Great bakery and Floral Department! The Dairy Department is always well stocked and just FYI the bathrooms are way in the back by the milk! ?

My husband, who is disabled went to a cashiered checkout, put his bags on the counter and the girl pushed them aside let the items run through and left them at the end of the Isle for my husband to bag ......REALLY!

It's no Wegmans, but after the remodel, it looks very nice. All employees genuinely seem super nice and helpful which is such a pleasure to be around. I just wish they'd get magnum triple chocolate ice cream bars. Ha!

Good fish fry for low but they stop making any orders an hour before they actually close

Store is always clean staff will come help with our you having to ask. Store has always been stocked well. Over all good place to shop.

We shop often and always have had friendly service. We just tried a pick up order and it was fantastic. Kyle loaded the groceries in our car and was helpful and happy. Great experience and will shop again often. Thanks

The best supermarket between Buffalo and Erie. Always well stocked, clean, and well staffed. I appreciate how you can get a fish-fry any day of the week from TOPS deli, and the ones I've gotten from this particular TOPS seem to always be excellent.

It says that the store closes at midnight. Well I arrived at the store at 11:50 p.m. to grab some cereal for my kid so he could have it for when he woke up before school anyways the employees would not let me in stating that the store was closed so they just closed whenever they want to and little did he know I was literally going to grab one box of cereal so they lost loyal customer just so they could get out of work early. Tops needs better employees

I’m a traveler, from Arizona. I went in to buy some beer and they told me they couldn’t accept my drivers license because the back was scratched and the exp date is 2064! But, NEWS FLASH That’s Arizona licenses for you! I haven’t run into this problem anywhere else, so… do better Tops! Your customers deserve better!

Once again, I was back at Tops after 8 pm to pick up a dozen donuts since they are knocked down 50% after 8. Unfortunately, the selection wasn't so good and was really picked over by the time I made it there after walking the dogs. I passed on the donuts but then splurged on two of their parfaits-one chocolate/raspberry and one birthday or something. Basically it was a cup of the fluffy icing they use on some of the cakes (not the buttercream) with some sprinkles on it. I wasn't in the mood for it so it took me two days to finish it off but ordinarily this parfait would've made my day! What's not to love about the fluffy frosting?

This is a great small town Tops location. People are very friendly and provide excellent service, it truly feels like they are neighbors taking care of neighbors. This is a very convenient location. The store is well maintained, cleaned and organized with a good selection of products.

Quality has gone downhill since they were purchased by Price Chopper. Customer service in-house is good. Calling management for issues doesn't seem to do much good. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Tops has always been a little pricey. I wish we had a Wegmans

I may be a little bit biased because my parents worked here until retirement, but I love this store - the people are friendly, I almost always find what I want, and the variety of ready-to-eat stuff in the Deli and Cafe is awesome, try the sushi! My only complaint is that the bakery stopped making crullers, that's outrageous!! Less one whole star for that.

Not enough cashiers and using the self checkout was a nightmare. I use self checkout all the time at stores around me never had a problem. One thing is the guy helping me out was sweet

The cashiers are welcoming. If you can't find something they are willing to help find it for you. The location is perfect. I'd actually like to see one in the city of Dunkirk for those that can't drive or are elderly our handicap. The prices are very comparable to that of Walmart on most of their items. They have updated their store!! It is beautiful, welcoming... Tops new carts have bag and cup holders and their electric scooters are ?

Makeover of store gives wider aisles and a cleaner look. Unfortunately, during my last shopping trip it seemed to go hand in hand with less shelf space and less product availability. Or they need to stock more often. Usually have a much better shopping experience at this store but left without three products from my short list this time.

Beautiful, all remodeled. Everything is fresh, produce is extremely attractive, meat is great and great choices, staff seem to be very proud of where they work. Pleasant staff helps alot, customers always complain, kudos to Tops.

My second favorite place for groceries. If you have the bonus card, pay attention to the sale ads and take advantage of the e-coupons and yellow managers special tags you can rack up the savings! Today my total was $276.49 before scanning my bonus card - I actually paid $117.23 for my groceries!!! *UPDATE 4/2022* Store is finishing reset mode so give yourself extra time. I really like the new self checkout set up though!

Glad to see them up keeping the store but the grey paint is making it too dark in here. Like people want to be able to see what they’re shopping for. Feels more like a dark hospital than a store

I like rice cakes. I put toppings on them. I like them plain. This place has caramel, chocolate, ranch, and various rice crisps and chips- but no plain, or “lightly salted” options. This is far and away my favorite gluten-free snack, so not having them in stock makes me pick a different grocery. To make this even more frustrating, the rice cakes are way on one side of the store, with the bread, while the dedicated gluten-free area is on the complete opposite side of the store. Okay, it’s getting worse. I need mouthwash. The whole health and hygiene section is closed “for your safety”. This is confusing and annoying. My breath is bad.

Friendly service. Seemed pretty clean. Good selection with well laid out aisles. This chain is no longer in my state, but I wish it was based on my experience today

I love the fact that pops is enforcing to mask rule. I also love the fact that they had an employee sitting out front offering hand sanitizer for my hands and my cart. And as well as leaving offered the same. I love tops through and through. And I did this just out of comparison price-wise I did the same exact order that I usually do and there's only a $2 difference between tops and Walmart. And for the customer service and cleanliness I'll go to Tops

Store is clean and shelves are well stocked. It's no wonder why they filed bankruptcy, the food is grossly overpriced. Don't fall for the "buy one, get one" meat sale-TOPS nearly doubles the price of the piece of meat you pay for, so you aren't really getting anything for free. Whenever I go there, I try to stick to the 10/$10 deals and their cheese selection is excellent.

I ordered a sheet cake for a special occasion. The cake decorator took a personal interest in making sure the cake was exactly what I wanted. She tried to duplicate flowers in a bouquet with icing on the cake and did a beautiful job! We chose a marble cake with light cream icing and everyone raved about the cake! I was very impressed with the bakery staff's enthusiasm and interest in this project!

Better than most of The Tops markets I've been in. The chain has really fallen off the deep end over the years. However this place was clean, well stocked and the people walking around didn't seem like they walked off the set of the walking dead. I got some roses to put on my grandma's grave. Very lovely and reasonably priced.

Store is usually well-stocked. Excellent operating hours. But "friendly"? Not even a little... I've been going there for five years. Only ONE time in five years has any employee, at any time, ever said hi to me. And on the occasions where I've asked an employee for the lo c ation of a specific item, I most often get a facial expression and body language of annoyance... Nope, not the least bit friendly.
