Never will I make a order at this location ever again Atlantic Target confirmed my order as ready to pick up just for me to waste my time traveling to that location to cancel my order and tell me due to technical issues and the manager telling me I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money to return. I call customer service just for them telling me it might take 30 days!!! After hearing that on the call I’m considering just switching to Walmart cause this is ridiculous
RACIST!!!!! My husband & I came to this particular Target CVS location on Sat , 1/31/26. We asked her about over the counter homeopathic medicine for our toddler's ear ache since he didn't have an antibiotic prescription. The Asian (female) pharmacist & Caucasian cashier (male) came off very dismissive and rude towards us. They kept telling us to go see a urgent care, doctor and mind you the temperature outside was a single digit. Why would we take our son to a doctor's appointment with the temperature was dropped. So long story short, she just kept coming off dismissive, and not to my surprise she was very helpful towards non-African-American customers also They were very racist to another African-American customer that was asking pretty much the same question she also got turned away. And from what I was told, they always been prejudice and we're not the first people to complain about them so yes if you're looking to ask for prescriptions or over-the-counter medication and your African-American don't come to this particular Target CVS location.
Horrible customer service rude employee refused for a simple doll replacement and scolded at me like a teacher, embarrassing. Wants everything that came with the doll despite the accessories not being damaged and just the doll having a defect face
Oak was such an amazing help and got my friend and I an album that was not on the shelves, but was in the back. He brought the exact version of the album we requested and rang us up as well. Amazing and attentive customer service from him!!
It was good. But the following around has to stop. I'm always followed when I shop. And target is no different. I guess I fit the stereo type. But I don't know how to steal and I'm afraid too steal. So following me may get you a good workout on one of my let's walk days. No really. A thief has a action not a look. Other than that I like the services clean neat I find what I'm looking for. The cashiers are helpful and polite. I don't even eat grapes! Atlantic terminal have very nice cashiers from my experience. Thank you
Going to Target is always a great time. They have everything I need (including technology) for great prices. I typically get my daily food for weightlifting from this place and it has everything. From rice, to tuna, to water, etc. It even has a section with weightlifting equipment including....DUMBBELLS!!!!! The staff there is pretty cordial to be honest too. I wouldn't judge this place too much by the influx of tourists and other people because of the holiday shopping rush. It's a great store.
I would like to say thank you to the two women that helped us yesterday the first woman on the top floor in the men department , and lastly the other woman downstairs at the fitting room she was very nice and helpful . My husband and I was given a good welcome when we ask is this the fitting room kudos to her again customer friendly thank u.
After seeing the target commercial with the dancers and the big old friendly Bigfoot I happened to be on the area so I said why not stop in so I did prices were pretty good on food ℹ will say that and shout out to the kind sales associate that helped me find the bread ℹm thinking his name is Joshua because his boss asked him something and Bless his heart He said Yes ma’am ℹ didn’t shop like I wanted to but maybe it’s me I brought some beautiful bananas but by the time I got home they changed color now I know they refrigerate the bananas But ….. You can self check out so it’s easier Everything was going smoothly until …. ℹ had to scan the lemon lime bananas again ℹ was helped by another associate I told him why not just put the scan on the produce ℹt would help Because after I tried scanning one fruit at a time I looked behind me and there were angry faces lol I laughed uneasily again another friendly and kind assistant helped me get on my way This Target is big and has a Starbucks coffee stand also There’s an Applebees located their and a chucky cheese upstairs Victoria secret is downstairs
I visited the Target at Atlantic Terminal looking for the Jurassic World Primal Hatch, this was the third Target I tried. The night before, customer service told me they had 30 in stock and assured me that a count that high meant it would definitely be available. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the item was nowhere to be found.
I asked a young lady in the toy department for help, and she said she would check the back. Instead, she walked to another aisle to chat with a co-worker, leaving me waiting for nearly 20 minutes with no update. It was frustrating, especially since a simple “it’s not in stock” would have saved time. What made things worse is the young Hispanic woman who she was instructing where to put stuff saw me waiting and did not bother to tell me, after she had seen me ask another employee about the location of the stock room because some time had already passed. My frustration is obviously out of the roof by this time, so I go to check out the items that I was able to get.
Thankfully, another staff member from the stationery section was incredibly helpful. She checked the system, confirmed the item was out of stock, explained there were no upcoming shipments, and even looked up availability at other Target locations. Her kindness and effort truly made a difference.
LONG STORY SHORT, THE PEOPLE IN THE TOY DEPARTMENT ARE UNHELPFUL! STEER CLEAR!
Sad to give a 1 star but the treatment by an employee was very rude. I have been going to this target since it opened. I was sitting waiting for a friend, while eating food purchased in the store along with two other customers- one visually physically disabled. We were told to move- that we can't sit in the seats and that we can't eat there. I'm disappointed and I hope the treatment of customers improves.
Came in for small sized tank tops in any brand. They had none in stock. Waited over 10 mintues to get a manager since the employees couldn't help. Big store and didn't get what I needed. Nonsense
This is the friendliest, most helpful Target staff you could ask for! Over 2 days of shopping to outfit an apartment, countless crew members helped me locate, carry, return, package, and arrange transport for dozens of large and small items. Every person smiled, made eye contact, and went out of their way to set me at ease. (Shopping usually frazzles me.) Each employee truly treated me like a guest, escorting me to the aisles I needed instead of just pointing, and looking up items for me. I was able to transform a dark basement apartment into a brightly lit, cozy, colorful living space in a short time frame. Thanks to this wonderful staff, I did it without getting overwhelmed. I wish every customer service team was this good!
Target has everything I need. The holidays are so much fun to shop at Target. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, and it’s so much fun for the little ones! Love love love Target!
a young girl with thick black glasses was annoying, I was in the towels section and she came up to me and said you better place them back correctly pointing at the towel that’s all the way up, like I can’t even reach there plus I know better then to leave stuff messy, told her that wasn’t me, and she rolled her eyes, that was unnecessary
I normally love this Target store but I JUST HAD THE MOST STRANGEST & UNCOMFORTABLE RUN IN WITH A MALE WORKER. I wanted an item and I asked for him, but he was so close to me, standing over me and the way he stood next to me it was like I couldn’t move away from him. HE WAS SOOO CLOSE. After a a minute I just got really angry and walked away from him. Oddly enough when I was leaving my home to go to said target, there was a man following me but I kept crossing the street to avoid him, I then realized it was the target worker. He shouldn’t work there!!!
The employees at this target that I encountered, were very kind and helpful! I had a nice size target order pickup and no way to push my merchandise to my vehicle, because the cart locks past a certain point and I was parked in the parking garage across the way...so, the store employees in this department, arranged for another employee to help me take my things to my vehicle. Of course I had to drive out of the parking garage (which i was out of 5 dollars for nothing) and while I was moving my vehicle the employee watched my things and waited for me until I parked closer to the store and he loaded my merchandise into my vehicle for me. I definitely think that this target needs a more organized way of how they do their pick up orders and make it more clear to the customers. Because getting my order at this location (first time) was a lot of work and cost me 5 bucks. Lastly, when I went to the self checkout before picking up my order, I almost tripped on a broom handle that had fallen and was sticking out in the common walking path.
Good shopping experience. Great variety with colors and sizes. Unfortunately men’s section does not have any perfumes and shoes. The shoes collection was extremely small with outdated products. Getting help is very difficult as there are very few staff on the floor of a large area
Awful selection.. it's so big yet I couldn't find what I wanted. I asked the employees and wasted my time checking sections that did not, in fact, have it! It is also insanely expensive! I was so shocked I put stuff back. The people who work at self checkout are also awful. They are very inattentive and rude. They would not tell me which register to go in a clear manner, they just kept pointing and barely giving me any guidance. A group tried to skip me and then the staff member had the audacity to ask me if I had been on line. Just quit your job at that point!
Friendly and respectful employees that can try help to you in most of the department's, but remember they are sometimes assigned to separate area so if they can't help you don't stress they will try to find someone that can help you, and be nice to them it's not easy as people and their kids at times move around items or dropping things on the floor & they have to put things back or pick items off the floor. So smile and ask how their day going so far. The price of being nice is not expensive.
On 04/19/2025, just after 10 a.m., I went to check out at this Target. The self-checkout area was closed, so I headed to a cashier. The young woman barely acknowledged me, no eye contact, just a flat “Do you need a bag?” I held up my own used Target bag and said, “No.”
She scanned each item and placed them in front of me, one by one. Once she finished scanning, she simply walked away. I was left to bag everything myself, scan my Target card, and even pull the receipt out of the machine.
I've lived in this area for 14 years and have shopped at this store more times than I can count. The customer service used to be solid. Now? It’s slipping badly. The store used to be full of people. Lately, it’s noticeably empty. Maybe there’s a connection.
Target is the perfect store for all my personal care & beauty needs. I also love their selection of clothing for my pre-teen son. On my most recent visit, a young man was super helpful as he assisted me with downloading the Target App. I explained that I encountered an issue with an online purchase a few months ago and he guided me to resolve.
I enjoy going in-store whenever I'm in the U.S. but when I'm home, in the Caribbean, online shopping is easy and convenient.
My neighborhood Target is fantastic. Always well-stocked and has a great selection. There is one thing—an idea at the Union Square location that would make our grocery section that much better. See the bins in the attached pic. For a wider selection of fruits and vegetables they are the perfect size for the space opposite the down escalator.
The worst experience shopping at this target with my handicap mom they did not have no motor carts for my mom who is handicap so my mom had to force herself to walk with her Walker. The first thing i try doing was talking to a security guard asking him do you have any motor carts available he said no we dont then i said are you sure cause its against the law to not have a motor cart for the handicap. So i asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came down to see us. The security guard said that all motor carts were stolen smh mind you this place is a mall with top so call security guards. Now my mom cant walk today at all thanks to this target for not having at lease one motor cart for the handicap and my mom spent 400$ at this place cause we had no choice. Never again will i ever go back to this target. In fact for all handicap people and the elderly keep in mind there is no motor carts available ever we waited around to speak to a manager for over 20 mins standing in front next to the security guard. This target needs a reality check by law and by top officials/owners at this Target. I also lost my money going back and forth going crazy looking for a motor cart so whoever found 400$ enjoy it. They also closed the gate at the cross tunnel from the parking lot building so we had to go down from the target building and i had to walk to get my car by crossing the street to drive back to target to pick up my mom with big bags. The very worst experience i ever had shopping at target with my mother who was also very very upset with lots and lots of pain and target didn't even care at all ! #0 zero stars for me.
Best for affordable, new home and kitchen appliances but no cast-iron kitchenware in store. Great selection of Spring, Fall, and Summer clothing for men and women. Great options on clearance. Loads of toys for children. There are many tiny departments here that are niche and might help you in a pinch like books, shoes, cut resistant gloves, bicycles, etc. The outdoor furniture selection here is great. This store in general is also really well organized and neat, like the staff try to make it look picturesque.
Best department store in New York City, let alone best Target store in NYC. They have everything you need. Order Pickup is extremely fast and convenient. Employees definitely need improvement, but there are some very helpful ones. Be prepared for long checkout lines, you can't complain about the fact that they are always busy.
Not my favorite Target but useful for the necessity on an emergency stop. I need to add, prices are very good to compare against supermarkets. I think Target pricest are much better, so you save more. My biggest concern about this place has been the people who attend it. For some reason you run into your ghetto attitudes. There's a time to act like an adult and this should be the kind of place to act like one. Leave the ghetto fabulous lifestyle at home, we don't want it, need it or like it. The traffic is also a big concern due to the multiple large stores at this location and the Barclays Center across the street. This is my reason for giving it a 3 1/2 star rating.
