Recommended highly. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful. My dreaded Check Engine came on and staff spent quite a bit of time with me trying to diagnose what was wrong. Narrowed it down to two parts, they sold me both with promise that I could return whichever I didn't need -- which they did. Great experience.
Well I want to say on here I bought some headlight bulbs from ur store. I was not happy with the purchase and the out come of this store. I get told that the manager would help me when he came back from lunch. So he never came out to help and send some other employee to do his job as he did not face the problem.
The workers here are so kind and unlike every other parts store they've never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about and have never tried to upsell for things I don't need. These people are hard to come by and I appreciate them for everything they've helped me with my whole time driving and learning how to care for my truck. Ps if the one guy I always talk to sees this, the scratch doctor worked amazing on the smaller scratches lol
I had to stop here yesterday afternoon due to the unfortunate incident of hitting a deer in Meco over the weekend, and having to replace my driver side turn signal bulb and get lens tape to get my vehicle at least driveable until I can get it into the Auto Body shop within the month or so, and get a rental.
The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, thankfully they had my bulb in stock, the lens repair tape, and we were in and out in no time. Glad to get myself on the right track to get my body work done and put the accident behind me.
went in earlier today and the one girl that works there was absolutely terrible. seemed like she had no clue what she was doing and looked like she was high on something. terrible service from her and makes me not want to shop there anymore. they’ll hire just about anyone now a days
I needed some exhaust parts for a car I was working on and needed them fast. I popped over here and they had what I needed in stock and at a good price. The staff was smart and friendly.
Very poor service this morning in Johnstown NY from the female 'working ' there! If she had listened to my description of what I needed then she might have given the correct item to my daughter. When I called to inform her she was laughing and joking with someone else there and didn't sound sincere at all! So I'm still stuck at home because of her! Not happy and thinking of not doing business there anymore.

Just what we needed, another auto parts store in Johnstown! Sarcasm aside, it's just like any other auto parts store. The staff offered us assistance which was nice. However, they were unable to offer assistance with installing a new tail light bulb which was a little disappointing. Although, after a quick youtube video we installed the bulb in under a minute.
Stopped to do some roadside repairs to a vehicle purchased in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store is only a couple years old so it is fairly clean and fresh. Location is good, large parking lot and wide driveways.
I ended up having to bypass the heater control and wire the blower motor direct because the heater control failed. This required borrowing some tools and purchasing others. And that's where the problems started.
Both the tools I borrowed and the tools i bought were absolute junk. The slip joint pliers and the channel lock pliers I borrowed wouldn't squeeze anything. The wire strippers and the stubby philips I bought were also junk.
The tip on the screwdriver was worn after removing and replacing 2 screws in plastic. The strippers wouldn't even strip the wire. The slots cut for stripping were no where near sized correctly to the markings on the pliers or to the gauge on the wire I bought. I ended up borrowing a bic lighter and melting the coating so I could get the coating off.
I seriously hope their autoparts line is not as bad as their tools. If they are there will be a lot of unhappy buyers.
