I am very impressed with the service. The driver was very personable and friendly. He loaded my vehicle quickly and had it dropped off less that 20 minutes later. I will use this tow service again and again and also recommend to family and friends. Way to go Jesse for the amazing service!

I've been going to Parmenter since 2019 and they've always looked out for me, been honest, helpful, and comparably priced to other local places, so I choose them wherever possible.

They went above and beyond to take care of a situation that came up. Really appreciated how they handled that. Great people and service.

Was okay at first. But later on they would charge you ridiculous price for simple stuff like charging $150 for removing undercarriage shield! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Hats off to Parmenter Tire and especially Mike the manager. After hitting a road hazard, blowing a tire and bending the rim, Mike and his staff went above and beyond to get us back on the road in short order. Everyone was amazing and I appreciate what they did in our time of need. Thank you all!

We were traveling out-of-state and blew a tire and bent rim. Our tow truck driver brought us to Parmenter and we had the best experience from a not so great one. Mike and his staff provided outstanding service to us. I would highly recommend Parmenter for your tire needs! Thank you so very much for getting us back on the road to continue our trip.

They overcharge people and add on unnecessary expenses. There’s a certain level of trust required when you go to a mechanic, and I feel this place is disingenuous with their customers as far as pricing and required services.

They will not get my business for anything but an oil change anymore(maybe). Last two experiences they gave zero options and charged the maximum possible price e.g. $2200 for full brakes and rotors no calipers and a replacement ac condenser. I just got it done for $1000 and sourced my own parts. I will find a place that values local frequent customers. 1-star added only on the basis that I don't think their work is terrible, just overpriced and not consumer friendly.

Thank you Parmenter Tire, Auto, & Truck Service. I went to Ray B. asking his advice on replacing some factories on a Silverado 3500. His years of experience led me to install some 35's. The price was better than 2 other big box stores. Ordering,scheduling,installation was made easy by a great team. After installation they went over what they did, how to maintain for a longer tire life. The mechanic literally crawled under the truck in the parking lot in the rain to point out things I should do. The team started ahead of schedule,finished quicker than estimated, (and recommended a great diner next door while I waited). Kudoes to Ray B. and the team at Parmenter's HHDs. Buy local. If you have a truck why would you go elsewhere. Thanks Walt B.

While coming up for a mini vacation we unfortunately had vehicle troubles and the staff was beyond amazing and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get all the options for our vehicle troubles. I recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their cars. Thank you all at Parmenter! Broke down at Arnot Mall called AAA. They sent out Parmenter and it was going to be 45 mins. The driver was super friendly! As we had to get back down into PA. Thank you so much for the lift and toe! Highly recommend doing business with them! 😊

Hit a deer last night and needed my car towed. Called and they were at our location quickly and helped make a stressful situation seem ok. The employee was positive and stayed with us until the police came. Talked to us and kept us positive. Would recommend 100%.

I brought my 2013 Town & Country van in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. They also found a problem with my tie rod that was dangerous. They did everything that was needed in one day- tie rod, brakes, rotors, alignment, oil change, and air filter. One of the guys stayed a little late to make sure it was finished. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend their services.

The Boys at the shop are great. I'm busy all the time and seem to call them last minute; This time it was right before a big trip. I put off getting the new tires and waited until the last minute. The boys came through getting me in even though they were fully booked.. They appreciate me being a long time 2+decades customer and show it by things like this. I would not have made it to the airport without the new studded tires. I got stuck in a nasty ice storm roads closed trucks on their sides my Subaru with the newly studded tires got me there with ease.. It actually felt like I had the "TIREMASTER" riding shotgun with me all the way!

I called Parmenter to price tires for my car. I spoke with Ray who was amazing and got me in very quickly. He was very knowledgeable about what could be causing the uneven wear and how to keep this from happening again. They were friendly and fast. The prices on the tires were cheaper than other area shops. I was in and out fast. Thanks again Ray and Parmenter.

Had a flat tire. Pulled into the shop. 20 minutes later they put on the lift. Showed me the nail and the tire. Said they could not plug it. That it was a state law that they couldn't do it. I had no choice to get a new tire and they scam me on that. 174 for tire which was worth $75. Do not go there not a good place scam artists.

Front desk staff are professional and personable. Hooked me up with excellent tires for a car a few months ago. Went back today and I’m able to get the same tires for our other car and was able to get in on a rebate. Quality work, competent mechanics, knowledgeable staff.

While returning to the area to see family there was an incident on the highway due to debris on the road causing major damage to my vehicle. Luckily I was towed to Parmenter's in Horseheads where I met Mike Doner. Due to the extent of the damage I was concerned about trusting a shop I had never used before as well as being 4 hours from my home in NJ. After speaking with Mike and the confidence he had in his team to fix my car I couldn't have been happier it was in his hands. The quality of the work and the customer service provided by Mike and his team was outstanding. I knew they would return my 1 year old car to like new condition. Not only did Mike handle the mechanical repair but he also worked closely with and helped coordinate the body shop repair. He provided regular updates along the the way, proactively calling me without me having to call him first. I recommend anyone needing service to go to Parmenter's and ask for Mike. If I didn't live 4 hours away they would be my go to shop.

Save your time and hard earned money. These guys do not care about their customers at all. My wife took our vehicle there on TWO separate occasions, the vehicle that carries our two young children, for the OBVIOUS sounds of metal to metal grinding. Each time they “drove” it and heard nothing. Had two techs even look at it, which makes it worse. Blamed it on tire noise. Yeah that’s right, tire noise. Took it to another shop and the front brakes were almost completely gone. Drivers side was gone. Metal on metal grinding. They said there was NO WAY the other shop even looked with the condition because it was that OBVIOUS! They are just lucky nothing happened to my wife and kids. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE PARMENTERS! Below is a pic of the brakes and the ground up rotor.

Great service, friendly staff, and fast quality work. Had a flat tire on a Saturday brought my vehicle in and had 4 new tires replaced along with a change of the spare. Dropped it off at 11:30, done by 1:30. Prices were fair and tires are balanced perfect.

What an awesome example of exceptional service from start to finish! My truck broke down on the side of the highway and AAA sent a driver out to help. He towed me to an advanced auto so I could repair my starter. Turns out the flywheel was bad. The Tow driver Tom came back hours later to check on me when he saw my truck still there. He helped me figure out the root of the problem and even gave me pointers. He then towed me to their shop for service. I was amazed to see how clean, organized and high tech the shop was when pulling up. The following morning I got a call from the service department to get me on the schedule and all details. They were knowledgeable and were able to get to the truck in sooner than originally discussed. They kept me up to date with the issues with the truck, price and timeline. Awesome work from Matt the mechanic and all others I spoke with over the phone. In conclusion I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone needing service of any type (including diesel in my case) should definitely give them a shot! - Dave Tirpak

We called for a tow through AAA after business hours. Jesse came and towed the car 135 miles with a passenger and had to go all the way back alone. He was professional, personable and cheery the entire way. It's clear that he prides himself in his work and sings the praises of his boss, Ray. Thank you, Jesse for making sure that both I and my car arrived safely to a shop near my home. Thank you, Ray for seeing what a wonderful driver you have in Jesse.

Raymond Benjamin was very understanding of my "unique" situation and was able to find the best solution for me with my daughter's car. He was in tune with my needs,and his staff took care of the necessities,as cost was a big factor. Most notably,I did all this over the phone from three hours away. I ran over a wheel lock at 1030 am on a Saturday and had a flat tire minutes later. Within an hour Parmenter's had a flat bed at my house to tow to their shop. By 12:30 I was picking up my vehicle. I really appreciated the super quick service and was pleasantly surprised with my bill. They have earned my trust and business and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I have loved the service from the salesman at Parmenter Auto! My wife and I have bought our last three vehicles and have always been taken care of. The sales people go above and beyond to deliver exactly what we desired! They have found the last two vehicles for us when they were not on the lot in a timely manner. We have had both for a few years and they have had only regular maintenance issues. Will be buying again soon! I highly recommend them for your used car search!
