Had to buy a u joint from the Olean store they charged me $37.99 for car quest brand one week later when their junk part failed I was shocked when I was at AutoZone a moog I joint was $18.99........ no more advanced for this guy keep your over priced junk

Helped out when that other place sold me the wrong parts.

I needed a new windshield wiper and stopped here to see if they carried the brand I wanted. They had what I needed in stock. The whole transaction took about 3 minutes. The person at the counter was very helpful.

I avoid this store like the plague. Always 3 guys outback out of eye shot doing nothing while one guy is always taking phone calls. The place needs management really bad. Go to Advance Auto Parts. They get you in and out quickly and their prices are better

I went to go have my battery checked and the lady didn't know what she was doing with the machine. But other than that, it was a pretty good experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Usually get the parts right as long as the warehouse and computers have them listed right (which is the norm for any auto parts stores).

Unable to return my battery under warranty even though it was within the warranty period because they have an ancient tester that said it was a serviceable battery yet it was the cause of many issues in my Lincoln mkx, replaced out of pocket and low n behold problems all went away!

I stopped at the Advance Auto Parts Store in the Allegany Staples strip mall. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The service technician got the 25 Amp I required and he installed it. I go to this auto parts store quite often. Both male and female technicians work here. All friendly and all knowledgeable.

Staff was very helpful, but they guessed about their product and they were wrong. They said the 2+ gas can held 2.5 gallons of gas, but it held 2.0 something, just barely over 2 gallons. I needed it to mix with the oil to make 40:1 mixture.

The people that work here usually know what they are talking about when asked questions and prices on parts aren't too bad

They are one of the best part stores in town. The people know their stuff not just a idiot's behind a desk that have no clue what they are talking about and just hitting keys on a computer like our autozone in town. Can't remember one time I had a bad interaction in this store.

They merged with car quest witch sold quality automotive replacement parts. Much better product then autozone.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Whenever I'm looking for something, they either have it, can get it, or know where to go for it. I choose Advanced Auto over Auto Zone and NAPA.
