Im the fleet manager for Galway EMS. I called 11 other places on a Friday afternoon never expecting anyone to be able to fit me in, as i needed my rig fixed for a standby on Saturday. A different shop told me to call Apollo. These guys are awesome. They understood the urgency of getting me back up and running and had me back in service on Saturday. Can't thank them enough! Friendly staff and professional as well
5:30 pm Saturday January 17th. Wife had an accident 3 miles from Johnstown. Her vehicle needing s tow was located safely on side of NYS 67 guarded by NYS Highway Patrol and Fire Department. They towed her vehicle to their store on Comrie and it was placed in a safe manner for pick up by the local repair shop.
Very professional and courteous. Got our truck in and did the repairs to get the truck going. Would recommend them to anyone in the area having mechanical issues. We need more shops like this all over.
I was stranded on the side of I90. I called these guys and they sent a truck quickly. Even though Josh was already busy in the shop, he dropped everything to come help. Josh moved with a purpose, and was respectful and cautious with my truck. Thank you again for the amazing service. Definitely a go to company

I am writing this review to express a distasteful experience that my family had with Apollo Northeast Sales and Service today. My father was in a car accident this morning and his vehicle was very damaged. Apollo was called, probably by the police or other first responders. Before the driver loaded the vehicle onto the tow truck I specifically asked what the tow charge would be to bring this vehicle to my preferred body shop, about 8 miles away. The tow truck driver informed me that he would have to call his Boss (his father) but could not give me an estimate at that point. He requested that he just be allowed to put the vehicle onto his truck and we would work it out. Once he got the vehicle onto his truck, the tow truck driver informed me that the fee was going to be 650.00 dollars for a 15 minute ride to my preferred body shop or it would be a free ride to his own body shop. At this point, they have you and your money either way. Could he have informed me that the cost would have been exorbitant? Probably but this is the way they lie, cheat and steal from honest customers. My recommendation to all online forums will be, "do not trust this company. They run a scam. They are untrustworthy and are not honest with their customers. Avoid at all costs."

We recently were in a pinch in Johnstown and Dan took great care of my us. It was on a Saturday as well and Dan tried his best to get the truck on the road so the driver doesn't have to stay there until Monday.

Wouldn't really reccomend if you need to get pulled outta anywhere quick. Took more then 30 mins to come less then a mile. By the time they came we were already out.
