We had an emergency when trying to leave for Fl and the van wouldn't start. Called the Horseheads Firestone and talked to Jerry. Although appointments filled for the day he went out of his way to personally do a quick scan and determine the problem. Got me back on the road. Couldn't have asked for better or more timely service.

Gave my tires some air, super fast and didn’t even charge me for it!

What an AMAZING experience I had today😁 I stopped by because my vehicle felt bumpy and it felt like a tire was going to fall off…Allison came out to check my vehicle and got me right in…my vehicle was unsafe because I lost some screws. I had to be out of there quickly, and they got everything done fast. Allison was so kind, and respectful, and she took my concern seriously. I’m so thankful for her. Whether it’s the last minute, I forgot my inspection was due or the Oh My goodness, I ran something over and now it’s sticking out my tire - they always always take care of me! I called in to the Horseheads location and spoke to Jeremy about getting tires replaced that we previously purchased at Firestone. Jeremy was great, he helped with finding the right tires and setting up an appointment to have them installed. As a Firestone card holder Jeremy also pointed out some rewards and we also scheduled an oil change and alignment. Thank Jeremy for going the extra mile.

I'm very happy with the great service I received from Christopher, and the crew they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle AC was fixed he was very nice and courageous, overall was an amazing experience Thank you so much Christopher you sure are a keeper he made my experience at the shop very pleasant, I will absolutely would be bringing my car back to this guy's.

These guys were great to work with! We got a rental and the tire was leaking air. These guys called the rental and billed them. I thought we would have to pay out of pocket. The location is perfect you can walk to the mall get some food and go places as you wait.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 showed up 10 minutes early and my car didn't go back until 230 and then sat on the other side of the building not being worked on. I only went for an alignment and when I dropped off was told 10-15 before they would take it back and it wouldn't take that long as it was just to finish the alignment. This place is a joke. Only person waiting for car.

Made an appointment in advance for a promotional deal. Pregnant daughter showed up for an appointment with two kids in tow. They acted like they knew nothing about the promotion. She showed the proof and only changed their tune when we decided to go elsewhere. Sam's club thanks you.

I was visiting the corning museum of glass when I realized my splash guard was loose. I swung by and they fixed it very quickly and cheaply on a Sunday. If I lived closer I'd absolutely be a regular customer!

There were many things I liked about Firestone. Most of the time I don't get the same kind of "treatment" at auto repair places because I don't know anything about cars. People have talked down to me or tried getting me to get things done that I don't need, I believe, because I'm not knowledgeable on vehicles. Firestone was very pleasant from start to finish. I had dropped my car off a couple days ahead of time just because of the distance I live from the shop. I was going that way on a Saturday and was told it would be looked at on Monday. Sunday I got a call that they had already looked at it. Gave me prices and options. Then it was ready to pick up Monday. I like that they had a female worker that made me more comfortable. Car repairs are expensive no mater where ya go, but I know that Firestone did a good job and fixed only what I needed fixed. I would recommend.

The only place I will take my vehicles. The best mechanic in town works here in my opinion. Would give 5 stars but sometimes the prices get crazy depending on the labor. They alwats get my vehicle done in a timely manner. If you need anything done ask for Jake!

Excellent customer care and service from Jess Conway!! Very knowledgeable and informative. I had what I thought was going to be a huge problem and financial setback but Jess reassured me it was actually a minor issue. In fact he was able to fix it immediately, I swear he literally didn't even touch anything it was so quick. Everything is perfect now!! I could not have asked for better service. Thank you Jess Conway and Firestone.

I thought the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. As a woman with no knowledge of car maintenance, I was worried about being overcharged, but they were totally transparent and got my only what I needed. The winter tires I purchased on a separate visit are phenomenal. They helped me pick the best value for my dollar!
