I had an 87 lb box and they sent one young girl out. She was able to put the box in my car but osha said no one should lift over 50 lb by themselves. So Walmart? I think you need a rethink your curbside

Order from my recliner and set up time to pickup the next day. App allows me to add to my order in a set time frame. I can allow to substitute or not on items. They pack food in my bags and load in my car, all I need to do is from the car to the kitchen. No waiting in line, No Hassel, No stress.

The online pickup and delivery pick up here is is atrocious one day you'll be able to pick your order up like normal 10-15 minutes late the next day it's a 2-hour wait it is the most unorganized mismanaged aspect of any store I've ever seen in my life all people picking up online orders must jam in with all their delivery drivers there's zero organization you checking on your phone and hope someone shows up at your car there's no communication I've waited hours with nothing ever showing up I've called Walmart and reported this dozens of times I've went in and spoken with management I've tried everything in the world it doesn't seem like a hard problem to fix it just needs coordination countless drivers come here just to turn around and leave because there's 50 cars waiting this has been a problem for about a year now and it is not been addressed at any point ever

It wasn't overly crowded. I found what i needed quickly, and the staff at checkout were very nice.

Walmart pick up employees are almost always the best. They're understanding and patient... Coming from a customer that is someone who almost always bags their own groceries, at i like to "do it my way". I'm never healed or given a difficult time and if I run late they don't give me the third degree or put me down in a demeaning fashion which is much more than i can say for the indoor only employees, honestly, mostly the cashiers. Talk about customer service? Switch everyone's jobs maybe then you'll have some productive too ?
