The manager is disgustingly rude here. The last time I visited this location I walked in to a full storefront with customers and her berating her employee for all to hear . A nice gentleman took care of me - I ordered my parts online to come in and pick up - he asked me my name , she butts in and asked me rudely three times “Courtney?” So I finally told her I didn’t want her serving me considering how she treats her employees . She needs to be retrained on how to talk to people or get out of retail because her employees look absolutely miserable when she’s there . After this we will no longer take our business here - I have come here for years for my parts . Not anymore . I’m not supporting a business that can’t even treat their employees with respect.

Very professional service, and very human people. I went there for wiper blades, I bought some and they went to put them on. When they realized that that particular brand was no good, they upgraded me at no extra cost and were very friendly. Pro tip... Do not buy the Rain-X hybrid wiper blades.

My car died right in the parking lot. They did not just give me the best deal as a college student on a new battery they also helped me install it. Would recommend to everyone. Best in town and super friendly staff

I love this place so much! I almost had a mental breakdown but Chris came to the rescue. Wipers broken on a rainy day, I come in and I’m greeted but a jolly attitude that belongs to said Chris. He helps and slays the day. I love this man more than my family for what he did for me. Give this man a raise!! 🙏🙏🙏

I needed a battery replaced in my Toyota Camry's key fob. Stopped in today and decided to just replace both fobs batteries, and the very nice clerk gladly put the fresh ones in for me 😁 She even showed me where and how to access the hidden key feature in the fob after I complained about missing actual keys for cars ! I never knew that existed! Thank you kind lady at Advance, for putting up with a babbling elderly lady today ! Kindness is hard to find these days !

Seemed a little small compared to some, but everyone was super helpful, including the other customers! My other half broke down on Rt 5 & I brought the wrong size socket & had no clue what size I needed. The employee was busy, so I was trying to do my best on my own when 2 gentlemen offered 2 see if they could help in the meantime. (They got me in the right area but still was unsure of the right size I needed) once the employee was done, he was amazing & even offered to speak on the phone w/ my bf to make sure we had the right one! He also made sure to tell me if we had any issues he would b there for another hr. I'm sorry, I don't remember yalls names but ty for making this lil erieite feel welcomed & comfortable when I was anything but 💓

Drove 7 hours to Dunkirk area to pick up son from nearby college. We were having a hard time starting the car after arriving. Next morning drove to Autozone to get battery tested and replaced if necessary. They were less than helpful, saying it wasn’t a good time. The guy reluctantly came out and said it was dead. He gave me a quote off the top of his head and said he they only replaced easy batteries… left and went to Advance Auto Parts… they tested, gave me 3 actual options, and installed in the rain! We were very grateful they completed the job they advertised on their window. Thanks!!!

I had a great experience. I was helped by Chris. He was very helpful and had a great attitude. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this store to anyone and I will totally go back.

Chris is the man!!! He helped me out with my complex car problem very quickly and went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy customer and I will return if I need more parts A++++ service.

On Monday September 5 2022 my family and I 3 little kids had an ordeal on 90 east location of Dunkirk new york We had went twice to Advanced auto parts twice.First visit was to inquire if they sold Tyre and the second vist was to purchase a lug tool the one on the car broke off was so helpful. But Chris saw mewhile inuse.all the staff on duty was so helpful. One of the ladies left behind the counter to assist us. Hours later I was heading back to our hotel has we had to find a place to stay with the kids I saw a young man drove by me and then parked up his white truck in the tj max parking lot across the street. Gentleman stated Mam I heard you guys are having car trouble .I replied yes he asked what kind I told him and he asked where the car was located and I told him were my hubby was. He stayed and helped him with the tedious task. Thanks Million Chris 🙏 good Samaritan 👍 👏. God bless you all. We were able to return to Canada 🇨🇦 home safely

Chris and George were absolutely great! They were extremely helpful when my boyfriend and I needed help with our oil change. They really went above and beyond, you don’t see that too often anymore. Really great employees!

The people that work there are very kind and helpful. Always polite. They even help carry purchases out to my car. Give discounts. You should stop in.

My husband was searching for parts for cars and Advance Auto Parts had what he needed at the best cost out of other part stores, in stock. The manager, Ron went over and above with customer service, even when we found out that we bought some parts we didn't need. He happily took back & refunded us for the parts we didn't need. Now, that's what I call great customer service and we will be back for all of our auto part needs. THANKS RON!

Went down to are local one and I am a woman and yes this important to the review. I went and got a part for my car when I got home to go out put it on and they sold me and gave me a used part. It was crossed threaded and the rubber slider was leaking. Went down to give it back and get a new part. They tried to convince me that it was not used. They gave me issues and tried to disregard my issues. They tried to tell me that I was wrong and what I and other people in my family saw was wrong. Just because I am a woman does not mean that I don’t know what the difference is between a new and used part. It’s 2021 it should not be like this when I go to a auto parts store because I am a woman.

Fantastic customer experience. Chris Miller helped out tremendously! We were stranded on the side of the road in need of a battery for our van. We called and he was getting ready to leave. He was able to help us order a battery online and then on his own time brought it out to us. He helped us get back on the road out of the freezing cold. If more people were like him the world would be a greater place. Can't thank him enough. He truly helped us and went above on beyond on his own!

Very Helpful with finding parts for oil change, like crush washer. Also accepts returns without receipt for a gift card. Nice customer service. They also will take your old oil!

First experience at this store and I was very happy. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. And prices matched Auto Zone with better quality. Definitely recommend.

Extremely disgusted with the lack of knowledge the employees lack. They are the sales associates that should be letting customers know that they are missing parts. They caused me inconvenience and aggravation.When I called "Maria" didn't have a clue about anything I said. She was unprofessionally yelling to co-workers about the questions I was asking. These people need appropriate training for the job skills. They need better customer service skills.They will never get another dollar from me.

Purchased brakes for my truck there was a rebate if you purchased brakes and rotors which i did,had to. sent in rebate was accepted ,then received a email that there is no rebate on my purchase it was DECLINED wouldn't it be good business to stand behind all aspects of customer satisfaction?? If you say there is a rebate due stand behind it!!!!!!!

Pricing options from online shopping are very reasonable. However, when ordering some items online I am finding that they are not showing the actual sure fit items for specified vehicles. They may want to check their online search options...

I would like start by saying thank you to Stacy for her help. Everytime I come there they are always helpful and in a great mood. I always get the answers I'm looking for and the parts I need. I won't shop anywhere else for my parts. Thank you again for your help.

This place is pretty shady. They gave me the wrong starter once, and instead of crediting me the wrong one so I can leave with the right one, they processed the return for the wrong and said the return would hit my credit card in a few days. If I wanted the right one, I'd have to buy that out right. So....I'm out the money for the wrong one plus the right one. ~$500.00 Last week I ordered 4 spark plugs for my boat motor online because the people behind the counter are useless and will probably lose themselves in a state of confusion if I told them it was for a boat motor. I've learned to check anything I get from them, and sure enough, the girl behind the counter gives me a pack of 4 with only 3 plugs in it. Too lazy to look in the box. Go to Napa instead.

Some employee was talking on the phone about work related stuff (but she was also laughing a lot and generally messing around) and there were customers standing in line.... wouldn't you get the customers out of the way and then call back whoever was on the line? Didn't sound all that urgent...definitely doesn't take job seruously. Plus she argued back with a yelling customer. That always makes you look worse.

Customer service was fantastic. A lot of people talk down to a woman when it comes to car care and maintenance. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

A regular place to get all your auto supplies and more. Although this place has more individuals that know a bit of automotive knowledge. There is even a female that knew more than all the staff at autozone. I'd stop here first before going to Autozone.
