Absolutely awful experience. I’ve been yelled at by an older man here on multiple occasions for not separating glass and cans exactly how he wanted. Even when I did separate the glass and bottles, he still wasn’t happy and continued to yell because some of the cans weren’t returnable. On another visit, a woman working there told me that if I brought Vitamin Water bottles again, she would make me leave. When I said I’d just go somewhere else, her response was “even better.” That pretty much sums up the customer service here. If you don’t want customers or can’t treat people with basic respect, you probably shouldn’t be in business. I’ll gladly take my returns elsewhere.
I didn’t come to get a lecture I came to drop off Bottles and cans. Never had a lecture at any other bottle redemption place. The girl was extremely rude. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
After many years of transporting my recyclable cans and bottles in an empty trash can, they decided that they won't accept my materials anymore unless I transport cans in large bags. Redemption is to encourage recycling. Doesn't requiring plastic bags defeat the purpose? Also, who wants to purchase bags to get your redemption back?
Absolutely worth going there! All you have to do is make sure glass is separated. Then hand them your cans and bottles and enjoy the show!! Its just completely amazing watching the machines do what they do.
First time here, we will be back later this week with the rest of our cans. AMAZING experience, from the gentleman unloading our cans to the beautiful soul at the register. We read the guidelines before coming, emptied our bags at home to separate the glass and rinse off the cans, and we were in and out. Highly recommend!
Always quick and easy to return my recycles here. Employees are very kind and helpful. They get a line out the door, but I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Thank you!!
Disappointed, have gone here for years and received great service but was shorted at least $10.00 today. Went back upon discovery after about an hour (waiting in line at Walgreens mostly) and was effectively told they can't help me even though the bottle guy recognized me. I tend to bring the same baggage every time, 4 contractor bags and 2 garbage bags worth. Typically that gives me somewhere between $22 and $30. Today I got only about $12.60 and with my hands full from bags I just took the money they gave assuming that as usual I'd have the proper compensation. I dump my change in the tip and take the cash. Turns out I didn't get 2 10's but 1 10. I know without any doubt I had more than 252 bottles/cans. I guess I need to more deliberate with checking but disappointed I should need to worry about this sort of thing.
By far the best bottle redemption center I've ever used. The staff were friendly, the return was extremely fast and I appreciate the use of conveyor belts and laser-counting equipment for expedited service. Definitely worth it, especially if you have a large quantity of bottles!
I was greeted at the door by a pleasant gentleman who asked me if I wanted my bags back. Then he went right to work. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and 500 returnable lighter.
This was the first time I have had a line out the door. It took us about 2 minutes to get to the front of the line. The staff is VERY hard working, efficient and courteous. You bring the bottles in, and they take over. It's far better than everywhere else!
We drive from 20+ minutes away to come here. Employees are always very friendly and helpful AND we’re in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!
I had 8 garbage bags full of cans/bottles and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Great experience here. The machinery is cool to look at too if you’re into that.
First time here and I am not going anywhere else. I saw people carrying many bags in ahead of me. Thought it was going to take time before it was my turn. I was in and out in less than 5minutes. They got the process down! Very friendly and helpful.
I love this place! Always in and out, very organized operation. Was there today and another customer appeared distressed/not feeling well. A gentleman who I believe is the owner (or manager) took notice and was very kind and compassionate to her. Everyone there is genuinely nice. Definitely my go to for bottle returns!
I had a lot of cans and bottles to take back. 2,600 to be exact, i wasn’t sure what to do. I seen a ad for this return. I happy I did. I walked in and explained everyone was very helpful. It went extremely smooth! I won’t let them build up like that again but I’m happy to have room in my garage again!
Such a neat place, machines are fascinating! My son returned $36 in bottles/cans to put towards new hockey gear and this place was amazing! Fast about 3 min, clean, easy & we were on our way. Would recommend this place over any other.
Had like 3 years of cans and bottles bagged up in my garage. I kept procrastinating on taking them. I finally did it today here. I backed my truck up, they helped me unload, they kept wearing their friendly faces and I walked out with $75. Math was right. Service was Great! Easy and quick.
I will never go anywhere else again. I had over $20 of cans in plastic bags. They opened the bags, dumped it on to the conveyor belt and less than a few minutes later I had a receipt; the cashier gave me my cash and I was on my way! It was clean, quick the staff was awesome and it didn’t even smell like stale beer!

Pretty decent experience. I like that the staff simply take your bags of cans and do the rest. That's the best part. It's easy. Unlike some other places that let you roll a dice to increase the refund value by a few cents per can, they just give you the exact deposit back. Which is fair, just not as enticing as those other places. Another negative is that there very little room for customers to be inside so you usually have to wait in a line outside in the cramped, busy parking lot. They do work quickly, offer hand sanitizer, paper towels and cash on the spot. I would gladly continue to bring my cans here in the future.
