This was byfare the best wxperince I could have asked for, the service was outstanding, called me through out the process, went above and beyond to get me done on time, just overalls a easy 10/10

I hit some glass in the road on my way to the store, popped my tire. These guys had me in with a reasonable repair quickly and with great service. Would recommend again.

Three strikes and I'm out!! I won't be going back ever. #1 Fall of 2025, had a screw in the tire, just wanted to get it plugged. They won't plug it, needs to be patched. Fine. I need it done regardless. It's a busy Sunday. . So I wait my turn. After 2 hour wait, truck goes in the bay, tech comes out, tells me they can't patch/plug Load Range E tires for liability. Wasted 2 hours for nothing. #2. Early winter, needed two new rear tires. Called ahead. Was told the tires are in stock, and they could install them same day. Left the truck, was told 90 mins to 2 hours. Drop truck off. 3.5 hours later, no call, and truck is not even pulled in the shop. Even more time wasted. #3. Today. Need 4 new tires mounted and balanced on my F350. Call ahead. . They can get me right in. Tech pulls the truck in. . Comes back and says the lift is only a 12k lift. . And the GVWR of the truck is 12400, so they can't put it on the lift. Tried to explain to the tech that the 12400 GVWR on the door is the max LOAD weight of the truck, and additional cargo. Not the weight of the truck. truck weighs 8400 empty. No cargo in the bed. 3 times I tried to exchange money for services at Mavis, and 3 times they wasted my time with their incompetence. I understand they have liability policies, I get that. Each and every time, my year make and model goes into the computer. . they know it's a truck. They know it takes E range tires. . They don't know the difference between GVWR and vehicle weight. I'm glad most people have great experience with Mavis. I'm just not one of them.

Excellent customer service, care, and work ethic as my vehicle was serviced ahead of the scheduled time, completed in a timely manner, and was given a discount. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous.

Yesterday leaving work I noted my tire to be low. I was able to get enough air in it to get to Mavis where I previously had work done on my tires. When I arrived Jamil helped me got me checked in and promised it would be done before the end of the evening so I could have it for work the following day. I left and was able to go home have dinner with my family and pick it up a few hours later. Jamil was excellent. Very helpful, understanding and kind during this process. I will continue to always use mavis tire for all of my needs going forward.

The mechanic is a nice young man I was very happy with him doing my oil change . I didn’t have to wait hours compared to other shops thanks .

Amazing customer service! I called Charlie in an emergency, he said come in and we can help! They were honest and helpful! The car was done in a short time and my emergency was solved! Go to the Hamburg location-they are best!!

Charlie was amazing! He got my car in right away to check out the noise that was coming from under my car. Found it was the heat shield dragging and took care of it for me in like 5 minutes. Great place for any vehicle issues with great customer service!

Went in with a flat rear passenger tire, about 1200 dollars later, and still have a flat rear passenger tire. Not impressed. They said I can take it in and they can look and see if the rim is bent, well they should be able to tell me that already because what did I pay for in the first place between new tires, valve stems wheel alignment/balance and install.

My wife called for a tire quote, and was quoted 161.99 each for four tires. With tax, disposal, balance, etc the total came to approximately $888.00, which was a fair price. My wife double checked with Tyler to make sure the price was saved in the computer, and put a $25 deposit down to make sure. She went shopping across the street, and I went to Mavis to get the tires without knowing what they quoted her. They charged me $990 for the tires, which was $100 more than quoted. They didn't even have the quote saved, and they neglected to include the $25 deposit she had put down. When we got home and she saw what they charged, she called and talked to the manager, who said there was nothing that he could do because I agreed to the price (unknowingly). He did finally refund the $25 deposit (which was hard to argue over, we had a receipt). So we are out an extra $100 because they didn't save the quote, and they actually had her in the computer as Sherly instead of Cheryl, even though the name is spelled right on the credit card. They offered a free oil change, but I don't even want to go back again.

I made an appointment using their website for a tire rotation. At checkout it said my charge was zero dollars. I figured I would find out when I got there. I needed my tires rotated big time so the charge at this point was a minor issue. The manager called me to confirm my appointment. Before we hung up, I asked how much the tire rotation would be. To my surprise, he said $0.00! I am ecstatic!!! Nobody does anything for free these days. This is my early Christmas present! I truly appreciate this. On top of it, when I arrived they took my car right away. No waiting and they did not try to sell me anything. I am very happy I called Mavis. I will be coming here when I need new tires. They gained a new customer in me. Thank you Mavis!

I had a flat tire and needed a repair asap. Jamil was very kind and helpful. Tyler got me in right away, and kept me posted during my wait. They found the issue and took care of my problem in less than an hour. It only cost me 30 bucks! A huge THANK YOU to the gentlemen who worked to find the source of my tire issue and fixed it without charging me sky high prices!!

Went in. Bought two tires and while there they found a tire pressure sensor needing replace..Ok cool go ahead take care of that..For starters an hour and a half for this job with no other cars in the bays is a bit nuts..but anyway go ahead and leave after that ..they never relearned the Tpms sensors....I thought it might do it it's self after 500miles or so like other things ..I really didn't bother googling it...Well it never did..so I pop in and ask if they can relearn em..No no no you have another sensor bad and that's why ..another 180 bucks please.. Hmmmmmm..well 5 minutes of googling and relearning myself..I'm all set .. Thanks chuckleheads...I will drop the 180 when one actually fails...somewhere else

Had a great experience at Mavis today. Was in an in awful situation, and was basically forced to go into the shop and get tires, due too the fact that I could not drive any further and mt tires would not hold air. I just purchased a used vehicle and thought that it did not need any work, and unfortunately trusted the wrong person. Anyways, Jamil was absolutely wonderful. He was patient, understating, helpful and very friendly. He gave me a reasonable and competitive price and was able to come up with a solution quickly. I apologize for not knowing the other gentleman’s name but he was equally as friendly and helpful. The mechanic then came out and told me exactly what the car needed, and asked had me write everything down. He even took the time to explain what things I needed done immediately and what things I needed to worry about. He was very honest, and not pushy, and (as a female that is not very car savvy) he did not make me feel like an idiot for the very first time in my 36 years on this planet. I did not feel pressured in anyway, it just seemed like he genuinely cared and wanted to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. He took the time to explain each part and how it worked within the car and what to watch out for and do in the meantime, until I am able to get these things fixed. Would absolutely recommend this company, and specifically branch to anyone and everyone I know who needs tires. I was in and out within about 15-20 minutes, and just to reiterate, I walked in on the verge of having a full adult meltdown, and walked out calm, confident, and so relieved. Usually going to a mechanic is painful. This was the exact opposite.

Took two tires in for new valve stems and these guys did me justice. They not only replaced the valve stems but they also found a puncture that they repaired. I'm very grateful. Nice guys and great job

If you go to this location for tires, I suggest you wait on site. I had a 9am appointment for new tire installation. I was told on the phone the day before it would take an hour, and then dropping my car off they confirmed it would only take an hour. I came back at 10:30 and my car was still sitting in the same spot. The front desk said they prioritize people waiting for their cars over people who drop off and leave even if you have the first appointment of the day. They said it would be another 10 minutes and they'd pull my car in. A half hour goes by so I go back in to see whats going on. At this point I cant wait and say I need to cancel my appointment as its been over 2 hours. The front desk tells me they'll get my car in immediately... after another hour they get my car done by noon. The new tires were mavis brand and absolutely filthy with gray grease all over the outside face. I understand wanting to get waiting customers done but I was a waiting customer and the first one of the day. Would not recommend this location.

I've purchased tires here a few times for several cars, and have always had a great experience. They haven't ever tried to oversell, they've ordered tires specifically for me, and have provided good service after initial installation. I'm very happy with Mavis, and will definitely be coming back for my next set.

Mavis was amazingly helpful to me this morning! I had an unexpected tire issue and they promptly took me in and addressed the issue, gave me options and honest feedback. I was also in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Tylerl!

Excellent service. Fast and accurate. Never fail me. Went in with a problem and they took care of me. Spent an hour fixing my check tire on my vehicle. Updated my computer and checked all my tires. Finally the light went out. They didnt evrn charge me! Thanks guys!

Took my car to Mavis Discount Tire this morning because the tire pressure light came on. The team quickly diagnosed the issue and found out I needed a new TPMS sensor. They were very helpful, explained everything clearly, and got it fixed the same day. Excellent service and friendly staff — definitely recommend them for anyone needing honest and efficient tire work!

I bought 4 brand new tires from Walmart to find out they left the old valve stems in my tires. Walmart told me I would have to wait for days before they can replace the valve stem that they never replaced. As my tire was going flat from the leak I went across the street Tyler & Tyler immediately helped me when they were basically done with their shift. I highly recommend those guys. Super friendly,extremely helpful and honest. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Brought my tire in for a slow leak this morning, the mechanics were thorough, informative and quick. Sealed up tire when found a piece of metal was the cause. They also found that my battery was nearing the end so grabbed a new one of those as well. Not the first time I have visited here, and won’t be the last … great experience.

I had a great experience at the Mavis in Hamburg. I went there to get an oil change, And within 10 minutes, my car Vehicle was done. It was an easy and pleasant experience, And I would highly recommend my friends and family members to visit this location. Not only were the staff helpful, But they were friendly And had excellent customer service And knowledge of my vehicle.

The service gentleman was very polite and helpful...for once I didn't feel that I was being taken advantage of. The tech did a great job and answered my questions clearly and in a friendly way. All I wanted to do was get back home (over 100 miles) and considering it was a Sunday and I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place, I couldn't be more satisfied.

Had a nail and tire 15 minutes before close. The workers were all so nice and accommodating they did not rush and everyone was so kind. Everyone was positive and helpful!! They took out the nail. The inside had a great kids area and place to sit if you wanted to. Entire experience was 5 stars!

Great service, super friendly and helpful. Sometimes I get nervous going to places from past experiences but they were very fair and helped me while in a time crunch. I would drive here specifically for the service. Dan was the one helping me out, met me right outside as I pulled up. Appreciated how straight forward the information was.
