very helpful staff BUTTTTT the outside is not great. The building is dirty and needs to be power washed to the point of looking like the business is shut down/closed and the parking lot has so many pot holes that I will need further car repairs.

They have what you need and are very knowledgeable. Don't mind going that extra mile. Great prices too.

my check engine light came on the man working couldn't figure out for the life of him how to use the equipment and told me my car was the issue and it was a fuse went to autozone and got it read through 🤔

Amazing service!!! Could not have asked for a better experience. My truck battery die while picking up my kids and I was able to get a jump. After getting everyone to bed I got there 20mins before they closed 8:40p! Asked if they would put in the new battery they said yes. An hour later in the freezing cold (~20 F and windy) we finally got the battery in. Now an hour might seem long but the battery is in a tight spot that took three of us to get out. I could not have asked for better service and will be back for my ongoing auto parts needs.

The guy didnt know where the battery was located in my car and acted like he didnt want to be bothered by me.

They don't seem to carry much regular motor oil which is what I actually needed for my vehicle. Although I do really like their rewards program.

My disable mom needed her rear wiper blade replaced, they did the whole job( except pay for it) with no problems,

I had a check engine light so went by, to get them to check it for me. And some older men flipped in a visible coin to see who would go out and the young person he set out had no idea how to hook it up. To test it. I have an aftermarket cruise control that's hooked to the adapter where they have to plug in and he wanted me to unplug it cause he didn't he said he did know how to unplug it. I left went to AutoZone was in-and-out with the results within 2 minutes. I had to do nothing. That's why I'll always go to auto zone over advance

Beat customer service ever. I forget the kids name but would like to give him a big thank you. Actually stopped here from a road trip back to MN and needed wipers. They try to give me the best deal but I had to wait a week. Told them I'm on a road trip and cant do so. Anyways the kid installed the wipers on for me as he insisted that he can. Thanks again 😊

I've been coming here a lot lately, doing a lot of brake work on my Chevy and the customer service is great. These guys are leagues better at what they do than the guys over at AutoZone.
