Called to get my car inspected after a deer ran into it. The guy (I believe his name is Chase)I spoke to said I could bring it by the following day which was a Saturday. He said that he'd be there that morning and would take a look and get us on the schedule. It's still drivable, so that's a plus! We spoke to him in June and they were able to get us in in September, So we haven't had any work done yet so I'll update when we do.
Edit: We had the work completed on my Toyota RAV4. It took 21 days and I finally had it returned. The drop off and pick up was easy and uneventful. The repairs look to be done correctly and we haven't had an issues with it. I don't see any errors in the paint job etc at this point.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have been here multiple times and each time everyone is nice respectful and always putting the client first. They are honest and really try to get you in and out as fast as they can. They even let me bring my car after hours just to get it done. Thank you for everything and I would recommend them to anyone!
Gilberts collision did a fantastic job on my Daughter's car! From front desk to the shop they were polite, helpful and all around a great team. I highly recommend them for your repairs.
My car was hit while it was parked by a drunk driver their was over 7,000$ worth of repairs needed on my car to make it right and chuck and his crew are absolutely by far the most absolute amazing team of mechanics, receptionist and manager I have ever came in contact with. Chuck explained the whole process to me while making it the most easiest experience of my life from one of the hardest things I've dealt with car wise absolutely phenomenal 1 million stars if I could and then an even better upside he's a believer of God and Jesus I will never forget how he's helped me and changed my life I love you all at this repair shop and will always be in my heart for the time and effort you have put forth in my life and my family's lives aka my lady and my son ❤️

They did an incredible job with my car. You cannot tell anything was ever repaired on it. They went the extra mile of detailing the entire interior of my car and even knew to keep my dogs sticks that he left in the car there. I cannot tell you what it means to have a place take care of your car in this way but also understand that some simple sticks and tennis balls are there for the dog. Please give them your business and you will not regret the results.
My Chevrolet was a mess after I hit a deer on Route 380 in Stockton. The shop did an amazing job bringing her back to what she looked like before hitting the deer. Job well done, I'm completely satisfied!

Great experience from the time I dropped my truck off to picking it up. They even took care of my rental vehicle for me. Repair was done before estimated time. Text messages were sent frequently alerting me to my trucks progression. Fantastic customer service! As an added bonus (beyond an excellent repair job) they wiped down and vacuumed the interior. Will definitely return with all my body shop needs.

We would highly recommend Chuck Gilbert's Collision for any repair work on a vehicle. The staff is friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to make sure you understand all that is going on with the repairs. We received text from them letting us know how the process was going and approximate completion date. The collision work was well-done. The van came back clean on the outside and on the inside. Even the Weathertech mats look like new. Great place to do business when needed!
I highly recommend this shop. The repair was done extremely well and I was informed of the progress the whole way. Additionally they cleaned and washed my car and gave me some touch up paint for chips unrelated to the damage. As a final detail they replaced the battery in my key fob which they didn't have to do. Great attention to detail and I felt taken care of especially as a female customer.
They did an amazing job repairing my daughters vehicle. They were so accommodating to our unique situation. The car was extremely clean at pick up, washed, vacuumed and they even cleaned the door jambs.

They were extremely attentive and friendly. They worked extra hard to get us our vehicle on a Friday evening so we didn’t have to go another weekend without it. This place did a great job on my vehicle,. ! For anyone needing this type of service, they surpassed my expectations,..my vehicle was done on time, even a bit early,.. The exterior came out looking good as new,.. the interior was cleaned/vacuumed, even the tires were dressed,..!! After a couple months the paint started coming off the front bumper They didn't even put The coating soda paint stuck to the bumper so I started peeling
