Great batteries from the manufacturer but the distributor is the issue catching them when they’re open is the tricky part. I wish they would either work the scheduled hours or update accordingly.

Great batteries but they work banker hours so good luck catching them open. No set schedule they also close for over an hour for lunch whenever they feel like it

Had me drive almost an hour here to try to charge me double the quote for the battery replacement because it was 23 days out of replacement. From date of manufacture not purchase!(no receipt)I've been a big fan of interstate, not anymore! Fool me once....

Not impressed. 18 mile round trip to get batteries that do not fit! Have to make a second trip to return them!

1 year ago I purchased a deep cycle marine battery here for my boat. Used 2 days and then it remained on a float charger ever since. Now the battery shows shorted cells and I was told that there is nothing that can be done. I was under the impression that Interstate was a good battery but was proven very wrong. Never will I or anyone I can talk to will buy interstate batteries again.

My 80 year old dad visited your Corning business today. You had battery for his Toyota Camry. There was one problem. The mechanic said he couldn't put the battery in for him because he didn't have proper tool . It seems alittle strange that battery garage didn't have proper tool for a Camry. Just saying.........

Usually don't have any problems here. But today I was made to wait over a half an hour to be waited on. That would not have been so bad however, they took two other customers that pulled in after me. If not for that it would have been a 5 star. May want to think about there curbside policies.

They carry new and refurbished batteries at a good price.

Came in, found what I needed, paid for it, they installed and I was on my way. Any place else probably would've cost more and I'd've had to install on my own! Works for me!!!

Got to put your own battery in. Tools to borrow. Early to tell about battery quality. 10 months in Battery doing well. I don't put many miles on the vehicle yet car starts right up in near Zero conditions.

Costumer service is non-existent. Placed an order for batteries the lady said she would call when they came in. Never heard a word, stopped back in and a guy sold me 6 batteries. Went back to get a receipt and they weren’t willing to help me out and acted like it was a huge inconvenience! Won’t be going back.

Always had good luck with there blem. Batt, however disappointed they don't install anymore, had to remove the batt in the parking lot.

If they don't have it, they'll steer ya to it! Always friendly!

Bought 8 batteries for a 2200 VA UPS system and four went bad within 60 days. I took them in for recycling and the kid didn't want to be bothered with me. Decided it was time to buy the replacements elsewhere.

Just recently replaced a stair chair battery that lasted for 3 years. The new one is doing it's job.

JUNK battery only lasted 8 months! Ridiculous! Walmart has better batteries for the money
