These guys were amazing! I just happened to stop in because my engine light wouldn’t go out ,warranty is off , car is paid for . I told him I was looking for a mechanic I could trust and return to when it needs repairs . He listened and talked to me with very mulch knowledge . I’m very pleased I stopped in and met these amazing people ! Eddie and his crew are GREAT. They aren’t the shop to just say something is wrong and give you a quote. They show you exactly what you’re dealing with and explain the WHY of it. Then he showed us the parts the got replaced. A NO funny business mechanic . I was there for our other vehicle but I noticed my trucks engine light coming on and off. They pulled it right and even lifted it to make sure I was in a safe vehicle. it wasn’t 3 minutes later and the mechanic came in to show me all the front end work I had JUST had done at another shop was never properly tightened down. You could literally grab the bars and move them with your hands. No one likes hearing this or that is wrong with their vehicle but this shop makes sure its clients are SAFE and aware that they need to have something tended to before closing the hood. His prices are beyond fair for the level of service you get here . E&J will be the ONLY shop we use for our family and vehicle maintenance we need.

E&J Jerome Services were very thorough in both diagnosing and repairing a power steering issue I had with the 2010 Chevy Camaro I had bought only a week later. They identified issues that were overlooked during the inspection prior to purchase. I highly recommend E&J if you want thorough and well-priced auto repair services!

I do not normally write reviews but this place deserves more than 5 stars. My son’s turbo went on his vehicle and another place quoted him 4,000 to repair!! I immediately asked E &J to have a second look at his vehicle and they confirmed it to be a bad turbo but I was able to repair it for almost a third what he was originally quoted! They did the repairs quickly and efficiently and I feel the pricing was very fair. This is my second time having repairs with him and both times, He showed me the problem and was very honest. It’s rare to find mechanics that care more about their customers than making a hefty profit! I highly recommend them. Give them a try, and you will not be disappointed. Very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for great customer service!

Been using these guys for a few years now. Always speedy and professional. Recently got my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I was there an hour and twenty minutes total for service. Everyone here is super relaxed and very professional. Will be using them again on the next service.

I am beyond Grateful for Eddie and the whole Entire team at E&J Jerome service! I ran across this shop on google and I am glad I did. I was quoted $700 from (DJS Automotive repair in Amsterdam NY) to have my intake manifold replaced. I called around and I was able to get Eddie on the phone and he told me to bring my car in- less then a day later my car was fixed and check engine light was off- $130 later this included the Diagnosis and repair. If you have car issues or concerns I would definitely recommend this shop! Eddie is a man of integrity and cares! Staff is professional also! I will be honest I am always nervous when it comes to finding a shop to work on my car, this shop did not let me down! I will be back and I am telling everyone I know about Eddie and the crew!! Thanks again!!!!!

My car was making a really weird sound that was progressively getting worse, and I just got this (used) car a couple of months ago, so I was kind of worried. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing, but my CV axle was also trashed- which is apparently a bad thing. Anyway- they saved a couple of hundos by getting the parts online instead on in-town. They also had to cut some stuff through to do the repair, but at least did it in a way that the stuff they cut through was cheap. Now the car is quiet and runs like a friggin' dream. They're good guys, and I'm going back for any other issues I have. I've been screwed over by bad mechanics before. When I first moved here, my main car's alternator was going out, and the one I went to put in the new alternator so effed up it fried a lot of the electric components in my car so I took it to a dealership to fix (=$$$); so if you can find a good mechanic- TAKE IT.

These guys went out of their way to help me out of a huge jam when I went from having two perfectly good running vehicles to ZERO vehicles all within a matter of a couple of days. They even managed to save me some bucks where they could as I was just starting work with a brand new job out of town and made sure I had a vehicle to drive for the Fourth of July weekend. They really are an incredible team over there and they all work so flawlessly together. My mother saw the value in their operation and the courteousness of the staff and ended up getting a big project done for her own vehicle as she is coming up on retirement and wanted to give her vehicle a little facelift and TLC. She was so elated at the work they did and we both will now be servicing all of our vehicles with E and J Jerome for years to come. They made lifelong customers of us with their friendly laid back tone, honesty and quality of work shown throughout the whole process. They updated us as they went along to pricing and changes and I just can’t really say enough good things about this crew. Getting your vehicle serviced these days can be a real nightmare and scary not knowing who to trust out there to do the job and get it done efficiently. They’re quick and the work is stellar.

Excellent mechanic, tells you everything he is going to do and sends pics and videos.very easy to talk to takes the time to explain everything..saved us alot of money on an cooling system issue,I was told buy another garage that the head gasket was toast and that's a very expensive repair.E&J gave us a second opinion and actually figured out the issue and the repair was 1/3 of what I was quoted by the other shop and it wasn't the head gasket.. I will continue to give E&J my business, definitely worth checking out.

This place is amazing! A very refreshing experience just when I was thinking that humanity is gone. I stopped because I woke up to a very flat tire. After a morning of frustration waiting over 3 hours for roadside assistance (thanks GEICO); I needed my tire fixed and re-mounted. I picked this Garage because of its 4.9 rating. But I give it a PERFECT 10!!!! Friendly, Quick, Professional and very fair pricing along with a “thank you for your business”. My faith in humanity was restored and my crappy morning ended so much better! Thank You!!

Best prices! Everyone is chill definitely one of the best shops I’ve been to upstate. Very helpful with my motorcycle definitely will be going here anytime I need work done.

I was looking for a place to have the oil changed and an inspection done on my motorcycle. I was tired of the local Honda Powersports Stealership WAY overcharging me. I stopped in to see Eddie and he said no problem. He did the work while I was at work and had my bike ready for me to pick up on my way home. It's nice to find a bike friendly place that will stand behind what they do. E & J is conveniently located for me and Eddie and his team were very polite. I was very pleasantly surprised when I discovered the bill was about 1/2 the price that I would pay at the local Honda shop.....Thanks Eddie! I need to have a few things done to my 2016 Ford F-150 and Eddie is going to take care of it for me. I would recommend Eddie and his team to anyone.

What a great shop! Please tell everyone to use this shop. My son who has had nothing but terrible luck with a different "chain" mechanic shop went here after that other shop did not notice that the transmission leak they were paid to fix was not fixed. This shop E&J found out the leak was not fixed and they replaced the transmission as it burnt out since the leak was not fixed. A decent price too. I cannot recommend them enough. Also my son got a 3 year warantee on the service they provided. Best place ever!!!!!

it’s been two years now since we have been trying to figure out what is going on with our 2010 Honda Odyssey van. We have taken it to Mavis. We’ve taken it to Monro. We have taken it to take five oil and in no way shape or form has any of the issues been corrected we even tried a mobile mechanic which comes to find out by the shop that we were ripped off. The owner has taken care of us since the moment I made the call to have the van serviced by getting the codes off of it. He helped us and my wife get approved for the credit to help with the fees of the parts and labor. The owner and his daughter are very polite, professional and understanding. we had her two grandbabies with us and he was very sweet with them and understanding, even let our oldest grandbaby play with the pug. And this last time that he has fixed some of the items that should’ve been fixed the first go round the van has been driving better. We look forward to being able to know that the van is 100% safe and secure and everything that needs to be replaced is done in a timely manner. I wanna give a shout out to the owner and the daughter of the company that they are doing an amazing job in the small town. I’d recommend them over anyone and everyone I can’t say enough good stuff about this shop. I look forward to having the van being fixed and running again.

If you're looking for an HONEST FAIR place to take your car for Repairs THIS is the place! Friendly atmosphere and super knowledgeable. Professional but relaxed at the same time . Easy to get to and plenty of parking if you want to swing in and get an Estimate!

Hands down the best mechanic I have ever been to. From beginning to end Eddie and his team are amazing. Very detailed oriented and always looking to save money for the customer in anyway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place couldn't be more honest & fair. Eddie is an amazing guy. Will do anything he can to help you & not take advantage of you. We all know vehicle problems Absolutely suck and are expensive. My opinion, they do the best they can to make sure the vehicle is done right and at the least cost possible and not charge you 125 or $150 just for a computer scan then tell you the minimum hours for the job is four hours when it takes five minutes to complete. They don't do business that way here. You build a business and earn respect by treating people fairly and in my opinion this place Doing it right and they will grow for being honest and fair. I forgot to mention one of the most important parts which is that it was 10° outside and the wind was blowing 40 miles an hour and he was kind enough to drop me off back at my house and then return the truck to me that afternoon. Awesome service in a timely manner! Call to see if they were able to do an inspection. Told me to bring it right in. I was shown (not told) what needed to be repaired. I even joked about a car wash. I was able to get back to work and have them do the repairs and pick me up when all was completed. I was made aware of all cost throughout the process (no surprise charges) The cherry on top was the carwash! 🤣 Didn't notice until I stopped for gas and almost walked past my car. E&J are officially stuck with me. 10 Star service. Bring treats for Binx! (the dog who runs things around there) Thanks again!

I was a bit skeptical when I saw what appeared to be about 99% + five star reviews. But after having my truck serviced by Eddie and his team, I know they are all real, and for good reason. Eddie and crew are real, hard -working, honest people and a pleasure to work with. They took care of my head lamps in no time and charged a very fair price. Five star service!!

Had another shop delay an appointment, so I called these guys for a last minute/walk-in tire change. They were AWESOME and saved my day. Definitely recommend this shop!

They literally got me out in under 30 mins for my oil change and 15 of those minutes were them just talking to me like a normal friend/customer. Unlike all these other mechanic shops that are just out for a quick buck. Highly recommend!

I’m so fortunate to have been referred here by a friend! I have gotten quotes that have been way out of my price range, and needing to drop my car off for weeks at a time, this was far from the case at E&Js garage! Eddie was so amazing! He took us in and put the car on the lift and did a complete 360 walk around and showed us exactly everything that needed to be fixed, he is so honest and is all about saving you money and not draining you! I can’t thank Eddie and his crew enough for all their help, and not to mention so much work was done in just a matter of a couple of hours! Dropped my car off at 11am and had it back by 5pm! Had my drivers side windshield wiper stop wiping a few nights ago on my way to KFC. My car was out of warranty from the dealer so I call E&J the next day since they are about 4 minutes from my house and they told me to come on by immediately. I drove over and in 20 minutes had fixed the wiper and sent me on my way. Best $40 I spent at the mechanic. Will be using them for more stuff going forward.

Not only did they go out of their way after they should've closed for the day, but they saved me hundreds of dollars, I already didn't have to spend. They have the most incredible personalities, won't b.s. you about extras you don't need and will give you the straight facts, good or bad. Even though they are several hours away, I'll never go anywhere else. They won a customer for life this week.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at an auto body shop! The men who helped me today were amazing. Throughout the whole process, they explain to me the current state my car was in and what future work would be needed on my car. Truly so kind and no judgment whatsoever. Not to mention the prices for their services were amazing. I’ll be going back soon for future work on my car and would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
