Thanks for getting me out of a jam. They got my snowmobile trailer back over to their shop and threw a hub on it for me and my daughter and we got to enjoy the rest of the day so it was well worth it thanks guys!
Car died on the side of the road. Called J’s Towing and they showed up quick, took good care of us (towed to our garage), and less expensive than you’d think. Highly recommend!
My son went off the road and got his car stuck in a snow bank. We called AAA and they sent these guys out to tow him. They needed two trucks to do the job my son was behind the guardrail, but both were covered by my plan. They responded quickly and were kind courteous. I had them tow the car to my preferred shop so it can get checked out.
Helped me get out of a muddy and frustrating situation. Staff were friendly, professional and upfront with all costs. I felt taken care of and appreciate their help! Highly recommend.
Yesterday, while my daughter was driving back to Bonnie’s from where she was doing her observation hours, she hit a pothole (on route 86), and got a flat tire. She is safe, car is good, we live in WNY so, we’re going to have winter potholes.
But, HUGE learning experience I need to share!
She did great, pulled over as far as she could, “called AAA” (I have now learned it’s all done on the app), filled out the questionnaire- do you need a ride (or something similar), she checked yes. It then shows you the time when to expect AAA.
16 minutes later(great response time), the flatbed arrives and pulls in front of her simultaneously a vehicle pulls behind her.
Here is where you need to pay attention !
A gentleman gets out of the car that’s behind her, walks up to her driver side door and says are you OK? She says yes thank you for asking. I have a flat tire he says do you need a ride? Victoria says yes I need a ride, I checked that box on the app.  he doesn’t respond. She then says to him my dad needs to know if the tire is salvageable and is the rim salvageable as well? He says after looking at the tire your rim looks good but the tire is not salvageable. She says OK can you take a picture so I can send it to my dad, he takes her phone takes a picture of the tire gives it back to her. In the meantime, the very honest and trustworthy tow truck driver gets out of his truck goes to her vehicle and starts to hook things up and says to her, “do you know that man?” she says “no I thought he was with AAA,” the tow truck driver says to her,”he is not,and I know him and he’s shady”
He has her get in the tow truck with him and he safely brings her back to Bonnie’s.
Praise God there are kindhearted, trustworthy people out there.
My point from this post is -
Obviously be careful.
But also, rightfully so, it made sense to Victoria that there was the tow truck and a car arriving at the same exact time almost as if they were together!
Tell your kid only to talk to the AAA driver! In her mind AAA sent an uber driver for her and a tow truck driver for the SUV. That made sense to me too.
Very greatful for the driver, he went above and beyond!
Stuck on I86 with a flat tire! Ugh! Traffic was angry and my flat tire was on the driver's side so kind of dangerous! Your guy came in a very short time, had the tire changed in 5 minutes and charged a reasonable price! Thank you so much! God bless you all!
I had a problem starting trying to start the car. After contacting AAA and him pulling in the driveway was less than 1/2 hour. The technician was polite and quick, after the car was started he explained what I should do next to keep it running
I had a wonderful experience here with the owner and staff. They were quick to offer advice and information concerning anything I had questions on or just needed general information, were quick to reach out to insurances for me concerning my car and went above and beyond in customer service. Will recommend for future usage and customers. Highly recommended. They were so helpful and informative and amazing all around.
This company was dispatched by AAA 3x to tow my dad's car. Came out 3x, refused to tow it. First time was there were no plates on it. So you can't tow a vehicle with no plates? Second time there was no registration sticker. 3rd time was because we were not there to show insurance and registration. Called AAA about it and they couldn't believe the company wouldn't tow it. Multiple people I talked to at AAA tried to find another company to tow because they thought they should and this was the only company open on the Weekend. WTH? Now waiting on a AAA supervisor to call me back about what they are going to do to help me.
The kid that picked us up was super professional and kind. Wouldn't accept a tip after dropping my car off and then me at the hotel where we had to stay overnight.
My wife was stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere. They went out there on their four wheelers and got her out within very shortly after calling them! Thanks guys for helping her out.
