Very upset, 4255 Mickinley pky Hamburg NY store location closed early I arrived at 5:50pm and the door was locked and associates still in the building. I called no answer, they close at 6pm very upsetting to drive out here and they just close early.
Went there for five foot hose clamp best clamp I've ever had used hand Zone Great customer service only thing they did not have was startron but they were out of stock not their fault
There was a very nice gentleman behind the counter and saw me looking at freeon to fix the air conditioner in my roommates car. He asked if needed help and of course I did!! So I didn't end up buying anything but my roommate took the car to try to fix it and he spent $70 when the very nice gentleman was selling me the one for a Mitsubishi G4 FOR $29.99!!
Great staff and nearly always has my parts in stock or able to order them easily! Would highly suggest checking this location out for some great sales and service. Even willing to help those with minimal car knowledge.
Awesome service at the 4255 McKinley Pkwy location. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. It can be tough to find. Its in the back of what used to be a Wal-Mart. Doesn't look like your typical NAPA store.
We called to get a code reading done on our car and talked to Mike. He said they do not provide that service, but gave us several recommendations about where to go. He walked us through our repair options and was extremely friendly, especially knowing we were not going to use their services.
