I was out of state when in new york 500 miles alternator went out under warranty the young man went above and beyond to get my alternator by the next morning very knowledgeable with commercial account services thanks to those guys in new york friendly courteous any helpful the same service I would have gotten at my home store

Good experience l, store laied out and kept up with. Iblikenthe self checkout option they have now. I was just in for a fresh set of wiper blades, didn't need a technician so it freed up their staff to work with customers while I was able to manage myself.

Staff always bends over backwards to help customers. I had an issue with my newly installed oil filter on my Harley Davidson. I didn't even make a purchase (I have many times in the past) and still the young man working went way out of his way to help me. I always get service like this at this location. If you need parts for anything, go here FIRST! You won't get better customer service anywhere. 🤘 👍

I had a fix it ticket for a headlight. Staff came right out to the vehicle and took care of the whole process. Quick, professional and easy. Thank You So Much!

I do like this site for car needs but do not offer to assist customers any more. Not sure if during to employees personal choice or due to epidemic. I didn't feel appropriate timing to ask as to why assistance is not offered anymore.

Called ahead for a cable they said they had in stock. Upon arrival to the store, they actually didn't carry the cable. The young lady was very friendly and helpful. However, the man working with her was not. Too bad as we usually do not have issues there.

The lady that checked me and my boyfriend out was very rude and wouldn't stop giving us dirty looks even though we shop there often everyone else that works there is always nice and helpful

The staff is always most helpful! Aaron has a very good knowledge of all the parts AutoZone sells. He often helps solve our problems and suggests the best part. Today we went over the good, better and best oil filters. I mean every question I ask he has always helped. Now knowing what the difference is between them I can make the best choice for my budget.

Fast, friendly, very knowledgeable, great prices, huge selection. Employees are always willing to help you find parts and/or figure out which parts may need. Store is clean and easy to find exactly what you need without searching forever.

My car has had a misfire and not working for about 2 weeks....if it wasnt for the amazing work and amazing help and curiosity from Curtis....my car would not be working now....so I suggest if anyone needs real help with parts or car questions go seek Curtis he is amazing.....thank you Curtis for all u helped and did for us.....

The Staff are always helpful. However, the prices for parts are absolutely too high. The store is very clean. Products are well stocked. I dig the rewards program too. The hours of operation are very convenient, especially if you need a tool or part last minute.

Branden is a super hero. We had a mouse die under our hood. I called several places in the area who told me they couldn't help. Branden had the nest out and my cabin air filter changed in 10 minutes. Amazing customer service and a blessing.

I've always had good experience at AutoZone. And the store was in a difference. People Help me find the part so that I didn't have to stare at an endless list of part numbers before asking for help. I changed the part myself but needed a couple tools to move a piece out of the way and they provided those schools for me also. Extremely helpful and very much appreciated.

I was stuck here for almost 4 hours yesterday with a flat tire, waiting for AAA to arrive and change it. The staff from the store all were very nice and tried to help when a problem arose with getting the spare out from under my truck. One staff person even offered to drive me somewhere to get something to eat on her luch break.
