Chris was able to answer all my questions and guided me with what parts I need for my car along with telling me how I could install it. He explained it all thoroughly and in detail, making the install process as smooth as possible. If anyone has even the slightest hesitation I suggest going to him for his expert knowledge.
Poor customer service. Walked in, I was not greeted or helped. I bought a battery, they didn’t even tell me they offer free installation of batteries bought with them. I struggled with the battery on my own, the battery fluid was leaking out. I asked for a paper towel; nobody offered me help still. But as soon as someone else walked in the store they were greeted and helped EXPEDITIOUSLY! I was the only one the store at first and there were about 4/5 available employees to help me.
I've been spending a ton of time here recently because i'm fixing up my older car. I'm winging it most of the time, but the staff here have been amazing explaining the proper oil I need, filters etc... Not only were they incredibly knowledgeable, but also super funny but they are always in a wonderful mood. They even offered to carry the battery to my car. I always ask a lot of silly questions and they were very happy to help. Super happy with my experience there.
This stores customer service was above and beyond. I came in last week for a part and the gentleman that helped me was very informative. He provided me with the part I needed and also explained the return policy, warranty information, core. I will definitely be returning back.
Stopped by AutoZone to replace a broken windshield wiper. Jasmine helped us out—she was super friendly and knowledgeable. She found the right size, made sure it fit properly, and even helped install it. Great service!
A few nights ago I came in for some questions and to find a piece I was looking for, sure enough, I had gotten help from a girl named Kassandra who had No problem helping me to the fullest extent! I have always loved this Particular store because the one by me ALWAYS makes me wait. I just needed to point out how kind, helpful, and all around wonderful it was to recieve such great customer service, especially someone willing to joke around with me about life with kids. I’ll be back to visit soon I’m sure, and when I do, I’ll be asking for that sweetheart for help! Thank you again!!!
Terrible communication. I brought a car battery in to be charged and they said they’d charge it and call me when it was done charging. 6 hours later and still no call so I went back in only to be told that they couldn’t charge the battery because it’s a bad battery, which I had bought from them less than a month prior. Do not shop here
It is much easier for me to write a positive review then a negative one like I would like to leave Advanced Auto. Jazzy at this Auto Zone is awesome. I walked in and she was there with a smile asking how she could be of help. Handed her my key fab and said I needed a new battery. No problem she said. Within seconds it was changed. After coming from Advanced Auto where the gentleman had no clue that the emblem on the fab represents Mercedes. He asked what kind of car, shook his head and told me I had to go to the dealer…. Auto one will get all my business from now on when I spend at least 200.00 a week on detailing products. Thank you Jazzy
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Problem is, not many staff members available at one time, so you may have to wait to get some help. But they do their best. Store is clean and stocked.
I have had the BEST EXPERIENCE WITH CJ AT THE WALDEN AVE LOCATION IN CHEEKTOWAGA, NY!!! HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL &- HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE! I CAME IN WITH A WIPER ISSUE &- LEFT COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! I don’t think I’ll ever patronize another auto zone in my city as long as CJ is still working there. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

Very loyal Autozone customer. The Walden store is absolutely terrible. From the management down, completely incompetent, rude, disrespectful and not a good reflection of the rest of the company. Be careful if using that location. Keep copies of ur receipts. Goto Middletown, Newburgh or even Ellenville if possible.
Very unprofessional, 3 to 4 people talking to each other about footwear, one helping me, computer says they have the product, employee can't find it! He was nice enough but also joined in on the conversation with other employees. Just very unprofessional!!!!

The people here are not helpful at all unless you are white. If you are not you will not get treated well. I saw the three white people ahead of me in line get treated very well. I was not helped to find the part I was looking for. When my white mechanic called it turned out that they had the part in stock. Shame on them. I will not be back.
The younger staff pretty good,decent,humble that's been my experience with them willing to help but the 3 older folks not mentioning names they have issues, hopefully the youngers dont pick up their attitudes towards who they prefer to be nice to. It wouldn't be a nice thing, many new faces in the town, village neighborhood gotta get use to it. THEIR'S THAT OLD SAYING ATTEND UR CUSTOMERS WITH A SMILE IT WORKS.
The folks here are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are very good and they usually have a deal kn oil and filter combos, for your oil change. If they don't have a part you're looking for, they will find it at another Autozone and have it delivered or you can go pick it up. Very reliable.
Horrible service. This particular store really sucks everytime we go there. 4 employees with one at the register and the rest chatting and doing nothing. The checkout line was long and they didn't care. I put about $300.00 of items back on the shelf and went next door to True Value.
Typical AutoZone, reasonable inventory, geared to do-it-yourselfer. Prices generally quite High, way more expensive than most website Auto Parts places, but if you need something right away, they may well have it.
