Very clean, perfect little laundromat. No people hanging out or loitering around. Well kept, also l am glad they still use quarters here to pay as I cannot stand laundry cards as some places only have those, I much prefer using cash to get coins which is so much easier for me and convenient. I Came here for the first time ever in the middle of the night Saturday and I thought I misplaced a delicates bag, the owner was so amazing and went above and beyond to try and help me retrieve my things (my husband found it DAYS later) but just knowing they tried to actually help meant the world to us. Nothing beats them being open 24 hours and being able to do your laundry in the middle of the night and on your own time! Highly recommend this place.. for me It was a nightmare at washco trying to use them laundry cards. My card had money and still wouldn’t swipe every single time I needed to go hunt down an associate.

The soap center ate my coins and I called the customer service number and he gave me a free wash!

Place was great when they first open, now washers and dryers are always broken. Never have soap in the soap center and washers smell moldy

Updating score to 4. Long story short. Having to remember how to navigate the automated system to start the washing machine is difficult for me. In a second recent incident, the door to the washing machine wouldn't close completely. I did call the phone number displayed in the laundromat. I did reach an actual person in a reasonable amount of time. He attempted to reset the machine as I continued using more force to get the door to close. Then another person, who was stronger than me, was able to use the force needed to close the door properly, then the person on the phone did another reset, and the washing machine started. I will not use that particular washing machine again. An updated score of 2 stars. I pay for services with a QR scan. It seems like I have finished the setup, but money is still being requested. I get confused and flustered, and I wind up paying so much extra for a simple wash. Washing machine 19 was broken with no sign indicating it was. I completely set up the washing machine and laundry detergent, paying for the wash, and then it did work because the washing machine door would close. Can pay for the services, can the operating system be user-friendly

24 hours plus very low prices. Way better than other branches in the area.

No Bathroom, Dirty, Expensive and no one to ask for help. I tried this place cause it looked ok from outside. Machines not working and take your money but don’t start. Pretty much what other people said also.

I haven't been to a local laundry mat in decades. Unfortunately, my washer broke and didn't have a choice but to go and wash cloth at a nearby place. I chose Washing Well Laundromat. Big mistake! I should've researched this place before I went there. The first thing I noticed when I went inside is that there is a bad smell. I looked around and there was no one in the place to tell. I had already brought in the laundry, so I decided to tough it out. I read the instructions for putting money in the machine to start the washer, and it indicated I could either use coins or a credit card. I decided to use a credit card and it was a disaster. The machine wouldn't recognize the amount I indicated, and what I wanted to use for washing the cloth. It took me fifteen minutes to finally figure it out. Meanwhile, no attendant. I opened the machine door and wanted to vomit on how smelly the inside of the washing machine is. I was worried because I didn't want the clothing taking that smell while washing. I then proceeded to try and put the detergent and fabric softener and I couldn't reach the top of the washer. It had to be at least six feet tall. I look around for something to climb on and they, literally, have stoops to climb on. I'm guessing they only expect tall people to wash cloth in their facility. I stood on the stool and put in lots of detergent and fabric softener. I didn't want the cloth to come out with the smell from inside the washer. It was to no avail. The machine didn't recognize the detergent and the cloth came out smelly. I was so angry. I paid so much money. I then proceeded to the dryers and wanted to use at least four of the dryers, in that way the cloth would dry correctly. That too was to no avail. The cloth didn't dry enough, and they came out damped. I spent $67 dollars in this place for four washing machines and four dryers. In addition, the place is filthy and smelly. The sink in the place is disgusting. There are no restrooms, no attendant and the machines are smelly and super tall. This place is a highway robbery. Go at your own risk to Washing Well Laundromat.

$11 for a big washer yet the soap I put in the washer didn’t even go through the machine. My clothes came out smelling weird. I had to rewash them in a different washer. That only added 1 hr onto my trip. I always go to a different laundromat but this one was convenient for me tonight. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I picked up the trash that was on the floor and put the carts back so it didn’t look a mess & unorganized because I have no problem helping the community I live in but I don’t get paid to clean up after others… ADULTS. There’s never an employee or manager on the premises. 🫤

Clean facility, on site security system, large medium or small capacity washing machines, XL capacity too. very hot dryers, coin op or app op or credit/ debit op, good ac and heating, auto entry door, but no restroom and no snack/ hot coffee vending machines, doesn't work. Thanks Sal.

Charges my card but never starts the machine. Had to pay for 2 other machines after I paid for the bigger one to do it. Called and voicemail is full and haven’t gotten a call back

Not as good as when first opened....lots of machines down. I think people must be wrecking big machines with rugs, horse blankets whatever so they put out of order signs on to keep from further damage? Hard to put soap etc in big machines....need to climb on little plastic step stools to reach soap dispenser. Dangerous to those of us with knee problems.

The one time I forget to set a timer is when my property is stolen and I can't get in touch with anyone to look at security camera footage.

This place is "okay." It gets the job done, but that's it. I've never seen an employee or attendant on sight. It's never disgusting, but it's also never clean. It's designed as a self-serve environment, but apparently there's a decent customer base that doesn't clean up after themselves. I'm constantly picking garbage off the floor, just to try to help out while I'm there. I've had 2 or 3 occasions where a machine took my money and didn't work, which is super frustrating because there's no one there to help you when that happens. You have to just spend more money if you want your laundry done, and HOPE you'll get reimbursed later. I've never been reimbursed, but we only tried once. After that, I kinda just chalk it up to, "well, I took the risk by coming here. Now I'll have to just use another machine and pay again." 🤦🏽‍♀️ This place just happens to be the most convenient location for me. Aside from that, they do have free wifi, which I'm sure customers appreciate. There's a couple vending machines although one is broken. A good variety of machine sizes and plenty of dryers. And it's located in a strip mall that's in a nice, safe area. I never feel worried about leaving my clothes unattended while I run to a neighboring store. Like I said, it gets the job done. It's a laundromat and it serves its purpose. Not great, not terrible.

have no idea who owns that laundromat but they better get they s*** together and take those mosquitoes and clean up filthy laundry mat

I like this laundromat and today I parked my car in front of it to unload my clothes and load it right into the machine when a Walden cop walks in to harass me and said,I can park there only to unload and load. THAT’S WHAT I WAS DOING! Walden cops have nothing better to do than to harass people in private property.

Love that you can use a credit card instead of bringing coins or cash

No traffic on a Friday night (midnight) for me, which was good since I was washing before I were to leave out of town. The place was clean, country music was great, (Garth Brook's station) thumbs up!, and the price was so reasonable for a large load of clothes. Thank you for service to the community and visitors like me.

Place is clean, doing my laundry was fast and has a great staff.

Expensive and no bathroom. Soap on floors and machines, very short time for the washing cycle and i am sure that's not enough to clean my clothes. had to do it twice. disappointed

This laundromat is top notch, you can use your credit/debit card here so you dont have to make change, reasonably priced, clean and fast washers & dryers. My only gripe is no public Wi-Fi. Besides that I highly recommend this state of the art laundromat 👊😎

Very Nice place, lots of washing machines, all sizes from 75Lbs till 20lbs, lots of dryer's, great nice 24 hour laundrymat!

Cleanest damn laundromat I've ever seen, in the Hudson Valley and period.

I love this place but when the washer machine doesn't work and takes your money good luck getting ahold of anybody to get a refund. ill keep going and get ripped off i guess ? in the past 2 years i have lost about $40 and never made a complaint! in conclusion very nice place been going here every week for 2 years. Just do not expect to get a refund.

Love them. I drive 20 minutes away from home and PAST a laundromat in my town just go to there. Its clean, prices are great, machines AMAZING. I wish they were in my town

This place is 24 hours. It is kept very clean. The price is very affordable. There are many different sized machines, including a huge one for comforters. This laundromat also takes credit card payments which eliminates the use of change, although it does still offer quarter usage. I really like this laundromat.
