160 dollars for less than 24 hours on their lot not to mention an extra 500 dollars for “clean up fees” and “mileage rates”. 660 dollars total for a car that wasn’t even towed far from the original place. Also law enforcement isn’t respected and getting told “troopers” will be called on a law enforcer is distasteful. So if you’d like to be disrespected and pay a ridiculous amount of money by all means this place is right for you.
Hello. I recently bought a transfer case from the owner or employee of the shop. The person selling it to me broke a bolt off in the case and lied to me about it. Also it dosen’t shift into 4 low. It wasn’t until i got home I noticed. Very dishonest. I cannot attest to the quality of work provided here but with practices like this, I would steer clear. I've gone to Al Valk for many years and always have had a positive experience. They have unfailingly been straight forward, and true to their word. Over many, many visits I have always received high quality service. A special shout out to Gidget. She is knowledgeable, honest, and always kind. Big kudos to her. On several occasions their actual price came in well below their estimate. Thanks to Valks for giving such fine care to all my various cars over the decades.

Had a blowout on 84 near Walkill. The mud flap bracket got bent 90 degrees. The tire guy couldn't do the mud flap, so my company called Valk's. This guy got that bracket perfectly straight. You could hardly even tell that it got bent.
Jr went above and beyond. Between coming to tow me after 11 pm in a timely fashion, gave me beyond a fair price, and even helped me source the part I needed to fix my vehicle! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
I thried to fix my broking breakiline twice and finally had to hand it over to the pros at Al Calls Garage. Thank you for teachong me the diffrence between metric and American. Working perfectly.
Very nice Tow Company, Fast service. JR picked up a tractor and transported. JR was very friendly and represented his company in a nice way. Very nice tow truck.
Dont go there. Big rip off. Over $500 for a tow that went 6 miles. They have a "set rate from the town". If your ever in an accident in the area, dont let the cops call the tow unless u want to spend well over 500 bucks. Not surprising they have an in with the town.
