises with. They would "fix" one thing and my car would have 3 to 4 new issues. They held on to my car for multiple weeks at a time to fix the issues they caused. Since Aug 2025, I've had to leave my car with them over and over again. The most recent corrective service took over a month. For all of the issues they caused, I've asked for a loaner vehicle at least 5 times. They never gave me one and explained to me that they only give loaner vehicles to customers that have long repairs. Even after I explained to them that both of my parents are sick and I need the car for their transportation, they didn't consider the 4 months of time my car had to be in their possession as a long repair. I initially came to Volvo for an oil change and full inspection because I was hopeful they could maintain the vehicle. They didn't actually do a full inspection because my car came home with leaking oil, coolant, and transmission fluid. Costco's tire shop had to inform me of this. Volvo Brooklyn technicians broke my center console when trying to "fix" my passenger side power window. They couldn't fix the window. Additionally, they somehow screwed up the use of a new window each time. These windows never had an issue prior, but after they would return my car, a new window would stop working. First, it was the driver's side that wouldn't work, now it's the right backseat (backseat on the passenger side) window that is giving issue. When I finally was able to get my car in December, my gas cap was missing and the left backseat (backseat on the drivers side) speaker grill and speaker is gone. I just don't even trust them to fix anything anymore. I'm afraid I'll give them my car again and more things will be stripped.
In fairness, their customer service representative was the only one that seemed to care for my car. However, his kindness was not enough to encourage the service center to repair their mistakes without breaking something else.
I don't think anyone should bring their car here. Maybe you might have a different experience if you purchase a car from them, or if you're a non-melanated person. Patronize their service center at your own risk.Dec 22, 2025 -

We had a terrific experience at Volvo. Samuil was incredibly knowledgeable and really helped us find the right car for us at the right price. We felt he was on our side and wanted us to get the best deal. He treated us with respect, and we never felt he was trying to mislead us in any way.
After purchasing our used car, Dustin went through every single detail with us. He taught us how to program it, went through all of the features and really took his time to explain everything to us. I recently bought a XC90 from this dealership. This is one of the best dealerships I have been to for any car. They have an extremely polite staff and they make you so comfortable. The workshop itself inside is so cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Out salesperson was Aleks Talyanskiy, he was fantastic. So informative, direct and communicative. He stayed with us until the very end before we drove out car away. And this was on a Saturday at 6pm, he stayed over time to make sure he explained all the features of the car and answer our questions. Our finance guy was Arthur Atanov and he also went through the pricing and finances with great detail and explained it so thoroughly, we had no doubts at all. I highly recommend this car and the dealership itself.

I just want to give a shout out to Prem in the Service Dept. We have been going there for many years, even after we moved out of Brooklyn and to Connecticut, we would still drive out to BK to get our car serviced. We just know that we can trust him and he will not up sale us on maintenance and parts. He treats the customers with respect, and honesty even when the news is not good.

Sam, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and we really appreciated the low pressure and informative approach to the sales process from Sam. When it came time to make a decision, Sam was very open and transparent during negotiations and we ended up settling with a price we were happy with without the usual pain and hassle associated with car buying. We received the white glove service from the finance team and the techs and we were out the door in our brand new Volvo. Wonderful experience with Leroy and Artur. No high pressure sales here... Leroy took the time to show us the different cars within what we were looking for and explained the differences between each one. Artur was also great and explained all the financing, servicing and warranty options and terms. I brought my car with 2 issues. Tire issue, which has been solved and backup camera that was solved after I had to explain, that the camera isn’t working properly and contacted Volvo headquarters to take care of it. I think Volvo of Brooklyn needs to send technician back to school more frequently lo learn more about technology.
